  1. Well I've had a cheeky go on the Gr.4 Audi TT '16. Nothing too fancy, but I'm happy as its my first one. Randomly, I love that I managed to get the website wording including the logo on the top of the spoiler.

Hi everyone, I'm Ant and new to the forums. I've been a gamer since i got my first playstation back in the 90s and have been a playstation guy ever since (though i did have a couple of xbox's too lol) and recently managed to upgrade to PS5. I play all sorts of games, but love horror and action games. I'm currently playing Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered, God of War and Maneater, with a bit of Fifa 19 now and again (career mode mind you lol). Looking to get into this online multiplayer lark and improve upon my noob status lol. Looking forward to chatting games and getting online with peeps 🙂

  3. Activision have now started blocking data apps used to expose cheaters in Warzone and Multiplayer in a shameful bid to protect their SBMM framework. These apps use the API and can showcase lobby data such as k/d's which can quickly identify if a content creator or streamer has been cheating the system. Before Christmas many of the big names were caught and admitted guilt in regards to the multiplayer aspect but now even Warzone is being significantly impacted by this behaviour from a wealth of big names. There also seems to be people actively policing the system so when someone gets a nice clip, these users quickly scrutinise the lobby quality rather than the clip itself and even then, questions are further asked about input cheats being used. What an absolute dire situation Call of Duty is in from a gameplay and social standpoint. Connection-based matchmaking + lobby balancing = good times. SBMM + gameplay manipulation and cheaters = dead game. The fact Activision are only interested in protecting themselves rather than the community wishes says it all.

  7. Thats not strictly true, the content creators are circumventing the sbmm to get into lobbies with worse players. Sbmm is actually having the opposite affect that Activision want it to. Withiut sbmm they'd have to spend time lobby surfing.

  8. It is a sad state the YouTubers, Twitch Streamers and big content creators have to hide or on the other side of it prove they are legit. Activision will always protect the big names, those guys draw in views and hype etc. I'm all for mixed lobbies of varying skill with decent sensible matchmaking/team balancing and priority on as stable a connection as possible. I would rather a fair fight, I've held my own in some of the sweatiest lobbies if the connection is alright and I play good. I've been smoked by beasts and clans and I'm fine with that some of the time. Well to put it into perspective, my internet is pretty shocking in terms of DL and Upload speeds. It's very basic and I need to upgrade in general, waiting for the old contract to finish before looking into something else. Now on a few occasions I have had 3-4 very good games in a row and been severely punished. I was put into an Asian lobby one night, I reckon so because the whole enemy team had Japanese or Chinese letters in their names. They all ran MP5's and AK74U's and I got destroyed. They were indefinitely better players than myself, but because of the SBMM I was put there and some of the gunfights lagged a bit and I had no chance. As the skill rating goes up and so does the sweat and the higher quality connection. I'm guessing I was in the 100-150ms ping range in that match or something. Just to paint the picture of my setup, I have a 14mbps DL and a 1mbps upload. And I never ever get that full amount. I'm playing on an old 42 inch LG TV that's about 9 or 10 years old and is probably 50-60hz max if I'm lucky. On a PS4 and sitting on a couch about 10 foot away or so. That's why I very rarely use crossplay. I feel I get screwed with it when up against next gen consoles and PCs. I'm not trying to make myself sound better than I am, but I upload whatever clips I feel were decent or I enjoyed at the time and saved. So if I can do it so can anyone. But for my sake and everyone else with below average internet, please prioritize the best we can get Activision and stop making it harder than it needs to be. If the connection is stable and fair I will try hard and sweat if needs be to beat some guys. But the overall punishment is an even harder laggier lobby eventually. Now I also heard they are going to add League play to Cold War. My question is what have we been playing the last 2 months? We will have the normal sweaty public lobbies, then an even sweatier lobby for League play?

I read this late on Thursday night and i've been meaning to post it up but if i'm honest, i'm struggling to find the words to put a reasonable response up. Overall, this is such a bummer to read. Hit hurts hardcore, regular players the worst imo, as its really targeted at players that are either a) brand new to the game and b) returning players that have had a decent break. Due to the extensive changes they've had to make to work out how to maintain Destiny 2 rather than create a D3 which would've clearly not had enough brand new content for a completely new game, they're paying the price for getting through a shite period of time where their new content ideas can't come quick enough off the conveyor belt as players adapt and become content hungry people. I still firmly remain in the camp that sunsetting is a good idea. They don't make the stuff irrelevant as you can still use it in the standard playlist stuff, like Crucible, etc. The problem is, the reasons why we had to accept sunsetting was because we expected to automatically start using new and varied weapons in upcoming seasons. Whilst I'm happy that 99% of all players now don't use The Recluse anymore in endgame stuff cos it was getting boring to see, you need viable and decent options to replace it - and they can't ALL be technically old weapons. We need NEW weapons to combat sunsetting so it will make sense. No one wants to grind for the same gun AND roll 1 year later just to keep it alive, cos you might aswell just give them the gun they've earned as it doesn't change or evolve the game for them. The only thing I would say about new weapons though, is that they can be similar looking guns to what we have today. Its a ridiculous argument about reskinned weapons because we have all the other franchises like CoD using the exact same M4 for 20 years but no one moans about using that and paying the cost for it. If its a gun, its gonna look like a gun. Ironically, for FG people I'd actually say this works in people's favour because many old regulars aren't hardcore anymore or have completely missed all that content. I will bang on continually until I see all Blue, Green and White guns turn into Legendaries. Wen hearing that sentence it sounds like that no new content whatsoever but I can pretty much guarantee 99.8% of all Destiny players will NEVER main white, green, and blue weapons in Destiny and only remember half a dozen. There are around 500 of those weapons not Legendary and Exotic. Ironically they are all relevant still - and potentially better than Purple and Yellows. A simplistic radical change but very much needed. And then we can get back to enjoying the reasonably good content dropped in the DLC we just had and hopefully upcoming seasons.

  11. Cyberpunk 2077 staff knew how bad the bugs were before launch, report confirms | PC Gamer WWW.PCGAMER.COM No surprise here: CD Projekt employees reject the idea that they didn't know about Cyberpunk's issues before release.

  12. They didn't mention the shitty AI, the cops, missing features and other immersion braking issues that aren't necessarily bugs, just poorly implemented. Which is a worry.
