  1. Servios are developing a new Aliens action-horror game set between Alien and Aliens. Now, i loved Alien Isolation and it absolutely shredded my nerves at times with how tense it got, but there have been other attempts at Aliens which have failed to hit the mark and that have gone for more of the shooter angle with thr franchise. I'm hoping that this does it justice, and maybe has a Dead Space kind of vibe if they are going action-horror with it and not just straight up Aliens FPS. Only time will tell, but Ii'm hoping for a good game 🤞 Aliens is getting the single-player, action-horror treatment WWW.EUROGAMER.NET Developer Survios is teaming up with 20th Century Fox to create a new single-player, action-horror...

  2. This is from Aaron and myself trying to work on a base design... I tried jumping and grabbing onto the railing, let's just say it didn't work out.

  4. Agree 100%. I don't understand why every aliens game needs to be 1st person. Remember the 2D side scrolling beat 'em up Aliens vs Predator? Awesome game. The "Dead Space" vibe kind of game would so fit the IP.

This one crossed my brain cameras this morning and peaked my interest. It looks like a 2D side scrolling, hack and slash, action adventure, rouge-like pice of interactive entertainment media on the PC. It has some impressive graphics and audio, but I'll do a more thorough review once I'm back home. Released on July 13th

  6. I imagine that most games that have a VR version in mind will tend to be 1st person. That Aliens type atmosphere and maybe some RPG elements, in a Dead Space style but with 1st person, would be interesting for me.

    FG Germany FIFA 22 Cup

So, last nights results were. Quarter final: @LordBaguette 1 - 2 Findmartin Semi final: @Macca89 5 - 1 Findmartin Manager findmating told FG sports news channel :the lads gave everything out there and managed to produce a shock in the quarters with a decent performance. The fixture schedule was tough for the lads having to play 2 games back to back and we held our own for 60 minutes in the semis against a quality opponent but it wasnt to be. Good luck to macca in the final. I have decided to retire from from German football and give it a crack over in France (sod the 3rd place playoff hey @GazzaGarratt😂)With a little bit of luck I can hopefully go one better and make the final, as long as I dont get a shite team like Metz or something 😂

  11. Imagine spending £75,000-£125,000 for a new car and then having to buy extra features as microtransactions These are monthly prices too so if you wanted heated seats for a year, it'll cost you over £200 extra! Welcome to the fucking future.

  12. It makes me laugh to be honest, the lengths the failing economic system will go to squeeze out every last penny it can. Profits are king of this world and this is a natural, logical manifestation. It's not a new thing either.

  14. heated seats aside, look at the other more important stuff like driver assist and map update, since the future of cars is electric self driving ones they are going to force us to pay monthly for things that will be vital for a self driving cars otherwise no insurance company will cover you and the car will be a moving deathtrap, that's 114 per month, plus all the other bullshit they will find to monetize, welcome to the future where even breathing will require a subscription the future is going to fucking suck majorly, we are diving head first into a cyberpunk dystopia

  15. Ooooh, yeah. I think I had a third party one in my loft that's similar to this one. I also had third party controllers alongside the normal ones, mainly for the beat em up ones. They had extra settings you could program slow or continually would be on if pressed! Suffice to say though, i never wanted to use them as it felt scummy to do so! Pic below:

  16. So not really story time but a quick summary. I was the only one at base back when the server just started and was waiting for Tad to finish his long long journey from the southern coast. He had finally reached close enough to be in my line of sight.........

  17. Its been a while since I did an FG update. So bear with (with who? where is he! I can't see it!? ffs, Lee) I'm sure everyone's days are blending into one these days. 2020 has been one of those years for the history books and we could've said that in March, let alone December which is still just over 5 months away. Isolation has been a double-edged sword in some respect; its been great to see so many chances to spend more time with your immediate family at home but what comes with permanent home comforts is the lethargic lack of routine, loneliness, depression, anxiety which we've also seen impact so many of us. I imagine you all can relate to some degree? For a week or two I've wanted to write something but I've hesitated because I know I have to be ready to 'Walk the Walk' not just 'Talk the Talk' when I really want to make the most of this place for everyone and makes sense to pick up the things we've talked about over the past few years. Who knows if i'm ready, but i'm willing to give it my best shot and there's no better time to dust ourselves off in the midst of some soul searching in isolation. It'd be ace to start creating some of that Legacy i talked about in the article I did back in January. I think the best way to keep everyone in the loop is being open and letting you know a few pressing items I want to see progress with over the coming weeks and months - and I would love to get as many of you involved which I'm working on ways to get to that. Please keep reading! Merchandise Shop - this requires me to purchase and install a whole new section for FG which i'm hoping you'll all enjoy FG Points/Gamerscore - A way to have a meaningful way that gives everyone here an added bonus for being around FG where possible Creating new sections New entire page spaces for games - we can make as many as we'd like providing we can maintain support New homepage - to remind everyone of everything we do. We aren't just a Forum any more, we are far more awesome than that Expanding existing areas Guides & Tips section - the fairly new section needs some love and there's some amazing people here that do great info tips for you all that can easily get lost Re-engaging with old FGers - life's too short to miss everyone and its great seeing so many faces come back, lets do things to get other ones back too. For me its the case of, Why Not, you have nothing to lose seeing old faces and friends. Open our doors to new FGers - we should make more people aware of what we do best - they can have a home here and we can all help them in whatever problems they have. The PPR section just shows how much we have all done to help each other and long may that continue. Regular gaming nights schedule - to help people to keep themselves free, get involved and most importantly make sure the right game is updated and downloaded! Finding more ways to help others Picking up and driving some real charity fundraisers starting with charity streams Try to get a regular pattern on sending out Feel Good Fund parcels to caring FGers I'd hope you all agree whilst there's more we can always find to do, most importantly this is a ton to look forward to as a group/family. Other posts to follow but if you have any burning thoughts please shout up below - a poll will go alongside this post to ask absolutely anyone here if they want to get involved in any specific stuff in the coming weeks and months. Thank you for the last few months everyone; here's to having a better second half to 2020 for all of us 👊😎 GGFG
