    Thought i'd share some of the 'evolving' world that Bungie keep talking about trying top create - I think this season is bringing on the most changes that have impacted Destiny. Whilst it would be obvious that's the case with a complete refresh of teh Director and some content going into the Vault come September, I din't expect to see some of the Planet's looking the way they do. The below are some awesome screenshots i've found across Twitter of how if you keep looking around each week's its all becoming a very ominious sight. Arrival on Mercury - blocking the Sun Arrival on Mars Arrival on IO Arrival on Titan - this is the most ominous and best of the lot for me Loving the detail of the world. Anyone else found anything good to share?

    I certainly didn't expect to see a weekend full of raids but here we are! It was great to see so many people get involved on some raids as an FG crew. I think there must've been around 7-10 raid completions take place, something that also helps towards the Moments of Triumphs Seal and rewards. I finally finished my first Spire of Stars and i think others popped their cherry too on the same run @Teenwolf25 @FallenDark200 @Riff Machine @Forty6_N_two @reaper-2201 . It was such a smooth run on a challenging raid boss, one of the best raids in the game in fact, so it was well worth trying it before it gets vaulted in September. If we can rotate one person in each time, more people can start to learn the mechanics and get confident at doing multiple runs for everyone. We then completed a Last Wish boss and Heart run. Chad absolutely hit gold when he dropped One Thousand Voices and subsequently went mental to the point we were worried for Sarah's @Rumelylady sanity 😂 Nick @Bluebear also dropped 1K which I totally weren't envious about... 😤 Also, after a few more clears of Scourge of the Past raid to get some much needed Triumphs and no luck for Chad getting Anarchy, he ran it again after Last Wish and dropped it! Waiting that long for one raid exotic to drop and you get two at once BOSH. Great to hear Troy @wh1skeyactual and Ryan (GhostProteus) in on the act with some Scourge clears - did you guys get anything? Oh, and I heard @Kemp210 was on awesome Guardian Down form proving his point why he is one of the winners of Guardian Down FG Award in days gone by in another Spire of Stars clear. His jumping skills really showing below. GG's everyone, lets try and get more in this week and one for Thursday's Raid night. I'm also thinking of putting up a whole day events for doing Dungeons and special missions, where we can all help each other. I think they would go down really well and help everyone meet up again.     Ruinous Effigy Exotic Trace Rifle Season Pass Required? Yes The Exotic quest to get Ruinous Effigy is called Growth. There are 5 steps to this Quest: Missive Gift Pendulum Feed Shape Lore Reading from Exotic Quest: "Hidden chatter tells of ancient Light bubbling to the surface, coaxed forth by the Pyramid's reshaping of our worlds. Furthermore, Savathûn's scouts chase the Pyramid like hungry dogs. She chains their will with ritual and spell-craft. Destroy them. Let the branch consume the Marionettes' bound essence and stabilize it by consuming calcified fragments. My incantations will coopt Savathûn's binding ritual and link the Pyramid's gift to you." —Transmission from Eris Morn Step 1: Missive - Visit the Prismatic Recaster in the Annex of the Tower near the Drifter. This is to just pick up the Exotic Quest for your inventory. Step 2: Gift - Complete the mission "Interference" on Io. This step is straightforward enough - you just have to ensure you work towards the second step on the Weekly seasonal quest (Means to an End) which will allow you to access this mission. At the end of this step you will will Accept the 'Gift' next to Eris. Step 3: Pendulum - Collect Calcified Light fragments on Io, Titan, Mars, and Mercury using Ghost's Nav mode. Defeat Savathûn's Marionettes on Io and Titan. Eris believes the Pyramids offer a gift in a form we will understand: weaponry. But the branch seethes with an unstable Darkness. There are two parts to this step. Finding 25 Calcified Light Defeating 15 Savathûn's Marionettes Calcified Light You have to the following Light fragments that are scattered in the following locations; 10 on IO, 5 on Mercury, 5 on Mars and 5 on Titan. Once you are within 200m within the fragments, you can pull out your Ghost and it will show them on the map for you to pick up. Currently, this video by Thyme has got all 25 Calcified Light's all found for you if you need some support: Savathûn's Marionettes These are named Champions that you can find 2 separate ways. You must get a shot on them in order for the kill to count towards your progress: Mini versions of the new Seasonal Public Event (Contact) bosses spawn in random locations on the Pyramid affected planets. They will be mentioned in the bottom left of your screen when they do spawn in. Kill these bosses and then some Marionette's will spawn in afterwards They also spawn in as part of the 'Contact' Seasonal Public Event Step 4: Feed - Defeat targets with Void damage, chain precision multikills, and complete Gambit or Reckoning. Higher tiers of Reckoning and defeating invaders/defeats as an invader grant additional progress. The branch, though tempered and bound, still has a ravenous emptiness at its core. Find power on which it can feed. This consists of 3 parts; each part to this step do not have to be completed together, however you will save some time combining where possible. 1000 Void Kills 25 Precision Multikills Play Gambit or Reckoning (100% completion required) To achieve 100% on the third step, the progress breakdown is as follows: Invasion kills = 5% Gambit Prime Match = 50% Tier 3 Reckoning = 33% Gambit Normal Match = 33% Tier 2 Reckoning = 22% Tier 1 Reckoning = 17% Step 5: Shape - Decrypt your Gift at the Umbral Decoder. The branch is sated and bound within an engram formed from Eris's incantations. The Gift is ready to take its true shape. The decoder to the left of the Drifter will now offer you the Ruinous Effigy Exotic Trace Rifle! This is an extremely unique Exotic that you would be stupid not to complete! Good luck FGers GGFG

