  2. Best game of the season for us last night, Rashford has been amazing for us recently. Fingers crossed we play the same on the weekend against City but we’ve been so inconsistent who knows what will happen. Also shout out to Amazon for having the games, fuck having to pay for a million subscriptions to possibly watch your team play each week.

  5. The topic we started the other day about nutrition has brought up some really good questions about health etc. Rather than focus on food I want to challenge people to a 7 day task to see if they 'feel' any better by changing a few simple protocols in their day. Attached is a word document I want you to print and use as guidance, you simply tick the box if you completed the task by the end of the day and then add a statement about something you are thankful for or proud of (this is a mental wellbeing task). The challenges are: Drink at least 1/2 litre of water for every 'foot' you are tall. So if you're 6 foot tall you would drink 3 litres of water throughout the day Eat 2 different colour vegetables of fruits with every meal Be in bed ready to sleep at least 6 hours before your alarm is set to go off Add extra rock, sea or pink Himalayan to at least 1 meal throughout the day Stop drinking caffeine at midday These are 5 very easy things everyone can achieve that will improve your general health and wellbeing over a relatively short period of time. Who is up for the challenge??? The FG Health Challenge.docx

  6. Put some times up then when we can all be around. I can't just be there at a drop of the hat so when we had that event last week that was great. I didn't have to party up with you but being around if I had a question and enjoying content with your mates makes pretty much any game enjoyable. Go get some dates Chief!

  9. Impossible for me on the caffeine, I only drink tea and lager. Occasionally orange Tropicana. Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk

  10. Do all of this except adding salt, I eat enough salt to maintain my fluids in the food I eat normally. I mean I add salt as seasoning etc but don’t make a note to add more than necessary

  14. Couldn't bring myself to watch it, ranked up to level 19 in need for speed instead. My heart has gone out of it for the moment, my brain went years ago. Lee, you cracked me up this morning [emoji23] Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk

  16. Classy England fans have been referring to that in his Twitter for years, "gary shit himself" did die down for a bit....but there's always one. I'm young enough to remember that game. Should have won that world cup 🙂

    Season of Dawn Reveal

There is actually so much challenging PvE content it is quite hard to know what to do, totally forgot Alter of Sorrow which I have yet to beat. In all cases this stuff just needs a regular team thinking through load outs and giving it a go, and being prepared to fail and try again. Dungeon is really doable, next time I’m on for a night I’ll try and get some people through it. First three parts of the raid are also super doable.

  19. I'm one of those people in life who tries to stay consistent with myself. I've slagged him off for years, I'm not going to change my opinion just because he's managing the team I support. I don't like how we operates, his tactics, how he treats other human beings, his lack of sporting fair play, his excuses for things going wrong. If he has become St Paul on the road to Damascus and suddenly seen the light, well, we'll see [emoji4] I just hope your optimism and faith in this man isn't mirrored with a similar faith in Boris Johnson [emoji28][emoji173][emoji8] Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk

  21. The Irishman. Fucking great... There's a hell of a lot of talking but with Pachino and DeNitro it still kept me intrigued through the whole 3 hours and 20 something minutes. Yes, it is a loooong movie and again with a lot of talking but this is a masterpiece that Scorsese has cooked up and well worth the time if you like mafia movies.
