More closures expected in the coming weeks but whether they get announced before or after the June showcase remains to be seen. This situation proves that a cull can happen whether you are working on an existing project, and regardless of how successful your previous games are. Everyone kinda knew that the Activision takeover would be the most pointless and damaging in gaming history especially after the Bethesda disaster but I don't think many foresaw how it would ruin so many smaller developers with MS obliterating all their ethics.

Microsoft are the new EA; buy loads of studios and when they don't make billions just close them down. After they shut them down one of the MS execs came out and said they want to focus on smaller games. The type of game that Tango had just made with Hifi Rush 🤦‍♂️ Game Pass just isn't sustainable and MS seem unable to work out what to do to fix it, apart from putting the price up.

A couple of days ago, Sony added another 3 countries to their global delisting taking it to roughly 177. Even though Sony have 'scrapped' the PSN requirement, it seems they have no intention of reinstating the game for sale in the affected regions. Once again, the developer is completely in the dark about Sony's actions and it would appear the latter are simply biding their time as they look for a loophole or backdoor to get around this. This PSN saga is not over and it would suggest they are looking to implement the requirement on new purchasers in regions where Playstation Services are active. I don't think I've seen a developer treated so dreadfully by their very own publishers who clearly have them by the balls.

Actually played against the 6th best player in the UK on PlayStation last night. 40th in the world. 3-0 down and managed to get a 3-3 draw and probably should of won, had @GazzaGarrattwatching and cheering me on. Makes me think if I should start entering a few tournaments.

Watched 4 episodes now, and I love this! Think I might check out the games, as I havent played them.

Just simple question what is the best sporting spectacle you have seen live, can’t be after it has happened, has to be as it happened at the time. On TV or in person Mine is the 2008 Wimbledon final. Was actually the first Wimbledon I ever watch properly and the Nadal Federer final for me is the best sporting event ever, so glad I saw it as it happened
