Ah man, I feel for you @Luseth. I've not been too bothered about Dentists but if I had to get a tooth pulled out I can feel my stomach going a little sick already 😅 I think we were speaking a little about it last night online - have you had it out now as I think you said were awake when they had to do it?! I'd want to be awake too as I don't like the idea of being put to sleep, but i'd want to feel absolutely NOTHING in return 😄

I'm with everyone else that it certainly looks interesting. Hopefully nearer the launch we'll get to see more of the building and crafting side of gameplay as I think I'd be more interested in that side whereas others will be more into the dangers of an PvP MMORPG. Not sure the game offers that side as much but still feels too early to pass judgement on the game just yet. I'd love to see that in a game....although you'd be rich from NFTs paying for your services! 🤣

I think we need to open up TAR+VIKING building and offer our design and building services!! This would be awesome.

OK that looks very promising, and I wonder how can they give the players freedom to build anything they want and run the world and keeping it balanced not derailing the whole thing, I have never been an MMORPG guy, but I could see myself trying this if I ever get a new pc even if it is just for the building aspect, me and carl could make some pretty awesome stuff if we are given the tools

Resident Evil 5

Watched a few videos on this new MMORPG being developed. Seems pretty legit and could be a massive time suck 🙂. I personally like the "low fantasy" style vs some more of the crazy ones out there. I love idea of player made gear and stores etc. Lots of really neat things I'm seeing here. The most impressive for me is that PLAYERS will build everything including towns and all buildings. This gets my juices flowing and I'm really a digital architect as many know. Thoughts?

Because I have been playing a bit of minecraft and watching videos on YT for ideas etc I have seen that many offer their services as builders, it sounds unreal, yet it exists and there are also reviews about how good they were etc, I couldn't believe it😅

Yeah it was out, its why i wasnt too chatty as it is all a bit tender! It was worse as I went in all tense and by the end of it was shaking, it certainly has not helped how I feel about going to see a dentist. It was uncomfortable and they did have to numb me up again part way through. Just need to heal up now ^_^ That said the dentist i had was pleasant and even got chatting about video games to help me calm down a bit afterwards

Ah panicknifing that's a thing, I remember doing that in the past plenty of times. Maybe it's all the Shipment I've played, but I rarely get that these days. Possibly just desensitised to the sensation anymore. Also MW2 and MW19 were ninja isn't a perk you can hear people easier. It's possible you are pushing the melee button without realising some of the time. You do know the button settings are very customisable these days. You can tailor it down to flicks and nosehairs to the exact feel of how you want. Sticks, triggers everything. If you want the buttons to respond softer or harder to the touch. Also the deadzone as well. Particularly good if you have stickdrift.

I know what you mean....its been taken out of the core software 😔 If there was a demand for it, I could see if I can get some code and plugins that could try to bring it back if we feel it was a nice added touch? If someone can add an Idea for it here that would be great to see if there is enough interest in it. ❤️

I'll be honest here as I think this impacted me for most of my FPS life. Its effectively panic knifing. I do it alot much to the hilarity of the group when we're on. When someone comes close when you least expect it, its a natural reaction to push in R3. I find it happens more on maps like Shipment because people can show up in your face more often and make you jump/react. I'm slowly trying to play with soft hands and relax more often as its the same with L3 and auto mount as I'm led to believe there isn't any automount....its just me pushing in the L3 analog stick when i'm pushing hard to turn and get the kill!

Count on kills against AI in DMZ I've only played one single MP match tonight the rest of the time I have spent in DMZ but I have a fair amount of progress against the Path of the Ronin Camo Challenges.

The last couple of days my mouth has been plagued by a bad tooth, for the first time I have to have one pulled out at the dentist, as it's a wisdom tooth they don't think it's worth repairing and best to get rid as it is affecting the tooth next to it. I really really do not like the dentist so I am kind of dreading it (though I have been told it's not too bad). But yeah just wanted to say I really don't like the dentist!

