Who hasn't got the Escalation Protocol Shotgun yet in FG? I have ut but I thought it would be a good thing to get a big party going to help a few people get it as its the only weapon dropping this week until Tuesday reset.

I've said it for a while that the Destiny universe has some great back stories and now it's finally being played out at it's best it's ever been. So much is connecting over 3-4 years that we can now untangle some stuff that we were totally scratching our head about when the story wasn't making much sense. As there is quite a lot of stuff about Destiny, the worlds, races and people what would you guys wanna talk about more? Nick @Bluebear has offered up his time to start some posts, as will I, but I won't be as good as his thoughts on it [emoji16] Equally, if you want a thread about something you want to know more about, I'd urge you to create it.

Here's my clip from when I dropped the Heart last night. First game of the night, talking to the guys and the wife as well throughout. I completely didn't realise we had spawned it as we were so far behind. Didn't see it either when I invaded and got 3 kills to keep them at bay. Total excitable panic at the end, when I kept dying. So glad one of our team got a kill over the other side otherwise it might not have dropped.

I agree, although I wouldn't wait too long. Just invading can put the other team on edge. Getting 1-2 kills puts the team out of sync. If you're way ahead I can see how people feel like the blockers on top of the Primeval and Envoys can be a pain but it would just be a breeze if they weren't there. It makes it interesting that you know a game isn't over. Equally, you need incentive to keep the other team from just quitting.

After hearing Gary had managed to drop it yesterday, I was really hoping that more of us would get it, including me. Turned on last night and whilst saying Hi to everyone just entered a Gambit match on my own. Servitor spawned whilst 1-0 up, panic stations, then we dropped it just before the other team. So happy to drop it. I'll get the video on here shortly. It's a pretty long quest and a hard one at that. Gotta make sure you don't lose many motes and also the Corrupted strike is over 580. There's also a current glitch that you can start the Corrupted strike with 6 players - they've put a warning out there saying it may cause issues as it hasnt been tested but to me thats just cos they don't want us saying 6 player strikes is what we want!

The Malfeasance is an exotic Hand Cannon that is connected to The Drifter and Gambit. To get the quest, we've now started to see it drop from Gambit when a Special Servitor that looks like the Voice of Riven final boss of the main Forsaken story campaign. Its complete RNG if it spawns in but it will be in the winning round and you must defeat it (and the other team) for the Quest to drop. From there, the steps are as follows: Visit the Drifter in the Tower Defeat 25 Taken bosses or mini-bosses in the Dreaming City Complete "The Corrupted" Deposit Motes (dropped Motes temporarily subtract x2) Invade opponents in Gambit and defeat 25 opposing Guardians; also, defeat four opposing Guardians as an invader OR have an ally invader defeat four opposing Guardians in a single invasion three times

I always play Search and Destroy on Core. Other than that I too struggle on other game modes. I think you just mentioned away from here that Blackout (Battle Royale) is hardcore which makes sense. I think there's so much riding on Blackout that they're probably hoping most people won't notice. I've seen enough on Blackout alone to give it a go. With SnD hopefully in the game too then I am certain to get it when I get the money.

So we sent a few more packages recently to some FGers.@Dan94 chose his winnings from the World Cup fun we had, someone up North has had a packaged delivered whilst an American FGer has been able to play Forsaken now. They'll be another little Feel Good something to be sent over the weekend. Suffice to say this will be last for a while now as I'm also below 0 but it's all been worth it [emoji8][emoji173] Thanks to the few of you that donated and kept us doing this. Here's hoping we can do this again over the next few months for other FG peeps. GGFG

Thought I'd ask as I'm sitting in TGI Fridays right now [emoji16] Due to the way my family like mainstream simple food and one of my kids we have to take bread & butter sandwiches wherever we go, places like TGIs and Frankie & Bennys work for us. My personal choice is KFC as I bloody love that chicken. Wife is a veggie so don't have it a lot but good news is my Daughter is growing up to love it like me [emoji39]

I'm around Gambit Infamy Rank 10/11 so I've played quite a bit now. I absolutely LOVE this game mode. I think the Primeval Slayer buff works perfectly. It may be harder if you're not in a team because a less co-ordinated strategy means you will struggle to keep off invaders and kill incoming blockers if you have spawned the Primeval first. Sleeper remains the go-to gun for invading. You definitely can use and win with other guns but because it's super easy to use, once you have the option it's kinda just too easy to not use anything else. Bounties to use Rocket Launchers, etc do help to combat it a little. Let's see if the hit box reduction it gets will impact it when they eventually release it. Definitely try to group up as much as you can - the only part that @Stretch616 said last night was about Invader energy against 4. 6 may be more beneficial. Hell, I would love to see more 6v6 activities but you I'm really excited for Gambit private matches which they've confirmed is coming soon. Maps wise I love most of them and how the variants work. I don't like the Prison of Elders one, more because there's so many holes you can fall off it's really difficult to navigate. But as the enemies change it gives more variation to maps which you can take for granted e.g. when Tracer shanks spawn with Fallen, or Turrets with Cabal, having a player on Dreaming City map stand back high taken stuff out - @crispymorgan did this well with his trusty bow a few nights ago. I'd go as far as saying it's one of the most exciting and refreshing game modes I've ever seen introduced into a video game. Let's hope there is some contenders for Sleeper in the not too distant future.

Gambit has been out for nearly a month now so thought it would be good to get some thoughts/impressions from everybody since The Gambit Bungie Team have explained some of the mechanics and we've also had news of Sleeper Simulant getting a slight tweak. Clarification on Gambit's Primeval Slayer Buff Everyone knows that death heals Primeval, but not everyone knows all of the intricacies of how the Primeval Slayer buff works. The Gambit Design team wanted to clear up some misconceptions.

That's a good one Space. Tbh, it all centres back round to what@McNasty said about focus. Having a focus on something really basic and simple but nothing else makes you really develop your fitness further. Doesn't have to just be running. I'm gonna see if I can go for a run tomorrow morning, I'm so tired and my body needs a kickstart to get more energy.

Nice Brede! I really want that gun, never tried it in D1 as it was legendary offered early on in a timegated mission. Let us know how you get on with it in the Crucible, it's an insane shot in PvP.
