There is only a couple of months until the new NFL season begins, so with that in mind we thought it would be cool to set up a fantasy league for the upcoming season. I will be using the Sleeper app, which i've put a screenshot of and im sure is on iOs and Android. Below are also some links to guides for those who want some guidance as to how the hell it all works lol. Its all for a bit of fun, especially since this is my first time setting one up too but i'm sure I can sort out some prizes. To make this work we need between 10 and 12 peeps,so if you are deffo interested pop your name down and ill set you up. The season starts at the beginning of September, so would probably do a proper draft in late July, but we will do a couple of mock drafts before then so we can all get the feel for it a bit. Yeah for the most part, most people have bought it years ago and enjoyed it. It's truly an epic game. Might take some time to complete it, but well worth the time. It's possible to hardcore binge and blast through it. Players like yourself and I that are very limited on playtime might want to play something else when we get the chance. God of War is definitely a masterpiece.

God of war looks very much a me game, i have tried to play it twice and bounced off it. will add it to the library but cant see me ever getting through it! It’s not a bad month mind, just think anyone that wanted to play god of war probably already has it?

So errm hi! I am sort of looking for a new place to call home so to speak, the forum I typically visit has become far too political and all I really want to do is talk games 😄 So yeah, I have young children which limits my gaming time but I'm a big fan of JRPG's, from the UK, I play a fair amount of battlefield with friends when I can (We won't mention 2042) and I have access to almost every console I could ever want (though my collection for each tends to be small and limited!) So yeah hopefully I will get chatting to you all soon, hi 🙂

Hi Luseth, We play the PS4 version of FIFA 22. We also like to rotate the positions so once you jump on Monday or Sunday you can just have a look and pick where you want to play during the night. If you have any of the guys as friends on PS you should be able to join friends club Forever-Gaming. If not I'm sure we can set you up one night this week before Monday!

God of War Hmmmm "Adds to library immediately" I played some of the really old ones on PS2? Never bought the newer ones, but always wanted to play them. The storylines were always epic and immersive.

This is one of its biggest fails for me, the grind for some basic stuff is incredibly dumb and with weapon crafting it's been turned upto the max. You grind for red border weapons with an insane low drop rate then you need fucking 5. One catalyst requires 50 min completions of mid tier difficulty stuff 😂 @Diddumsalso hit the nail on the head regarding crucible, I used to love spending hours just chilling in crucible now it's bounties and done simply because I've had enough by then of all the cheesy bulllshit, every update seems to make it worse too.

I will also add that it's compulsory to own at least one flat cap if you live in Yorkshire. Plus we don't greet people with "alright, darling" as use "hiya love". We also tend to not like Southerners up here so I'm unsure how people will react to a South African 🤷‍♂️

Do you guys play on PS or XBOX? Do you often have any space in the squad and is it just Mondays? I used to play a lot of clubs but my group largely drifted away (and I can't play with my brothers as they are frustratingly bad to play with 😄 ) If so who should I be adding and what is the clubs name? 🙂

Hi @IRaMPaGe & @GazzaGarratt thanks for the welcome 🙂 I mostly play PS5 but do have a Switch, laptop and Series S as well (played in that order of preference). My 3ds is getting a lot of love at the moment though and I have a couple of DS games turning up for it this week 🙂 Will be my go to gadget when I go on holiday in a months time. From the UK, West Midlands and in case anyone wants to add me my name on almost everything is the username I have on here - Luseth.

Like Kenny says above, welcome to FG @Luseth ! We used to have those 'Speakers Corner' sections years ago but I think this place is way more about keeping that family feel around the place and having good banter with all FGers now 😄 Doesn't mean you have to agree with everyone though for sure! Definitely lots of shooter/FPS people here which hopefully be nice for you to jump in with. Hopefully they'll be some games we crossover on at some point. Lots of events pop up across the board so make sure you keep an eye out for them. What consoles do you usually play on? Play on PC too?
