  1. Excited to have football back on the TV in the house. Anytime there's a game on we usually have them on. I just can't believe Blackburn haven't got any games selected for Sky. Some of the fans are hoping that as we are getting completely ignored it might work in our advantage and creep into the playoffs. We'll see, as we may struggle to come higher than 8th imo.
  2. Fair play mate, each to their own. Although, I now will forever worry for you that these aren't sexy to you 😩 What about Audi R8's?
  3. Thanks mate - it seems to be that virtually every game it puts another team at a spawn point immediately left or right of you.
  4. omg, I stupidly didn't look at the picture long enough. Searching Google now. 'Massive Shelf' What was the last one that couldn't go both sides? PS1? Original Xbox? Be a strange decision to only be able to lay it one way.
  5. That makes 3 of us! 😂 Can you imagine a private game with us and Spaceships? And we thought GTA Fridays was an absolute clusterfuck.
  6. Wtf?! At that size its actually bigger than holes that my desk has for consoles. FML 🙈😭 Seriously, how do we actually know if its that big? Have they done it on screenshots alone?
  7. What's making get a little more interested in this game is that it seems in a better place and how i've enjoyed 7 Days to Die on PC, it feels like it could be a similar experience, but on a PS4 which brings more FGers into the fold whilst they clearly save for a PC....😎 So I looked into this a little further. Its a $100 dollars for a year subscription with Fallout 1st that gives you a Private Server for you and 7 of your friends to go on to. This actually seemed like a real go-er for me, until I read that the server closes down if there is no Fallout 1st subscription member on the server, which I think is abit shitty tbh. So in reality you'd need the most active people to have subs otherwise you can't run a PS4 server. Has anyone seen a way around this? I thought it would've been a cool thing to do to have an FG Server for a year to see where it goes.
  8. Decepticon, LOLZ. Thats pretty much what my wife said about what it looks like! Honestly if you did have any problems, i'm sure we could all help resolve it. Essentially it just helped linking to a laptop or PC to see the admin centre of the router. @crispymorgan would be able to help i'm sure, as will others. Tbh, I really would expect your router to not need tampering. There are versions whereby you can just the router or the ones with a modem in built and router - you may need to see if you can do without the modem or if its already screwed into the wall.
  9. Comes out June 23rd. Only stumbled on it when looking for AC for PS4. Can someone explain how this is different to the standard AC game thats already out? Is it a brand new game or the same game with extra content? Didn't even know the AC franchise existed before Greebs started talking about it here.
  10. This is massively helpful, cheers Marc @J&B ! Just to clarify though - they are potential spawn points and only a maximum of 6 will be used in a game of duos i'm assuming because maximum of 12 players per game?
  11. OMG. This game when it came out on the original Xbox was one of the greatest cel shader games i've ever played. The story was absolutely brilliant throughout and I was totally expecting sequels to follow and left disappointed that they didn't do any. I would absolutely pick this up again. Its one of those games that doesn't get old due to how it was originally made. The gunplay was so good back then i really hope it doesn't lose anything buying being remade for this current gen.
  12. @The3rdWalker 's right that 'gamer' chairs are super inflated but if you have that one chance to buy the one you want rather than work to a budget, I still don't think you can find anything better than Secret Labs chairs. Mine is from the Titan series - link below. TITAN series gaming chairs | Secretlab UK SECRETLABCHAIRS.CO.UK Sit incredibly easily with the Secretlab TITAN—the large, spacious gaming chair with an integrated lumbar support. Upgrade your sitting experience now. I know that @Plumbers Crack 's choice wasn't far off this one. I think both support your body and the quality is ridiculously good. I've never ever spent this type of money on one before and i'd say only ever do it if you've got that chance to not think of the price. Otherwise, anything like @crispymorgan 's chair that was 200 is probably the target area you'd focus on. You have to balance out how much you'll be in it too. I'm in mine virtually every day for a number of hours so i'm getting my money's worth for sure.
  13. I'll stick maybe too as I would love to be there, just very difficult to get 3-4 hours free on a weekend around the kids and family. Definitely worth trying out though for sure as we've never done this kind of thing before.