Alright that's cool, I just hadn't been on to see it. Kinda perfect timing for me as I'm soon to be doing my Polyatomic camos, which require 25 headshots for every gun. (Think Pistols it's 20). Also the knife and shield need kills from behind. Talk about lucky. 🙂

I'm due to go need two fillings as they've fallen out. Same as you hate the dentist. Hopefully heals up pretty quick for you.

No this is the new challenges with season 2 reloaded for getting headshots with each weapon class to unlock some event specific camos Apparently it’s been patched now though so they can’t be done against bots. I knew that I should have stayed up and finished them last night lol!

I'm still playing Resident Evil 5 and it's been an absolute blast last few days! The combat is incredible fun as is the boss battles, plus the levels are really enjoyable and even the story is fairly well done surprisingly. Playing with an AI companion works very well and I can see co-op being one of the best experiences of its kind with splitscreen, online and local available. The inventory management emphasis also plays an big role here which really adds to the gameplay. I'm approaching the 10 hour mark and still not done yet and with chapters graded on performance, there is definitely going to be a lot of replayability here. I'd seriously consider picking it up before the Capcom platform-wide sales end. You don't even need to be a veteran of the series to have fun with this. First hour is a bit slow but then it really gets going. Game still looks fantastic after 14 years too!

Curious, why didn't you do the destruction contract and get visibility on where the safes are? I think there are now supposed to show where the closest 4 safes are in the area

I've totally in disbelief sometimes when it happens as I think how do I do it, but I do think the click is very sensitive. I find i'm getting far better with R3 now though so its more L3 and automounting that causes more issues...however, its kind of funny because I realise that many kills actually come because i mount immediately which means your far more stable and also harder to hit. Strange how the way we play sometimes works in our favour.

Altho I've seen the melee thing your on about on Shotguns over the years, it's quite rare for me. Do you use default or tactical button layout? Do you use auto sprint or auto mount in the settings? (I use tactical, no auto sprint and no auto mount). I still think it's something you use in your settings or the way you push your controller buttons that's attributing to it. I like the Expedite, I rate that thing highly. Tighter spread is more precise, but in HC wider is more useful because there is more chance the pellets will land on a target. Also coupled with the damage and potential extra range HC offers for the lethality. Altho hipfire is nice on the Expedite, I recommend ADS as much as possible for distance. Unless it's a fast encounter and you don't have time. With the right build on the Expedite on core you can expect a 12-16m one shot kill with ADS if you hit the sweet spot and accurate. In HC with slugs you can probably hit 20-30m easily with the Expedite, maybe more and expecially with the Lockwood and a nice sight and reticle all ADS.

When I spam the fire button it goes into melee action instead (Still bugs the crap out of me), even with a firerate attachment on. Maybe I am not releasing the button enough between shots... And is the Expedite the worst shottie ever? I like to think so. I play HC so gonna try a wide spread instead. Seems it needs surgical prescision.

