A PMC has emerged with the power to rescue humanity from a devastated world struggling to rebuild after a global attack on its military and infrastructure. Game features technological advancements and high-tech gear. Features a new HUD which makes the entire action more immersive. The typical “Follow” icon from previous games has been changed to now be a part of your HUD and improved to be more futuristic. Game no longer features the typical Call of Duty campaign loading screens with the random voice talking quickly about your objective. Narration is key to SHGames, the loading screens will tell more of a story and give you more information as you play. Advanced Warfare has only one protagonist. Sledgehammer Games wants the technology in the game to be realistic – be things that can actually happen in the future. Exo Suits can be upgraded after each mission; amount of upgrades you can do will depend upon how many points you have. A female soldier plays a major role in the campaign; she’s introduced after the second-third mission of the game. If a soldier has to be dropped into a mission from the air, it is done via drop pods. Campaign Missions: “Induction” – Seoul, South Korea – First Mission of the game. “BioLab” – This mission revolves around the stealth aspect, and for the first time they showed the invisibility ability in action. You use the invisibility to pass by a big portion of the area to remain undetected from the drones and enemies. “Collapse” – San Francisco, CA - This was a very exciting and action packed mission. It takes place in San Francisco; some of the gameplay is in the Advanced Warfare Reveal Trailer. New Player Abilities: You are the advanced soldier: through boost jumps and grappling, covert cloaking abilities, and biomechanics that provide unparalleled strength, awareness, endurance, and speed. Players can also climb walls, boost-dodge, use zip lines, perform super-jumps, cloak themselves with optic camo, and hover in mid-air. New Exoskeleton armor will fundamentally change some of the abilities and features within Call of Duty. You can jump out of the way of enemies, sort of like a side ways dash jump. New Arsenal: New “variable grenades”, that can be cooked from a concussion grenade to a threat-detector. Threat-detection grenade highlights enemies via an augmented reality system visible in your visor. Some weapons are energy-based, and do not use traditional ammunition. New vehicle: Pitbull, which is based on the real world Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicle. New walking tank in the game, moves on its own. Multiplayer: Exo Suits will be in multiplayer. Gadgets will “not be OP”. Female soldiers are returning. Other: Game being built on a whole new engine and a whole new audio engine. Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare DLC comes FIRST to Xbox One & Xbox 360. Advanced Warfare will have some sort of a co-op mode, TBA later.

Not sure why he's even considered Smalling or Jones to be honest they have both been wanting this season there are better defensive options out there. As for defensive midfield, Gerrard has been playing that role more so for Liverpool this year and Carrick has been been way off form this year. My take is that we should simply go in with the mentality of "we'll score more than you" regardless of how many you score. I would rather see England go all out to win every game and go down fighting rather than the usual rear guard action defending way too deep and then on to a penalty shoot out that we end up losing out to because we're just fucking useless at them. Bottom line, the usual bravado of we're going to win it this time just isn't there. We're all being realists, we know we're not as good as many teams in the competition so why not give it a shot, who knows, it may turn into something special. I remember in '86 we lost Robson and Wilkins very early on OMG the world is caving in, we were on the ropes to even get through to the knock out phase and had a must win game against Poland. Up step Lineker and Beardsley and the team looked a very different proposition, we actually looked good. Had Maradona not cheated with his "hand of God" goal and Lineker not missed that header very late on in that match we may well have gone on to the final that year. I just hope the manager has the balls to make the big decisions and play those that will play well and revel in the experience. I'm thinking Barkley, Shaw, Lallana, Sterling to start........how exciting would a team with those guys playing be to watch. C'mon England, for once prove us all wrong and do something spectacular in a World Cup.

Can't believe Jermain Willem Defoe is shocked that he is only on the standby list. Did he really think his England opportunities would grow with a move to Toronto!? Tottenham needed goals at the time he left and if he stayed; that would've been a massive opportunity to fill the void and improve his chances in his home country. I don't have a xbone but do have a 360 so I'm basing the following negative response off of wasting more and more money over the years on a service that has given me 2 or 3 free complete shit games that I played once and deleted. Seriously MS have the eggheads in your marketing department ever heard of tchotchke? Like if I spend $60+ send me a fucking led key chain that says XBONE on it or a t-shirt, or a stress ball because you make me fucking need one! Nothing that's $60+ USD a year and gives you absolutely nothing other than online connectivity and the opportunity to waste more money on shit you definitely don't need is "the best". Also some games rely on an internet connection in order to utilize DLC's. Paying for things you can't use if your internet is down or you bring your console/HD to a friends house = not the best. Does Live give games and things away like PS Plus now or are they still trying to convince people that their service is worth every penny so they can give you video blog updates about future games that are going to suck balls, or other things they think are great and add value to LIVE that I ignore? Edit: must have read my rant.

Tim Sherwood saked! On paper; his record is pretty good but it seems Spurs don't feel he's the man to take them forward. I thought he did a pretty good job in the time he had. I can see him going to WBA now. I think he's been a bit mistreated by the club and despite his occasionally bizarre statements; it's a bit of a shame.

Gotcha! Yeah, it seems now sales are more important than quality of the game in some peoples eyes. I mean One Direction are fucking shit but that doesn't stop 50 million people buying their crap. Titanfall hype clouded judgements and Call of Duty could sell it's own brand of dogshit and the fanboys would lap it up annually. I hate this culture of sales means success. Ghosts is one of the weakest FPS games in recent years and categorically did not deserve the sales it got. The shitty reviews were justified but the game itself was awful in this day and age. Brands will always dominate these days over quality in most markets. Advertising and marketing is a powerful tool and COD has all the ammunition.

Defence is a major worry, they just aren't world class. We don't have to dominant figure in central defence and that's very worrying. I agree with Stretch about Lampard and Carrick, i'd of taken Carrick purely because of his defensive work and also because he's played games this season. I don't remember seeing Lampard playing much. I think it's mad he's taking Wilshere too, i think he's a great player but he get's injured way too much. I like the look of the team and i like where they're going with it but i don't see us faring too well in Brazil. I hope they prove me wrong.

Oh I know. My son has it on Xbone and it's a good game. Just doesn't feel complete. What little I've played it I have enjoyed it.

The only thing that I've read about Titanfall that I really liked was something I read in Frace's PPR. "They've got a really cool system in Titanfall compared to cod, when you want to prestige. You need to complete certain challenges before you can goto the next gen. It's cool cause it forces you to use some guns or equipment that you would have never used otherwise." I would love that in CoD. Beats just leveling up the same way.

Pretty solid squad i reckon. Only question mark would be Lampard for me. Carrick may have been a better selection for the defensive option he offers. However the lack of wing options is a worry I'll be happy if we get out of group stages to be honest.