    This game is absolutely stunning! I don't think I've hooked on another survival game like this, how to craft things like fires and the cooking style is really cool (putting stuff around the fire, learning which food gives you protein, carbs, fat, water). The world makes the game by a country mile, this is after thinking graphics wouldn't bother me too much in a survival game. By using the Notebook that helps you understand how to craft certain elements and create a base, and even some of this simplest things might take a while to work out how to build. I only fear after a while that is there enough creations you can make but since playing last weekend heavily, they've released a patch for achievements which should help guide what other things can be made. A console version is coming out Q4 this year and for me, all this game is lacking is Private servers. I'd snap one up for us all in a heartbeat if I could. Thanks to @phil bottle for gifting me this game, I think its probably your finest opinion you've ever been right on 😎😂 More should get this game, especially whilst its in the Steam Sale.

    The one time I don't decide to pay a tenner to watch the beloved Blackburn as I think it might be not worth the pain i'd endure, we go and smack Cardiff 3-2 away from home and Adam Armstrong scores a stunner from 40 yards, ffs! Just when you want to forget your playoffs dreams for another year they suck you back in! Can't see it happening but i'm proud of the season we've had largely without Bradley Dack.

    Welcome to FG @RedBeardCG ! (Collier I believe is it?) I know you've joined the Destiny group already so looking forward to some good runs in at some point in the future! Make sure you take a look around and get involved where you can, we dabble in lots of stuff and have as much funsies along the way. The new PC build sounds interesting man, what games do you intend to play on there? I've recently got hooked with @phil bottle @tronic44 and @Greboth on Green Hell, a gorgeous survival game.     That looked pretty decent for a F2P on a Switch! I fancy trying to get my son on this one to give him a perfect opportunity to find something different than Fortnite. @phil bottle for some reason it says its being released today but I can't download the free version yet. It might come available later in the day perhaps. If someone can nudge this thread when it is that'd be great.

    I'd briefly played the first one. Too much expectation for a game that looked really deep but it was literally spam square a million times and the game just does it for you. Not sure how good the second one was, some people here said it was good im sure.

    I asked a while back via a poll to try and work out best days to do raids but its difficult as we all can do so many different days and it really didn't matter what we ended up picking...so we din't do anything! So lets start using Thursdays for now as a start off point. Btw, this isn't saying we won't do raids on other days because this day won't suit all. However, to start getting back into the game and making sure we have a regular bunch of people around to learn raids more regularly in turn will mean we can confidently try and complete more raids on other days like over the weekend, etc. I'm thinking we try this via events on the Event Calendar and we try and focus on one type of raid each week. It'll give time to people to realise which one we're trying out and get in the mindset to do their best for that particular raid. If people can't make it or request other times, lets help them and put up an event so we can see if we can get 6 people around. There's been a number of new FGers join recently on Destiny and I know some old folk are starting to get back into it, so happily share what your thoughts are below on what stuff you'd like to try, whens best for you, etc. I genuinely believe if we knew it 'raid night' on a set day like Thursday we can be soon getting at 1-2 teams being able to jump in and help each other. If it doesn't work, then we can always keep trying other ways to get us playing the fun stuff together. Consistency for us all to get behind an idea is the key to us all having loads of fun and completing all the things we'd like to do so please consider getting behind events and whatever we put up. Let us know what you think below.

    Ahh, I see. Oh, I totally agree that would be an excellent improvement to the existing token system. If they could at the very least take the framework of umbrals so you could select a weapon engram or Armour engram that would be brilliant. There still has to be some form of RNG involved otherwise it wouldn't be Destiny would it 😜 but narrowing down the selection path is a great way to go. I'm interested to see what they do with vendors come September. They've indicated some form of Vendor Refresh anyway and if these types of choices came with it we'd be receiving another Win.

    We had it on in our house, and was hoping they'd get through knowing you'd be biting your fingers off in the process! Pompey have still not won a single Playoff game. It follows him around doesn't it?! I haven't seen it yet but I Lloris has always baffled me cos he gets the Captain's armband a lot but he doesn't look and act like one.
