    I kind of get what you mean @Middle Class Caveman, the open world is incredible large, and in fairness, requested by public demand. I think that works fantastically well for GTA Online. Campaign wise I kind of got bored after a few missions and wanted to go off-piste with mates. The Heists they created in GTA5 were class and hope more of that formula will exist moving forward. Lets hope Online mode will be released at launch and not just the campaign in Q1 2025.

    I also understand what Elliot says, for me the best is still vice city stories for both size and campaign. I think as you say the map has to be huge to facilitate online and as far as I'm concerned they could dump online in the bin. Only really use it for our races.

    You have to be going a reasonable speed as well. 

     

    I get where your coming from, but doesn't matter if the new vest is in the game or not. People are always going to camp. 

    Granted the assassin's vest will only enhance the campers skill. 

     

    If someone is proper camping a building, there are tools like grenades and drill charges etc to stop them. 

    If that doesn't work I will dump 100 rounds of LMG and wallbang.

    If they are sniping and I die a couple of times, I will pull out my own sniper. 

    Just because there have been versions etc is irrelevant the new ghost also just needs a tweek, this new vest is in simply to slow down the game and aid people of no real skill get easy kills, imo it was fixed years ago and should never have been reinstated. The choice then is wether to move or hope you don't get pinged by the uav that are constantly being taken down by all the turrets.

    I don't know. Most people seem to favor Rust, Shipment and highrise. It's not like you won't know where they are. Also I tend to use thermal sights on almost everything so it's relatively easy to spot them.

     

    Most people don't even seem to bother with UAVs. The SAM KS takes them down in no time. The skulls might be missed a little. 

     

    I think I am going on 8 hours and there are still maps that I gave yet to play because everyone always picks the same ones

    Tbh I've seen virtually no Sam turrets and massive UAV spam due to the killstreaks being awful.

     

    I've also seen all the maps, but definitely at the moment rustment is definitely drawing the few people who actually play to that playlist.

     

    However the assassin vest is something that was definitely not needed in the game. 

     

  4. Had a film recommended to me and eventually decided to watch it last week, not the usual crappy superhero/ comic book film and absolutely no identity politics thankfully...what it was, was an original in everyway war film..

    Let's be honest it's really violent and there's plenty of gore, the story isn't bad but the film gets more far fetched as it goes on however it was thoroughly entertaining and I just had to keep watching.

    Sledgehammer claim they'll look into disbanding lobbies. I'm pretty sure IW said the same about MW2 and nothing happened.

     

    Sledgehammer have said that they and Demonware are looking at desync between players which is what is causing you to seemingly die in just one bullet. I had massive issues with this last night (Tuesday) and I turned the game off because of it. I had 4 or 5 games where I couldn't kill anybody and I was dead as soon as somebody appeared on my screen without any chance of reacting to them.

     

    They're tweaking Ghost because at the right now it stops working the second you stop moving rather than giving you a couple of seconds before deactivating. I'm personally happy about this as it's annoying that you can't stop to reload or whatever before you show on the mini map.

    Yeah regarding that AMA most questions were about SBMM but they didn't acknowledge that at all, so not really an AMA😁
