I'm getting there (see below). Desk is coming next week and then I have to convince the wife to use more of our recent savings on a gaming chair I've found. Heres the deal for me. I've missed PC properly gaming but my heart has always been in consoles. My desk is coming with extra places for some of my old consoles too. It still remains the easiest accessible platform for alot of FGers and I've noticed lately that I've got that used to playing with everyone here I can't play on my own much at all. Destiny 2 bombed too hard before Forsaken and the reality of what's happened is we just haven't had that one or two games to reignite us. Remember, around Destiny we had Overwatch that kept us going for a very long time. I'm really happy that you're finally playing games again more than anything (and now you have a PC proper you can be round here more innit 😘). I dont want the "old days" back. They were ace moments and I'd rather say let's find the next new ones. And alot of them come from our grouping up nights on GTA, Modern Warfare, DriveClub, etc. All games accessible on PS4s. Maybe the PS5 will change where people go next but I'll be damned if I'm leaving my PS4 friends behind - theres too many that dont have PCs currently.

It's a fantastic but sad read that Jason Schrier has done. BioWare made the almightiest of screw ups and after reading all of this and understanding which bits are flat out lies and BS, it feels abit like a miracle that it got to 55 on Metacritic so far. Hearing how hard that EA Frostbite engine is to work with just makes you lose most interest in any updates to the game because the underlying problems cant really be solved. Casey Hudson (General Manager of BioWare) has come out to now acknowledge the report and that they need to and are acting on ways to improve the place for game developers. I think this will also start a ripple effect through EAs games where they use Frostbite as FIFA was already showing major signs of lacking gameplay and this sounds like clearly another reason why people are moving to alternative titles.

Did this reset your progress on the server then? Does that mean every time a patch like this comes out you start from scratch?

Quick poll on how large the guide will be for this game? 3491789 pages?? This game would hurt my brain too much I reckon, even if it looks pretty damn good so far.

Have you tried CodeAcadmemy online? I started this a few years back and not made much progress but it's still is a great place that is free but you can also see instant results to what you code. If it's free, theres no harm in starting there Adam @Dr Diamond 👍

Awesome! Now that's great to hear it's not far away at all!! Gonna really get behind this one after missing the boat on B1 and B2 (although I've played them years later for a small period).

I just know that you are a one shot sitting duck when a person 20+ levels above joins on you. It happened with @Diddums and me when we played Div 1 and I'm sure the same happened a few weeks back when @Nutcuttlit and @J&B joined on me in Div2 it scaled my game right up. Theres alot more cover in the sequel that you can still get hit by the odd bullet.

I watched most of it not long afterwards and at times it was abit of a mess. Funnily enough though I thought Randy was pretty good to listen to and the card trick with the board game was a little nonsensical fun (I won't deny I nearly ordered it). They have to naturally string these things out to keep you interested in all the other stuff and I doubt the people in the room cared too much as they all got a copy of the 4K ready Borderlands Collection game too. I'm just disappointed waiting all that time for an awesome trailer but with no release date whatsoever. Not even a year.

Yeah, absolutely agree mate. This is a massive part of why I got through missions solo as I would use cancel both abilities when my shield refilled once the area is clear. Huge difference in cool cooldown times. Really? So an endgame person can join me and it will scale me fine? It didnt work correctly like that about a week ago? Yay! Would love to join up more as I'm just wanting to be more in groups than solo on games now. Tbh,@MrBiron has tried to group with me on a number of occasions this past week but our calendars of IRL stuff has been pants to say the least. Hopefully more of this tonight [emoji106][emoji41]

Lol. Bet you use Hive though dont ya? 😘 I've started to slow down a bit and using more tactical cover now. Totally agree, I'm having to think a little ahead and properly use the cover tactic where you hold X down to love to the next cover zone. I never used that in Division 1 but it feels more of a must in this one. @TigerBurge, definitely gonna try out the flame turret as a random joined me last night and I saw how much it caused an issue with the enemies. Only real negative I see right now is I'm level 11 and disappointing you have to be around the same level for others to group up. Everyone I see here is pretty much level 20+ or already at endgame.

It's a fair point about how long BioWare have had it in development. Is suppose it was always doomed to pair these two up together.

This is very close to how I feel but it is more difficult than first thought. I think my major issue is normal is scaled far harder than Division 1 normal. I keep playing and running out of cover and getting nailed. Before I know it though, someone is rushing me when I find cover. I've tried matchmaking and a few missions with @MrBiron and it was 10 times more enjoyable. I think I'm just very used to playing with you guys to enjoy solo as much.

April 5th brings more to the endgame including World Tier 5 and a new stronghold.
