  1. He does do alot of things to get viewers reaction going but this was a funny moment live. The Pogba interview was just before this conversation.
  2. Second episode. Man, it's getting intense and I think they've squeezed as much as they can out of the 'setup' stage. Next episode is going to be all out carnage. I really dont know who and what is going to happen, they've left every conversation open ended so you could guess every way possible could happen. Daenerys was NOT happy at the end of that episode.
  3. Who's got their tickets booked??? Its killing me I can't find the time or slot available to watch this ASAP. Also....PLEASE DON'T PUT ANY SPOILERS HERE!! A new thread should be started once someone has watched it, clearly labelled Spoiler thread.
  4. If you can already do 3.8 miles again you're not as bad as you think mate!
  5. Roy Keane didn't hold back last night. Proper lolz watching him rip into the whole team.
  6. I think it's more that when you only have one or two of something then it would get stale very quickly. This way they can re-use content and create buzz around them. I really do think though if they concentrated on creating another 2 or 3 of them they should be available all the time. They surely can't be that hard to make considering they re-use levels and elements of each type of gamemode through certain sections of the events. I think the Overwatch story deserves a little more focus on it due to the massive following it has.
  7. I've been having to sort some home stuff out this week around busy work life so apologies I haven't arranged anything yet. I was planning to put some dates in next week but can also do the same on the weekend...however, I won't be around on Saturday night as i'm sorting my daughters birthday party shenanigans. Look out for some dates and we can start grouping up abit more.
  8. LOL Bob! Correctamundo. No certificate for that monkey of yours. Still up for grabs though for anyone else! 😎
  9. They played well but it was no way near the talent that Man City have when they turned up the class. 3 games to go and City really should screw up now....but this is our glorious game. How many points did Liverpool have as a lead about 10 games ago?
  10. It's out until May 6th and finally a new PvE event to play. What was good about these Overwatch events is that they are all playable so @phil bottle, @tronic44, @crispymorgan and myself played through all of them in order. It's another decent PvE event that sticks with the story, I think the first one was always the best for me but it's not far off it. They really should focus on developing a PvE game as there is so much they could do with it. It'll be a shame to see these modes go after May 6th.
  11. Happy birthday @techno Gary!! Hooe it's a good one and dont ever forget, there's no limit to what you can do today 😎😘
  12. I think it's purely because its been delayed far later than expected. If it came out earlier than other open world games last year sometime, then I think it would be nearer an 8/10. People these days want games to wow them a ton and do something different. I think it will have some wow elements in the campaign but nothing new to learn from an open world zombie shooter. I might pick it up on sale but as there is no multiplayer it will have to be getting some seriously good rep from anyone here for me to think about buying it at full price.
  13. Said very early on that Sheff Utd were my favourites and they seem like they will go and do it. Chris Wilder is a very underrated manager and needs more credit than he gets. As much as it may mean they have a slither of a chance at the title, Norwich have Rovers on Saturday night. My heart wants to see us get 5 wins on the bounce, but they only need a point and we seem to always be willing to help teams when they need it most πŸ™ˆ
  14. 100% this. Didn't think so before this season but their fans clearly have shown their true colours over the season. Nearly on par with Newcastle.
  15. Great updates above and all down to your great thread @Spacedeck. My gaming started far earlier than the days when I was bought my first PC (see my OG post in PPR for that) but I think my first ever online experience was on a dial up talktalk connection with Delta Force. It had a help guide that went over your keyboard so you knew which buttons to press and I managed to get a few sniper kills from afar with connection lagging all over the place. I used to keep playing offline with PC games like Hitman, incredibly hard and got past about 5 or 6 levels whilst playing Championship Manager (PC) and Super Mario Kart (SNES) round @Findmartin's house. The next online experience that pretty much solidified my console love as the beautiful Xbox and Xbox live. Having to live with an amazing Grandad most of my life that was just like my Dad meant he got a better connection with Sky and I ended up on a couple of games initially - Rainbow 6 (yes, the one where your team would listen to set commands) and Halo 2. Both games were incredible online, the trolling was an experience to hear, especially when I could hold my own and won games regularly in TDM and Control. Xbox Live was possibly the best thing to happen to me. It doubled my games overnight as back then, games would have fantastic offline modes and then an incredible online experience. Links 2004 (golf game) was possibly the best one I was for being really good. I could race through 18 hole courses in minutes scoring birdies and eagles on every hole. The connection meant I stayed loyal to Microsoft and got a 360. Played even more online. Then met the wife and going from a gaming front room with 4/5 TVs, all my consoles everywhere to nothing was...strange. but it's what I needed to grow up a little. Come 7 years later, family created, house owned, mum bought me a PS4 after not ever having to buy me anything expensive over the years. I cried my eyes out, played for about a year with work peeps and then Destiny happened. Seen Stretch play it via a Facebook like. And then it's been FG ever since. Best. Ever. Place.
  16. Theres a YouTube star called Zak King that my lad watches and hes brilliant with his videos and trickery. Not exactly the same magic tricks but great to watch nonetheless.
  17. Someone was in telly the other day arguing that 3 rich French families have given a ton of money to restore it and she felt they should've done it anonymously. I really don't see the problem in the fact they get a little publicity. Has anyone else got that money to give? I still dont know who they are so if it was such a big deal then wouldn't we here about them more? Another little example of the current PC culture imo.
  18. Oh I totally know that I'm the minority, I kinda like Jack of all trades, master of fuck all games. Equally, I now know how it feels like to be @phil bottle and his love for Fallout 76 It just goes to show, not all 'Games As A Service' can be saved after a god awful launch period. RIP.
  19. Like most of the past decade of gaming, it'll likely come down to who gets the best exclusives.
  20. Happy birthday Batman!! @SensaiNemesis Have a glorious day buddy πŸΊπŸ˜ŽπŸ¦‡πŸ‘
  21. I finally got to watch it a little earlier today and it was as you said. It was a good setup for many of the characters and lots of things I felt could go either way whether they live or die.
  22. I will be doing a bit of Destiny tonight and then because i'm away for Easter in sunny Great Yarmouth 'll have a look at next week and potentially put out a few set times. It can be just like @techno said, a fixed time where we do as much and learn as much as we can regardless how short or far we get through a raid. I'm open to do all of them btw, I would imagine most are the same as we haven't really got many completions in all of them.
  23. Ofc, I'd love to help as usual. I know others wanted to and this was part of my reason as to why I put my post out - and it looks promising that we will do some good stuff over the coming weeks. (However, he's just left the clan. EDIT: He seems to be back now.)
  24. We're all good buddy: β€’ Leviathan Raid / Raid Lair - 300 Power Level β€’ Spire of Stars Raid Lair - 370 Power Level β€’ Spire of Stars Prestige Raid Lair - 380 Power Level β€’ Last Wish Raid - 550 Power Level β€’ Scourge of the Past raid - 640 Power Level
  25. What a game. Well deserved for Spurs but I thought they blew it after taking the lead twice. Son is an incredible player, I think he's close to Player of the Year at this rate. As Dave says though, letshope they can cope without him in the first leg. Just need a Spurs vs Barca final and that would be ace to watch...Harry Kane scoring the winner in a 3-1 finale 😎
