As of next season (11) we will have a new max power strength that a gun can reach. This will essentially mean you won't be able to use the absolute meta guns forever. They don't run out straight away guns will have approx 9-12 months to be on top in the game but they've been very clear with the latest TWAB (see below) to help people understand when you have this many weapons now in the game, you can't keep just adding Power into the game. I think what doesn't help the game right now isthat many people's loadouts looks similar. They've either a) got the meta guns that work across mostly every activity or b) foud a gun that they like and just stick with it. Not many people are willingly to try out different weapons. I was one of those. I got too stuck to the same guns and over time i noticed I lose my thinking about the game on 'how should we do this?' or 'what's gonna at this phase of the mission?'. Just stick on the same guns and off we go. Theres over 500 weapons in the game so sunsetting has to happen otherwise if your brain isn't stimulated, the game gets boring. Weapons need to feel unique again but having so many weapons that feel the same you need to bring back variety - buy creating new weapons but also retiring some key ones that are wrecking every activity out there. Some people may miss their weapons - I know i'll miss a few too. But again, 2 major factors in this that make it okay. 1) we've used these weapons for over 3 years, a long time to use the same guns and we still get to use new weapons for at least a year at the 'top'. 2) This max power level will mean that old weapons will only be irrelevant to the endgame 20-25% of activities e.g. Highest power raid, Trials, etc. You can still use them in most activities. People are quick to jump on the bad about new decisions but honestly this one feels so right. Especially not long before a huge content change for Destiny 2 which will take it a far better level for everyone. This game has always been solid and people need some better incentives to feel rewarded to play. We are now getting this so can hopefully answer people's problems missing 'their' Destiny. Well this aged well. League 2 football clubs have all just voted for this outcome. Finish early, yes to promotions, no to relegations. Can't see this being turned down. We'll have to see which league takes the hit on the extra numbers, which I think wouldn't be a bad thing for the Premier League to try and do it as they play less games than the EFL already anyway.

I'm sure @phil bottle will write into his contract a condition that you play a game of PES with him within 12 months 😄

These are great update Rich, i've enjoyed my time on it more than i have before. The game feels more fleshed out, flows well and i'm loving the quests I can pick up at the NPC. I really need to find some books though so i can learn new things and craft more stuff in the game. Managed to find a loot crate below the surface so far and enjoyed our little trip on bikes up to the mansion on the hill. I really think we should work on that place, tons of scope to do things underground as well renovate the house entirely.

Firstly, you're a legend to give up some of your spare time to make some FGers Feel Good buddy! ❤️ I started doing a bunch of these as some people may have seen as i put them into PPRs - it may be worthwhile that those guys (@Diddums @Stretch616 @tronic44 @phil bottle @IRaMPaGe @ChaosGladiator @BO7H B4RRELS @TigerBurge ) say if they want anything different or slight amends to them as you've got some tools to make them better (btw, no offense taken if any of you want something different, Greebs and I want the same thing on how awesome all of your personal logos will show to the world!) You may want to also take them Greebs if they are already happy with them and turn them into other things too like banners, etc if there's different needs 😄 Once we have got some going, i'm really looking forward to being able to get them out there, hopefully spinning with the FG logo on some videos, live streaming and all around FG...maybe even the world OOOHHH!

On the face of it Community challenges are a great concept, with everyone pulling together to achieve one goal. They've had: Faction Rallies which turned into Lost Sector grinding Fractaline Challenge, which needed you to spend time in space to Spider and then to the Obelisks and then back again. What it unlocked was great, but not many people could feel involved in that either. Guardian Bounty Games followed as a nice albeit boring as hell filler whilst we get nearer to the end of the season. We now have the first step of Felwinters Lie Quest (yep, that awesome shotty we havent seen for years) which is a Seraph Public Event. So much so that the grind was initially looking like a 40 day grind on the same public event. Enter public outrage and protest - rightly so btw - they got it majorly wrong in the target and have since within 24 hours amended the percentage value you contribute has been multiplied by 10 and the Seraph events slightly tuned. Still hard but completions will go up. A few things to point out on this. Bungie are on to something with concepts that include your entire playerbase. Problem is to find the balance of a good grind that isnt boring and making the person feel like they contributed to the cause. Timing is a major factor too. It really wasn't ideal to release a 3 × 3 million grind on Seraph Public Events - only one kind of activity - immediately after a repetitive, uninspiring bounty grind. A live game must be a ridiculously hard thing to keep going and alive, especially as you're continually being judged on a daily basis. Problem is, they've started this development ages ago, far too late to change the idea - but at least they're building in a way that if it's not quite hit the mark, they can change it. This season they've took a battering, which I broadly agree with. You cant take all the praise when it's good and then none of the shit bits when its crap. We always get this lul in the middle of the year and because I still love the game for the broad gameplay and variety of what's still on offer, I think it's easy to forget the stale days of D1 where we had 2 activities to do and that's it. For a year. What do you think they should do with these steps going forward? What could work in the community that isnt too much development time?

It really does! Looks amazing and I'm staying positive on this one...here's hoping multiple existing games receive the upgrade in FPS and loading times. Its inevitable games get bigger for a while yet, but providing they can resolve the loading times and also the copy factor on PS4 (FML, grind my gears issue) then it shouldnt impact us too much.

Very much like Friday the 13th, what more can you say - its the MoFo himself, PREDATOR!! Its a 4v1 game and its not just find the Predator for the human team - there is a ton of AI in the game as like the review below shows. Gamplay Reveal Mini Review from gameranx Its not triple A but thats probably why its around £25 right now. I think it sounds like a fair price for what you get. I still might not dip into it until its dropped a little further. Given it was initially a PS4 exclusive (still not on Xbox but is on PC) this could end up a future PS Plus game in over a year IMO. What makes it a little more appealing is a DLC coming out May 26th for the game that allows you to play as Dutch (Arnie!). There is apparently a ton of one liners that Arnie himself has recorded for the game too. Can't see how much it is yet but there looks there is a calendar of DLC, free and paid throughout the year too. What are people feeling based on the price?

I thoroughly enjoyed watching this again. Its showing its age a little bit now, but still pretty darn solid for c.20 years old. Jim's Dad is more funnier watching him now, maybe cos I appreciate his view as I'm a Dad now 😂 Found it hilarious how Finch covers the toilet by single pieces of paper on the school toilet so he could shit. I remember feeling like that at my school years ago, school toilets were the worst! Still a 7 out of 10 for me.

So are we saying the Steel Series are out too? Also the Astro A20s that @crispymorgan picked out are wireless and at least 120 online so they sound a decent alternative?