  14. I raised a similar thread recently @JBR-Kiwi as I had never bought my own personal router so with the advice I plumped for a Netgear Nighthawk X6. Link is below: NETGEAR Nighthawk X6 Smart Wifi Router (R8000) - AC3200 Tri-band Wireless Speed (up to 3200 Mbps) | Up-to 3500 sq ft Coverage & 50 Devices | 4 x 1G Ethernet and 2 USB Ports | Armor Security: Amazon.co.uk: Computers & Accessories WWW.AMAZON.CO.UK Buy I have to be honest, if we didn't have @crispymorgan around to help understand why it didn't just work from the get go then I could've potentially sent it back. Maybe it was just my luck as i would be hopeful any of these Netgear Nighthawk models would just need to be plugged in and away you go. The WiFi is over 200mbps which is fantastic and the range is way better than the VM Superhub 3 that I had (granted I have also changed to Vodafone Gigafast but there router was even worse). I think you might not need to go for a super expensive one if you are looking at a wired connection to your PS4. How far is the router away from your PS4? If its not easy LAN cable distance have you tried Powerlines already?
  15. Unfortunately I think you'll kick our arses at any driving game. Even the ones where we can intentionally smash each other you have a higher win percentage. Bastard. You see, I'm hopeful that GT Sport was a prelude into GT 7. Part of me thinks the framework will just be copied across and they've taken all this time to produce this content to add to it and resell it as GT&. I ain't bothered about that at all either. They given us very generous free updates that could've been DLC. OMG, bring this back as well and we finally have a long lasting racing game at FG.
  16. I laughed way too hard at this. Dave @Plumbers Crack I think the one that James has got is the one I was looking at. For personal home use to print a few letters or even a few home photos it looks like it does the job for £50. The only thing I've been looking out for is for maybe a slightly smaller one that excels in printing photos at different sizes. The kids and I like making different things with our pics and I especially want different sizes for some memory scrapbooks I want to make. Hard to get close to the HP one's price and quality though.
  17. I haven't watched this yet but something to bear in mind is what he tweeted after this. Fair play to him for saying the below as well: I still think a game like this will hit the mark with most people. They won't lose a lot of the fundamental game mechanics that made the first one so good. The only i'll continue to be disappointed about is that it doesn't have a multiplayer side to it which is a huge opportunity missed imo.
  18. Battlefield is in such a weird spot. I really didn't think much was wrong with Battlefield 1 but it continues to lag behind the CoD franchise. Its not helped by CoD actually hitting nearer the mark of late. Everyone raves about Battlefield 4 so it could be worth trying something with the core of that and getting some creative gamemodes in it.
  19. I'll take a look at that seaweed stuff, thanks mate. I don't plan to have many plants yet, tidying up the garden first so its more usable but i've always wanted to make some coffin planters for my front garden thats huge but I can't do much with.
  20. I think this is one of those things to get your head around the most. FF games create amazing worlds to go and run around in, no matter the era or graphics. ATB was just the ticket when FF7 came out on the Playstation way back then. For kids like me growing up it got you thinking a little like playing chess but in a more intense gaming arena. Unfortunately for me, I enjoyed this way so much that when i picked up a few later in the series ( it was 13 i believe) I just couldn't get on with the Unique Battle System. It is the one thing i'm overly notlooking forward to when i play the FF7 remake even if you have ATB options rolled into it. I'd also say that the Summons were the most amazing things ever back in 7 and 8. Create a mini movie scene with each fight, even if its a weak chocobo was just hilarious to use and the animations on how each Summon worked were very unique. I've never played anything before 7 but I probably should try. The only thing to realise is that FF games are usually on the grindy side, especially early ones because Japan were heavily into that way of gaming in those days - so you need to put some time aside to get through them. I'm shamed to admit that I have played FF7 and FF8 for hours on end, yet i never completed them. Never say never though.
  21. Ah cool, nice keeping to the original history mate. So is the passion to recreate a design and then make one modded to your own ideas? Concept cars are usually the best to look at and have a visual orgasm - probably cos we never get to see the real version 😍😩
  22. Not been on much since the start of Season 4 but its no surprise if the Fennec is wrecking - it is one of the new guns after all so it has to be appealing.
  23. The Drawn & Quartered Legendary pick up in the wild is an absolute blast. Perhaps because its a Grau but when its paired up with a decent AR you can move in aggressively starting with your longer ranged AR or SMG and then switch to the Drawn & Quartered to obliterate the squad and closer ranges. It is well worth picking up at whatever time in the match.
  24. I wouldn't say slapstick. Its a comedy of errors that was kinda done in a new format at the time. It was done really well that many easy comedy films afterwards followed their style so try and remember that when you watch it. I tend to think its a bit like when you wake up and you're having one long bad day, but for grown ups.
  25. Enrage phase?! What is this!? I've never noticed this phase on the bosses before. I hardly use the knife against other players as I never seem to get that close to them. The dusters feel quicker to use overall.
