    Hopefully will try and get some spare time to put up the rexent Destiny updates as I can't see them anywhere on here atm. Some decent updates and info that you should know on how to get rewards and complete activities. Also some sandbox updates too.

    Not sure myself but the hype/interest from people who I speak to at work and in the UK is that they are glad they bought one and know many families that seem to be jumping for a switch rather than a ps4. I never said they'd beat sony and microsoft at their game but for once I feel like they have a kit that can finally be comparable to the other consoles, more because of the options of how you can play with a switch. They already own 2 of the top 5 games this year.

    I see your point. However, in a really good way, the public are starting to buy a switch instead of ps4 and xbox. The final stage of seeing major 3rd party developers support a Nintendo product is great to see. Even if I don't love them like Sega. L.A. Noire on Switch is a great move.

    Yep there isn't, I agree. Looking back at D1 I still didn't play many different Launchers, Shotguns, etc and there still wasn't many scenarios that needed anything outside of Jellyhorn. Still a few more than D2 though and I hope that changes.

    Well, I'm waiting to preload the CoO DLC today. The last trailer is showing some decent gameplay and I've played the last few nights running around getting my final achievements. I'll be on late tonight just to start the story element and then hopefully available to run some strikes, and infinite forest stuff later this week. Let us know if you'll be online.

    First year when I look at my games and struggle to choose as there isn't anything standoutish. That said, Zelda on the Switch is incredible for a single player game. In fact as a console the Switch is fastly becoming a real player to rival ps4 and xbox for a change. Don't think there's any MP game I can say is great this year. Not played but also hearing good things about Assassin's Creed Origins.

    This is the major reason I want my PC. Phil, that ship upgrade looks incredible. I like the multi-function choice you went for too. Dabble in abit of everything you do I like it alot.

    Don't get me wrong, there doesn't feel like much choice and I'm pretty sure most casuals just get one heavy and stick with it. The core and hardcore players will at least switch out their weapons a little more depending on situations. You need to have reasons to go to snipers or shotguns. More situations like the abyss in crota where a shotgun mixed with the lightning AR exotic (the name escapes me) would wreck the horde of thralls and knights up close.

    The Fucking Hot Healing Chick! change is a good one. I noticed @Diddums reviving last night was significantly slower and he got picked off a few times and the res against us all night wasn't an issue in battles. May try Ana again considering she'd be a good one to utilise, although having Moira and Fucking Hot Healing Chick! healing together feels unstoppable.

    We had a great time. Great to finally meet a few more faces. The Arcade Club is unreal (so was the prices of beer and food, really cheap). First time for me trying VR on the Playstation and Oculus Rift. It is superb. Also, the japanese games are wacky, insane and hilarious. Great fun had by all. A few pics from what others have sent me. I stupidly didn't take many myself.

    I don't change much from Sins and Merciless. However, there are PvP and PvE situations where the Hawthorne Shotgun is great to use and i've seen the exotic Tractor Cannon be used amazingly well in PvP.

    You'll probably think its obvious for me to say 'of course I am' but it isn't that easy. My Name is Byf put it very well in his recent video which I agree with most of it. I am not very happy either right now and I know the latest update whilst good to see in a reaction, clearly we know isn't a silver bullet. It's all about whether you have the patience to hold on and see what happens in the next 8-12 weeks and see if Bungie can deliver the goods constantly. I'll be there for the fact it is still a decent solid game to run around in and ultimately one of the best games we have to party up with all FG members. I also really enjoy the lore so I want to know more and all I hope is that many other FG people just give it a look so we can try and party up a little more again over the Christmas period as we wait...but I also totally understand if people say, fuck it, and don't want to touch it. Caustiously Optimistic.

    Why spoil it? There isn't a competitive mode but I suppose there is a leaderboard. If the game was cross-play then I can then probably understand it as then you will always be getting disadvantages every round against PC players but right now there isn't any reason to do this unless it was to future proof the game for that reason alone.

    Black Friday in the UK is crap. At least the US get ridiculously good deals. Didn't see anything that was really worth the money here. Not massive game deals apart from GT Sport was £22.49 at the time.

    I'm not a Nintendo fan by any means but this bit of kit is by far the best gaming stuff you can buy right now. It is truly unbelievable stuff and the games are ridiculously amazing. I'd recommend one of these to any one wanting an idea for a Christmas present.