I recently completed the Predator Mission in Crown Tier 4, the objective is to infil solo without any weapons to will 3 operators collect 150k in cash and extract. I spawned in with a Two Plate, Self Res and my usual equipment package of Stim, Semtex, Ammo Box. My spawn location was at Quarry, I really don't like this spawn unless I have a silenced sniper but without weapons it is horrific, you have can hug the edge of the map to the North and venture through the small village north of the Quarry or you can hug the edge of the map to the South and risk bumping into players. I instead opted to take out the AI nearby threw my semtex and took a few out picked up an RPK but I was then swarmed by over a dozen bots from multiple weapons I fought through most of them but was downed and had to use my self res. I revived and hastily made out of there towards the south. I checked my map for nearby contracts and found a raid weapons stash in Sa'id City looks like it is in the stronghold in the middle of the city I quite enjoy this one as it has a very nice choke point on the stairs which goes around the corner and also has another room to fall back on should you need it. Found a 3 plate in the upstairs chest and take on the weapons safe, as this is finishing I can hear voices on proxy chat (3 of them) I collect one of the silenced M4s dropped by the bots and there is a nice Chimera inside the safe which I take as a secondary I also collected a large backpack from here. I peak out through the door and can see an enemy team in the doorway of the small building opposite I down 2 of them and finish one of them then head back into cover to reload, as I peak back out the first is reviving but I get him down again and finish this time. I can hear the third moving around and attempt to flank him I find him waiting for me to come from the opposite direction and down and finish him. Excellent that's my 3 operator kills, early into the match now to raise as much cash as possible I looted the bodies as expected they didn't have much cash I took their tags 2 bronze 1 silver that's 10k, Checking for contracts there is a secure nuclear material nearby in Sa'id City so I take that one collect the geiger counter and raid the stashes. Lets find another one there are two nearby to Saweh the Rad Zone is also hear so I think that I can take this and work my way further north away from the Rad Zone picking up contracts on the way. On the way I find a couple of players on top of a building waiting for extraction they take a couple of shots at me, I turn back into Sa'id city and park my vehicle up. Flank around the building I sneak into the building and down and finish one of them whilst he is running for the chopper I stay in the building and listen for his squad I find him running for his mate for a res and down and finish him too. Is there a third? I stay where I am for a little while check the bodies and they have both vanished excellent must be a duo, unfortunately they didn't have much loot but I took the tags. OK so I didn't need to kill then but they did take a shot at me and I need cash for my mission. Sold everything in my inventory at a nearby buy station and make my way back towards Saweh the supply drops have also dropped in this area I also find a player bag as a gas station loot it for the tags. Lets make our way down to Saweh for the contract the supply drops pretty uneventful raid of the stashes collect the loot the none of the supply drops has been touched but they were trash less that 20k from all 3 combined and the loot was naff too, there was another nuclear contract nearby between Saweh and Sarrif Bay so I collect that one too. I'm now at 127k the gas is now starting to come in I check the map 2 hunts at airport and 1 at Al Bagra still players on the map then. I find another nuclear contract further north at the small area towards the west I think this will be fairly safe as no-one is here after 5 minutes into the match there's nothing really here. I complete the contract thinking I'll be just shy of the 150k but to my surprise once I sell everything in my inventory I'm at 153k excellent all that's left is the final exfil at Taraq. I check the map and the hunt contracts have disappeared I must be the last player alive on the map. I took a nice steady drive up to Taraq carefully cleared the area of bots and waited patiently in the exfil chopper for the mission to be completed. This was a thrilling mission for sure. I had a great fun with it. I didn't take too many attempts of the other attempts I was a bit too overzealous with taking out the enemy squads and ended up in over my head. I initially tried to complete this on Ashika as there are some great locked areas on here but you can't really move around the map quick enough without being spotted and taken out by other players. I made an interesting decision on my previous attempt I was making really slow progress and found an operator extracting that I managed to get the jump on. I took his 2 plate and self res and decided to exfil and start again seems that was the best decision that I could have possibly made as after I got out of spawn the round couldn't really have gone any better other than maybe the supply drops actually having some decent loot.

My rule of thumb for Shotties. Pump or lever slower fire rate Shotguns, always ADS and get that range and accurate 1 shots and on target. These include Lockwood/Olympia/Argus, Model etc. Especially if it only has 2 rounds, you want to use them wisely. All others like the semi autos, try get as close as possible and keep blasting the trigger all hipfire until everything around you is dead. Avoid holding the shoot button, it ends up sloppy and weird with certain fire rates and wasted shots. Absolutely mash the trigger on and off and spam as fast as you can with them up close.

I like the initial look of it, tend to reserve judgement with mmos until they are out as when they dont do so well it can be a real shame. one of my favourite mmo’s was probably wildstar and that ended fairly abruptly

I had a wisdom tooth out a couple of years ago, horror story, so I won't scare you by relaying it here 😅

I had one wisdom tooth removed in 2017 and although it was a bit daunting, it actually turned out to be fairly routine in the end. Painkillers for a few days after were needed and you have to keep the wound clean with salt water but aside from that, it was a pretty simple procedure and I've had longer hygienist appointments before!
