STABILITY & PERFORMANCE We’ve got some fixes in this patch that will improve stability on PC but we know there are still issues out there we need to address. We also added crash reporting so we can better understand how to tackle the issues we haven’t solved yet and address future ones. Improved stability for various GPU configurations. Capped PC FPS to 300 to balance improving stability but still letting you folks enjoy those sweet frames. Addressed issue with PS4 crashes due to running out of memory. Introducing better reporting when Apex crashes on PC without error message.We really want to fix any crashes people happen to get on PC. We also respect our player’s privacy. So, if the PC game crashes, it will write "apex_crash.txt" to your "Documents" folder. This tiny file is plain text, so you can easily see for yourself that it has no personal information. If you choose to share this file with us, it will tell us whether the crash was in Apex or in third party software. If the crash was in Apex, our programmers can use the information to find and fix it. If you experience a crash, please include this file when you report. We protect your personal information. You can easily see everything in the file yourself; we have no secrets. You're in control of whether we ever see the file. Please submit the file when you create a bug report on our forums here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/bd-p/apex-legends-bug-reports-en Added Report a Player feature for cheating and abuse on PC. Players can now report cheaters they encounter in-game and it’ll be sent directly to Easy Anti-Cheat. You can do this from either the spectate view after dying or when looking at your team’s Banner Cards in the Squad tab. We have lots of other work going on behind the scenes and this remains high priority for us. We won’t be able to share many specifics of what we’re doing but we’ll strive to provide updates on progress for the things we can talk about. As I'm finishing the notes this morning, 499,937 accounts and counting have been banned for cheating. Speed hacking: We do currently have anti-speed hacking in Apex Legends, but it’s not being as effective as intended due to a bug that we believe we’ve identified and will be addressing in our next server update. Will provide ETA for it when I have it. Working to get it out ASAP. Absolutely. 5 times over in case I get preorder bonuses galore. But if it is good, make sure you dont get it. You cant buy stuff that is good you know, cos like, that would be just mad wouldn't it. What's the difference between CR and C as I can see theres an identical one without this letter bit 40 quid less. I'd rather go with the better performing monitor as I want to see my PC actually do some work.

Theres a strong likelihood I can look at a monitor this upcoming month. Although it will need to be a 24" - dont think that's an issue right as from what Rob put earlier in this thread? Actually be open to a curved one but it's not essential. Is this the kind of thing I should be looking at?

This price is more tempting. I dont like the characters style but hopefully that is insignificant to the world and those enemies that looked cool. Interested to hear how you guys get on with it all.

Last week I found the album '80's Symphonic' on Amazon Music which is a pretty awesome if you ask me. Lots of great 80's tunes remixed with symphony background sounds. Simple Minds performing Alive and Kicking is immense.

@SensaiNemesis, I think we have an EU one and an American one as I think Justin and a few others play it too. No worries at all if you want to join Robs though either. I'd always envisioned us having a clan and however many we need to so it covers everyone here. I'll report back but if there isn't an American one for FG Chad, why dont you make it!

I haven't seen that on the social spaces I've seen. All I've seen from people posting is sending their thoughts and prayers to all the families of the lost - and the fact this world shouldn't give airtime to people who want to do these inexplicable things. It makes me initially want to help people in defenseless positions even if one person doing that won't change the world. The only idiots I've seen which less than 0.1% of things I've seen over the ast few days is the idiots sharing the killers Go Pro video. I haven't got the words to describe how wrong to share that is on so many levels.

Good to hear Phil. A 44GB took all night after work so its ready to play from now. I'm going to enjoy the grind but I'm certainly going to go at my pace. I know theres lots to explore and there shouldn't be any rush for endgame if theres enough of us around to enjoy this game for the rest of this year.

Okay, I really dont think it will get completely left behind. If you really look at all the reviews and the people that have it here @Nutcuttlit @J&B @SensaiNemesis, etc, they've all said the game is really fun and has some stunning parts to it - the loot is an issue as well as content at launch on which I can see. I think most people agree that the game in around 3-6 months will be a pretty good buy because it should have had time to fix and release content and loot alongside the fact the game will be cheaper. I'll pay £30 for it at some point after Cataclysms come out. If EA had something about them, I'd make a marketing campaign as soon as all the large content comes out to recapture some audiences. The underlying framework of a story, mechanics and gameplay (somewhat to Destiny 1 but a little less imo) is there and pretty solid and fun. I'd like to be more positive about games rather than not anymore. The expectations of companies are at an all time high - yes,yes I know they had c.6 years. We'd still expect the world and more though.

I forgot about that, good point. Might go and watch the few avengers films at the very least before going to watch this. I know what happens to Captain from the comics and from how he is portrayed in the clips and even screenshot above I do worry about him as I just cant see anyone that can be him either.

Captain hasn't got anything left for him in this world where Tony has but I'm with you still. Hate to see it but it feels like its gonna happen. Nebula is going down to bring back Gamora, heck all the ones that are alive could go. This film is pulling at my heartstrings too much and it's not even out yet. You're dead to me.
