    No fucking way, I'm with Rob, seriously thats looks pretty weird. Talking to a workmate and was going to look at downloading this whilst it's still pre-release on xbox but may need to re-think this.

    I believe the game is good and solid. I had hoped for bigger lobbies but so far every night playing in a party has been quite enoyable, even if we have been beaten up in War for most of it. I don't think CoD should have that 'it's long dead' feeling anymore. You're only as good as your last showing - and this one is pretty good imo.

    I agree Bob in relation to they acted quickly. We have to reiterate, this isn't new, the exact same thing happened in D1 and we didn't grumble too much then. The main reason why there's so much anger and backlash is because the content that was there was just too easy to rinse through. People's expectations are far higher of D2 than of D1 and rightly so. They expected improvements, not a feeling of scaled back from Y3 D1 game. They've had a serious reality check and you have to be critical of them. At the same time I don't think there's a problem to continually review what they are saying and where this game is going. I always said it was about how things land after this debacle and how they communicate. Communication is becoming very regular already which has to be a positive. I hope the backlash did what it needed to.

    Arrekkz has done a decent video of what Masterworks are and do. It seems to be getting some initial good signs as it partially gives you a chance to re-roll a certain stat e.g. trying to find Rangefinder perk for a Shotgun and with an additional 10 power points. A little work still needs to go into the mod system that sits alongside it but I'd like to think its one step forward on this part so far. One point to note. Make sure you check all legendary drops before dismantling them now as they may roll a decent masterworks that you may want to keep rather than sharding it for a random perk to be added on an existing gun you have.

    Let's remember it gets away with some because its still in 'pre-release' If i'm honest though, now its on a console I will consider looking to get it to try it out. I don't have many games on my xbox one so it would be good to test it out and wipe the dust off it.

    I'm with Crispy when he says that he hoped that this would be the one game we wanted. The u-turns communication is great to see but now because of the changes the only thing they could do is effectively remove content from all players immediately to restore a level playing field. I was going to play faction rallies too from today. On what is more frustrating is that they had no choice but to take away some things that impact people who have actually BOUGHT the DLC. Its going to be rocky for possibly another month with holiday season upon us. The world and lore of Destiny is great but everything else around it is falling apart. Ffs Bungie.

    Watched over half so far. Agreed with it too. I just get extremely disappointed when I keep hearing this stuff. I still think it has its place but not everyday anymore. Maybe that's what it should become - a game you play each week but 1/2 nights per week. That would get blown out of the water though if there was a standout MP coming out.

    So it would be good to look into some raid lair times and original raid runs as well. Who now has the DLC or is intending to buy it? Happy to help organise some but would be really helpful to know who wants to be involved. Btw, same goes for strikes, adventures, trials, and anything else.

    Starting a thread for this. After yesterday's release, once again the raid team got commended for how good it is. Apparently it is about the same length as Crota, however it has possibly one of the best bosses they've created so far. Good news indeed. More info can be added if you guys find it or I'll search some later after keeping the kids entertained.

    Coming from experience of seeing system releases, albeit not in the same industry, these things happen very often but only gets found out when its very obvious. They would've tested it but I think the pressure of recent feedback meant they made a few last minute changes to bring forward other additions which meant it kicked some other code out of sync that they didn't get time to test extensively. Also, the exotic can be bought by anybody, you don't need DLC to get it. Tldr. It is a bug and the made the best joke possible out of a bad situation.

    We did. That doesn't stop people from using it though. There isn't a whatsapp FG group. But there are people in groups here, there and everywhere. We can't stop that. Just ask everyone if you talk about games, talk about it here. And banter can happen here (yes, its crazy just the thought of it). Next year, one of our goals is absolutely a bespoke app that allows chat. So you can do everything here.

    Thursday - Community spitting feathers about Prometheus Lens Exotic Trace Rifle is literally wrecking havoc in PvP, as it has a bug that will be fixed Tuesday. Trials will still take place so anger rises from people who haven't been lucky to drop it. Friday - Xur offers Prometheus Lens. For once in a while, what an amazing move and deserves top credit. Well fucking played Bungie. If everyone is OP, then no one is OP [emoji5]

    I can't defend them and I'm just disappointed. Their communication is piss poor. Like in the other CoO thread, I'm not surprised so I'm not angry as you can't say you didn't know this was going to happen if you've played D1 but its the way it ends up happening. There's only so many times you can say the game has got the potential...the foundation.... You need to build on it at some point. I geniunely believe the game will be great, lots to do and variety, at one stage. But at this moment it feels like what DriveClub has. Right now, the game is fully fleshed out, lots to do and looks great. But their sucked ass at launch and meant that the player base that you desperately need for games like this is never there.

    Ah okay. Re-reading this if you bought the version with the expansion pass you should've received a code specifically for the expansion pass. Check your receipts or case to see if its in there. It wouldn't just install from the disc.
