Is there any games you like at all? James would you bitch about a blow job?

Zombies does feel like a convoluted linear quest that could be opened up if you can have checkpoints through it or different phases where it didn't feel just like a horde mode where you run around to try and find the place you have to press X on. Maybe a little more where you can jump in and out of a Zombies space and do certain steps would work better. I do enjoy the concept but if you missed the start you just shoot things whilst waiting for the most experienced person to do the next task. Good for a few games I've found.

Turns out I can't play that Resident Evil. The way the screen jitters and moves, particularly the quick turn, makes me ill. I've tried 3 times with various screen settings and get "car sick" feelings and have to put it away after 15 minutes or less. The only other game that's done that to me was Rage. Metal Gear has been a lot of fun, though I'm completely lost in the story. I played the original on NES back in the day, and the one where Snake is old now on PS3. I'm not familiar at all with the lore of the game that's been built up or WTF is going on here. Game play is fun, though. I mean, who doesn't love a game about using horse poo to cause cars to spin out and using light bondage to improve employee morale?

Yeah, I was 50/50 on getting it but the Steam Easter sale 2020 will be fine by me. Think they've shot themselves in the foot here, no matter how much money Epic threw at them. It was the highest selling pre-order game on Steam and community hub is going berserk.

It'd be good if the FG community manages to settle on a game we all like and want to play together, other than the usual Density and COD shenanigans. Anthem and Division 2 are the current games being touted for this special privilege. Personally, I'm already no longer thinking of Anthem but Division 2 might be a PC and PS4 purchase if it's any good. Will see in next week's beta.

I am going with The Division 2, from what I've played, the work I have seen from the developers in person I certainly trust them more than I do EA. (The Anthem demo was neat but not impressive- it'll be a decent game in the end) I do not expect Div2 to pull a Destiny2 and start on the "1 step forward, 2 step back" path.

My opinion has been for sometime that we should have all 3 - Division 2, Anthem and Destiny 2. There is no reason other than numbers why they all shouldn't exist. Our main problems are that we don't have the numbers and we need more people to work together to create an atmosphere and buzz about the games and here. I'm willing and I hope more are too.

Ha ha I forgot some of the things you end up doing, Metal Gear is a great game, looks and plays really well, and some of the ideas are totally nuts. I think the ending is kind of strange but I think the director parting ways with the company contributed to that. I hear that RE 5 and 6 were pretty weak and more about action than scares, so you're probably not missing much there!

Treyarch recently confirmed in a Reddit thread that a new mode called Ambush is coming to Blackout, after the news leaked through the companion app. Ambush, according to the news site CharlieIntel, is a limited-time mode that restricts your arsenal to only sniper rifles and melee weapons, making perks like Skulker and Dead Silence more valuable. I completely agree, I’d rather it was delayed and we got a proper game straight off the bat than had it in drips and drabs.

Ironically they would've made more money and had more people playing if they scrapped the (season) pass altogether. If they gave away free maps and then charged £9.99 every operation for an optional battle pass with tiers and exclusive items; that would have enticed a lot more people than the outdated ripoff format they have right now. The fact it's £40 all or nothing as you can't buy the expansions separately further put people off. At least with the season pass you could choose expansions and if they went with a proper battle pass format, users could buy happily buy in if they wanted to without feeling like money was being wasted. Activision's greed and desperation to cash in as quickly as possible has seen them come unstuck this time.

I haven’t played in ages but we managed to get quite far with the story on IX. Would definitely be up for playing some more, just need to find some free time at the moment.

I played Zombies on the Weekend with Randoms. I quite enjoyed it actually. I played the IX map and my best game was 38 levels. I would imagine with a better coordinated team it could have been better Any of you guys playing it?
