Also, Eddie Howe has left Bournemouth by mutual consent. One of the last, if not the last of the managers that could keep his job forever. Whilst they've been relegated and maybe need a change, its unreal how he took that team from the bottom of League 2 to the Premier League and stay there for 5 years. Its a shame other teams can't stick by their manager more often. Too much instant success needed these days. I'm glad we still have Tony Mowbray 3 years in....even though I hear the fickle fans on Twitter calling for his name from time to time. Be careful what you wish for I say. So....what do we reckon? We've talked it over the years and until PES brings out a viable Pro Clubs alternative I don't mind giving this a go. The current FIFA is now £15 to buy and as I now a number of people love football here as well as own a copy of the game I thought it might be cool to see who is interested in doing a little Pro Clubs together? In a quiet space in the world, BioWare continue to work on the 2.0 reboot for Anthem and they are starting to share it through social media, being very open and transparent that this is still early days. The early signs are very promising and it looks very different to what it was, especially with UI design and methods of rewarding players. It will make the excitement of the game go up with things popping on the screen and different rolls to chase. Hey folks, on Saturday 8th @5pm I am running a ‘one shot’ D&D campaign for my Tabletop friends, we have 4 people so far and we would love another one or two! As long as people stick to positions and it’s not 7 people in attack every time we have the ball I’m up for it. Should possibly also work out who plays where beforehand as well. The club I play in with my highschool buddies I usually play striker, but I can also play winger or cdm. Also @LordBaguette has fifa, we’ve played some co-op seasons every now and then.

Well, what a week its been on the server. I think i've done about 17 Marathon's back and forward from our original base to the new base. We now have a cracking range of Car Tents, Medium Tents, Camo Boxes, Camo Tents and the rest. We nearly have a fully wooden base around us, with exception to a few tiny spots and the fact you can still climb over the top of some walls in certain places 🤣, i've done my best to get it moving though! New people shouldn't be put off by the fact we've managed to collect this stuff. In fact, its probably saved you from the more boring elements in the game that you have to collect these types of bits to store all the exciting parts in - so i'll say 'my pleasure' in advance cos i found it quite relaxing! We've got to the point where we can now focus building a more secure base - need nails, hammers and more axes finding car/helicopter parts keep food supplies topped up I think we really could after that focus on trying to break in some other enemy bases. I'm pretty sure now we've come across around 6/7 territories that are owned by other players. Thanks to @crispymorgan finding some unique parts none of us have found yet - a pristine BBQ which amazeballs I must say and also a gas mask filter...so potentially one person could go to the elusive gold mine which is known as Tisy Military Base. We also should keep an eye out for Airdrops too for extra basebuilding materials. My god, its been infruriating that the past 2 days i've travelled nearly 10,000 metres one way only to find the drop disappear or alreayd taken...and then I have to spend my troubles finding enough food to get my dying ass body back to base. High Risk, High Reward I say and its been worth it every time. Keep popping those multivitamins and we'll get through it!! An enormous ground work effort means that when @Diddums and @Capn_Underpants and anyone else joins in the fun, they'll find it tough but won't have to worry about trying to become the next Forrest Gump Simulator 😎 GGFG @BO7H B4RRELS @phil bottle @crispymorgan P.S. @Greboth, get your ass on this boi...I even think @Plumbers Crack shouldn't be frightened to try it out anymore.

