Fortunately I didn't buy it 😛 I was hopeful, partially because I do like to have a more positive view on things ^_^ I mean though this was a scam you could argue a lot of games are these days with the way some of them launch and the way publishers promote them.

I think people here are should be able to limit their picks to 5 ^_^ As for reaching members, when you set it up there is a whatsapp group @GazzaGarratt not sure if Welchy has had an invite to it? That might be the best way, just drop the link into the whatsapp announcements maybe?

I suppose with the steam refund option people are buying it just to see how crap it is and then getting a refund before the 2 hours are up?

I suspect that might be why they have just said 2025 at this point, they may want to release early in the year but know that the last game was delayed about 5 months and it could easily be a repeat.

I watched this last night, there are good signs in there but I dont think it gives too much away it just sort of sets the scene, it tells us it is in Vice City and that there are going to be 2 characters this time (seemingly a couple by what we can see and by the choice of song) and I suppose the drive down the street suggests a more populated city? The croc and flamingos suggest animals so maybe slightly more side things to do i.e. fishing & hunting maybe? I mean it doesn't change my excitement for the next GTA but I was hoping / expecting with this trailer for it to be announcing a release next year so if anything that was disappointing! It looks a visual step up and I did quite like the choise of music.

I can see this being disappointing with how long it has been in the works, I hope not though as I am quite a fan of the series, I put a lot of hours into GTA V especially in the multiplayer, it would be fun to play a new one with you guy's here I reckon.

Hi @WelchyTV that's how I found this place a year or so back, for some reason I have stuck around! Anyway welcome aboard, single player games are generally the sort I enjoy most, anything with a good story typically, spotting you mentioned Fifa, we do have pro clubs nights on a Monday if you are ever about and fancy joining!

haha! I print them off to check before I issue anything, it is incredibly easy to miss stuff on a screen. We seem to be one of few offices still with drawing boards ^_^ We do have one CAD tech though who has issued blank pdf files before now 😂

Last night in game chat I said it was Unreal Tournament 2004, thinking about it after it may well have been Turok on the gamecube. My brother got it for christmas and I'm fairly sure we used to play that together but I can't really remember it. So UT2004 would be the first one I properly got into, we used to have a few custom servers so one where we would fight waves of enemies that got tougher and tougher till you died but we gained xp to buy and upgrade weapons after each round.

I don't think the gloves matter, I did find the infantry vest worth having as you run ever so slightly quicker but I have changed to engineer's now so I get an extra tactical grenade, covert sneakers and ghost are a must and then I use smoke grenades, if you are playing a point based game mode you can smoke up points and run in slashing ^_^

I won't lie I am having immense fun knifeing people 😄 I have started to use one of the new guns (Holger) which is also pretty good. I'm torn at the moment, if I start using the gun more my K/D will increase, I think I am sitting around 1.1 at the moment which is 0.4 off the last game. Running round with the knife is holding me back in that sense but on the flipside I have probably picked up the most kill confirmed tags than anyone in the world the past week because I can't avoid them after stabbing someone in the back 😄 There is also quite a funny animation sometimes when you knife, it sort of just jabs the knife out into the player and honestly it is the most pathetic way to die, it looks like someone getting stabbed by a butter knife from my view 😂Couple that with the enemy trying to do it, that's when I know I have won because they are blatantly raging and wanting to get their own back 🤣

I will take number 11 if it's free ^_^ I think I left 9 on as it was the default on the last game and Lee made a comment so I kept it 😄 I prefer attacking positions as you all know 😄 ST, CAM and RW I am just @JamaicanSteve when he is away but yeah I haven't played too badly at CB as well in the past so that will be my go to position when playing further back , I'm not so keen on CDM so will probably leave that for others.

Some COD gameplay footage with FG over the last few days. I made sure to include a few knife kills! -
So I wasn't a fan at first but last night I had immense fun running around once I had the sneakers, couple that with ghost as you say and I feel that's a must. That then led onto me finding that running around with just a knife could be incredibly fun, people aren't paying enough attention to what they can see and I ended up the evening with the Knife as my third most kills for a weapon only about 15 from my second weapon 😄 I saved a fair few clips, some of me looking incredible, others of me flailing about while someone just steps back and shoots me in the face! 😅

I have moved to the ROG ally and haven't really looked back. The OLED screen is obviously a nice to have and I think the biggest thing for me on this release is the improvement in battery life, I think this is where all these devices need to work on for the moment and obviously Valve have made a positive step in that regard.

Just wanted to say I enjoyed this last night, the story was good fun. I think @Middle Class Caveman deserves to be applauded as he was a great DM, he also could have wiped us out a few times and I think he held back, which with the stick some of us give him sometimes I am sure he was very tempted to stomp us into the ground! 😄 Special mention to @Lurchzy for holding our combat back with his fine choice of spellcasting, I am still not convinced he wasn't on the dark lord's side 😛 @Greboth should have stuck to healing himself in the last fight for all the use James was! 😄 And thank you @TheMuggySpud for his heavy damage dealing and head lopping skills whilst also carrying around a small child! I'm also going to praise myself for telling C'thune the truth while Cal was dealing with his little one before he had chance to run at him with a battle axe 🤣 Cheers guys!

I am happy with Mafia II, that could well be another platinum trophy for me (I did the remaster of the first game not all that long ago I don't think).

I have read that it is basically Avatar Cry but with some cool added elements like the flying and such. I think it is going to be one of those games that does ok but will be heavily riding on the people playing it being into Avatar in the first place and would appreciate exploring the world and such.

I think as James say's it risks excluding a couple of people. Very much depends on who could attend I suppose. I like the idea of being DM but I think we all need to know what we are doing so maybe I'll give it a go after a couple of these shorter games? Elliott is very good at it seems so I think any of us would be struggling to achieve his level of dungeon masteryness.
