Fist off welcome to our dysfunctional family. I don't think you will find a bigger bunch of assholes and degenerats anywhere else on the interwebs. That said we have all grown to be much than friends. Many of us speak on a daily basis. I,for one, have met some of my best friends on this forum. We want you to all feel at home here too. If you havemt already please make a introduction post. Just give us a little history on yourself. Where you're from and what interest you. What games you like to play. Also include your gamer tag and what console you're on. We have members spread out all over so it should be easy to find people to game with on all sorts of games. In the first game you could join one of three factions - Future War Cult (FWC), New Monarchy(NM) and Dead Orbit (DO). Lore wise each faction came about for varying reasons which off the top of my head I can't remember. In Destiny 1 , you join a faction and you gain xp for it and each time you level up you get given some armour or weapons. There used to be differences in the armour they gave as to what stats got boosted, for example FWC used to speed up super and grenade recharge at the cost of slowing down your melee charge. This got removed later on in D1 and each faction offered varying stats on their armour which, to me at least, it then became irrelevant which faction you were part of (short of it you were trying for a specific weapon like Hung Jury). I was FWC early in D1 purely because to me, super and grenades are more useful to me than a melee. As above though, once this got removed though, I stopped caring about factions short of trying to get some of their specific weapons. I hope they have brought back some differences in the factions so I'll wait to see if/what they are before aligning myself with one. If there is no, or very little difference, then I'm leaning towards DO or NM as their shaders were cool in D1 and FWC always looked shit.

I can sign up for the 10pm raid if that group needs another body, but I will have to put a 3 hr time limit as I need to be able to function the next day. So if you get a full group, then I can back out

I'm off to Tottenham v Dortmund tonight. Train to the stadium from Oxford Parkway in 1 hour = piece of piss and will hopefully be home before midnight too!

I so thought you'd go Dead Orbit. I also love the fact FWC have got an awesome hangar to themselves in the Tower. Funny thing is, I have this theory that if its a rally then they'll be a faction type war each season. The winner will then get ownership of the hangar and the colours and logos will change.

Josh (iGotMollyWhopped) and I are keen to try the raid first thing tomorrow. We want to do it blind also. Our power is sitting at ~285 at the moment.

So we've got nearly 3/4ths through the weekly Clan XP for FG already, nice work everybody Also, the Roster is up and running on the Clan tab when you click options. Looks pretty cool we have 64 members sitting in there right now. Obviously there's a few that aren't so active but i've seen at least 80% of clan members around over the last week. Should be easier to see whos in the clan, add friends, party up and get some challenges done together.