Hi folks, sorry I've been a bit quiet of late, this will be addressed in my PPR! I have launched, at the request of many people in my life, an online coaching platform for the general public (not athletes). In essence, its going to put a personal trainer in your pocket - me. As most of you are aware I'm a strength and conditioning coach out of my own studio gym and a deep tissue therapist at a local clinic, I generally work with athletes and sports people to improve performance but from every avenue of my life I'm often asked LOTS of questions about how to drop body fat, increase muscle, get stronger, improve general health from the general public. I'm always happy to answer these questions but the problem with free advice is it is worth exactly that, nothing. It's not accountable and is rarely specific for the individual. So here we are now. I am going to be taking on 5 new clients to begin with because I feel this will not increase my work load too the extent that the quality of my work will drop (I have to think about my existing clients too). What do you get? Custom workout plans sent straight to your phone (I will use the app I currently use with my athletes which allows me to create custom workouts with videos showing form) based on how YOU want to train. Want to do home workouts? Great. Want to use your bike/run? Awesome. Want to start at the gym? Lets do it. Want to improve on what you already know in the gym? Simples. Flexible or rigid nutrition protocols dependant on your personality. Some people like a meal plan, some people like to have flexibility so they can pick and choose what they want to eat, either way we can work together to make sure you have the protocol in place that best suites your goal. Weekly accountability check ins with me (we use the app to track your workouts and a spreadsheet to track your nutrition - I have eyes on you at all times!) 24/7 access via WhatsApp incase you need feedback on exercise or have questions that can't wait for the check in The cost of this is going to be £99 a month. This is a rather competitive price (I pay my coach £250 a month...) but there needs to be a monetary incentive for this as that is what creates the accountability. If you've paid me £25 a week you're going to make sure you hit your workouts, follow your nutrition and fill in your accountability checks, it's a as simple as that. I wish I could offer it for free but the work it creates is very time consuming. There have been many people from FG who have asked for my advice, guidance and even to write them a program - I'm under no illusion that these people will likely not want to fork out the money to actually see the results. However, if you're lurking in the wings and you know you want to make a sustained change in your lifestyle to become healthier, lighter, heavier, stronger, faster....what ever your goal is - please don't hesitate to send me a message. Nice idea Elliott and hope you get some success with it 😎 I think the hardest thing with business ideas will be the overall cost, even if the cost to benefit ratio is pretty good. Usual direct debits around £100 or over from people out of Not London are the ultimate key ones you need to live - Mortgage, Council Tax, Car loan and maybe Electric/Gas combined. I think if you can break the mold and enter that bracket then top effort mate. If someone wants it enough, they'll pay it.

They'll always be that concern with 343 vs what Bungie created but I think you can find yourself too hung on those external factors. The fundamental core of Halo is still there and what everyone loved about it. I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt on this one. Its a bold move for sure, but they've identified how the market is going and to come back into the light they need to do something groundbreaking, which they have. Who knows, we could get an evolving world like Destiny and that makes me excited.

Samsung Evo has always been good to me but part of me feels like I'm paying for the name. But with not having any issues at all and how long it has lasted, I'd probably choose it again.

Samsung have been reliable for me. I have an 840, an 850 Evo and a 970 Evo Plus. The 840 is a survivor from my last PC (was my boot drive) and is 8 years old. 🙂

I'm not sure if Halo is the system seller it once was especially with 343 at the helm. There will have to be a significant selling point or something revolutionary - if it's just deathmatch modes and a tacked-on battlepass then that probably wont be good enough even for seasoned players.

At any weight you can run it's all about pace and distance. Even 1k at a slow pace of 10 minutes per KM is better than something. Before this covid i had applied to go on a run leaders course to which got cancelled but we get new runners to the club i run with some are over weight and they come with questions about their weight and running to which i always say it's about your pace and distance and always say start at 1 KM at a really slow pace and built it up little bit at a time when you are comfortable with the distance you start from. Mostly on my long runs i keep getting blisters on the inside of my foot and toes which could be either my running trainers or the way i run to which i need to see a doctor as the out side of my normal wearing shoes/trainers wear down but with my trainers i own 3 pairs 1 pair is solely for trail running then i have competition/event running then my old pair which do seem to have plenty of life left in them but it stats with them that after 500 km they need to be replaced and i'm on about 900 km with them so only way really to find out is use my event running pair see if i get and blisters.

Hey yo is Internet that bad and/or expensive there? I pay like 50€ (Euro) monthly for a 1gbs flatrate connection here in Austria. Also this game is SICK! I am a total noob when it comes to anything related with Airplane and general flight mechanics, terminology etc. I feel like I'd need a year to learn before going into the game to make the most out of it..
