It's pretty watertight especially as Brailsford dug their own grave with his own personal testimony in front of the parliamentary committee on their internal practices. Mystery medical packages, misuse of prescription medication and failure to record medical records just stinks and that's just the basics of the report. The report started back in 2016 but the focus goes all the way to 2011 and a number of riders over the years have been implicated and that's by their own evidence given when questioned. It's also baffling that 95% of riders for Sky suffer from some kind of seasonal asthma just before competitions. Wiggins alone was treated with powerful medication 9 times in and around 4 competitions which was deemed suspiciously excessive as the medication is supposed to be used no more than once a year. None of these were logged either which is a basic compliance requirement. I was initially shocked when they were first under investigation but I'm actually pretty disgusted and that was long before the report was even published. Now the report is out; it's just a ridiculous kick in the teeth to cycling and the people that fund the sport which is one of only a few this country is good at.

Prick http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/cycling/43280081 This guy is a bit of an icon in the UK but I always knew him, a wide range of global cyclists and many athletes in general are just a bunch of cheats who bend the rules if they can't be broken outright and that their spots hold no value or credibility even at the highest competitive level. After the Lance Armstrong saga, I though this sport would have tightened its belts along with all sports in general particularly after the 90's and more recently Russia. The most twisted irony here is that after everyone declared that Russia were scum of the earth cheaters in sport; they took revenge by hacking into confidential medical data which exposed a whole host of athletes and sportsmen and women all over the world - even from nations who condemned cheating pointing the finger exclusively at the Russian, who were then left red-faced with their pants down when their own competitors were exposed. Seems the tactic now is if you can't get away with blatant cheating due to needing to piss in a cup every half hour; the next best thing is to pretend you have something like asthma leading up to a race so you can use permitted medication even if you are feigning a condition that supposed to boost your performance to compensate for the supposed illness. This is why I cannot take athletics or most sports seriously because of all the shady shit behind the scenes. The likes of 'legend' Mo Farah may be able to plead dumbfounded ignorance on what he was being plied with by his crooked coach over the years but it's nice to see Wiggins and co get it right in the arse for their dodgy conduct that brings sports into further disrepute where even more regulation is needed.
  3. Brighton 2-1 Arsenal. Great result for Arsenal after back-to-back 3-0 defeats
  4. Some new gameplay here too Still on the fence about this one.
  5. I think the main reason BF5 will be set in WW2 is not for the sake of the community but what's convenient at the time for EA and DICE so they can get a game to market as quickly and as cheaply as possible. With BF1 having a shedload of premade and new assets from the base game and premium DLC that wouldn't go amiss in a WW2 setting; they may as well reuse them in a 'new' Battlefield game. Had DICE not been producing SWBF2 and working heavily on actually developing real content that was missing from BF1 in the first place; I actually think Battlefield 5 would have been a modern game as the scope and demand for such a thing has grown. With no Visceral to take the sting out of the timescales; DICE seem to be working round the clock non-stop so they probably didn't have time to produce something original from scratch. This is the pretty much AAA industry we live in now though - it's not entirely in the interest of gamers but what's best for the publishers to make money as quickly and as simply as possible. No need to remaster BF4 either as it's still perfectly playable and fairly popular 5 years later and has everything in place such as purchasable dedicated servers and a complete map/gun list. It's not the franchises style either. As long as BF5 WW2 has enough of a disparity to make it unique rather than feel like BF1 DLC in a slightly different skin; it is perfectly fine and people will no doubt buy it in droves but Frostbite titles don't really play much differently and if the new game feels anything like a rehashed BF1 then it would feel like deja vu and just like with BF1 at the start; everyone would go back to the old game for content reasons or simply move on due to burnout.
  6. Sainsburys ain't delivering and I can't get to my corner shop 200 yards away for safety and lazy reasons. It's probably not wise to dial 999 to try and get an emergency Pot Noodle but I am really running out of options and milk here. It's bad enough that my football accumulator is botched due to postponements and my bin lid has gone missing.
  7. Definitely but I don't think they are allowed to do that - certainly can't do that in the Football League for safety reasons and I would've thought the Prem was the same. Certainly other clubs post credible attendances - even Man City at their Emptihad use to do it I think Arsenal this season or last did the same when they had a boycott and they were questioned how their full house had rows of empty seats and that the stat was attendance not tickets sold. Either way, it's another thing to laugh at Arsenal about
  8. Emirates Stadium capacity: 58,967 Arsenal v Man City attendance: '58,420' Number of empty seats: around 20,000 Seems legit... I think it's against the FA rules and general stadium safety guidelines to bullshit your attendance by counting non-attendees in the total count especially when your ground gets its data supposedly from turnstile clicks. There was definitely no more than 40k there last night if that and it most certainly was Arsenal's lowest turnout in that stadium and probably no bigger than a maxed out Highbury. Anyhow, AFTV is gold right now!
  9. Got this game yesterday and it's bloody fantastic! I was a bit weary because of the controversial save system along with many reported bugs and I fully expect to run into issues as I progress but it's incredibly impressive and looks astonishing. Hopefully the developers will get the patch out as soon as possible as it would be a shame for such a good game to get ruined in such a tragic way. Also not a fan of the interface and a few mechanics like lockpicking but hopefully that'll be worked on too. Priority is the bugs and saving system though. Some of my screenshots from the first couple of hours
  10. The problem with a WW2 version of Battlefield is that BF1 felt like a WW2 game anyway albeit being set in WW1. A combination of fluid mechanics from the Frostbite engine along with very arcadey gunplay could see a WW2 variant feel exactly the same as that. I would've expected it to be called Battlefield 2 for brand consistency and if it was to be BF5; it would be assumed to be a modern day BF3/4 style game or something even futuristic which would be no different to Battlefront 2 anyway. Even when playing BF1 I could see recycled assets from the original Battlefiront game despite the huge timeline and fantasy disparity between the two games. I bet the first complaint from the Battlefield community with BF5 would be 'it feels like BF1 DLC' or something to that tune. I would've taken Bad Company 3, modern Battlefield 5 or even a sequel to Battlefield 2142 than another WW2 game.
  11. Looks like it's going to be Battlefield V set in WWII How original. I haven't played a WW2 themed game for many weeks..
  12. Say what you want about Arsenal; at least they're consistent
  13. 2/10 - surprised Joe gave it such a high score
  14. Nice cash grab EA. I loved this game 10 years ago and may just get it in the Steam Sale for a pittance instead of this 'remaster' which should be named Burnout Paradise Reshaded
  15. Having a $24,000 gaming setup and dedicated server architecture on his doorstep helps! Him and other popular streamers on this game and other titles always get the best level of service so the game appears as flawless as possible to the watching audience. PC version is decent if you have a monster PC and luck in lobbies. A game like Arma 3 which has maps three times the size and can populate a far greater number of players and assets can run exceptionally well and really puts this technical shambles to shame which is why frustration is really growing in the PUBG community.
  16. I said on the Steam forums that Konami will probably charge money for in-game survival items and save game slots so it's of no surprise. I've followed this company's decline and greed for years especially when developing this sorry excuse even for a cash grab. Had the game not been so blantantly awful; I'm sure Konami would have pushed their luck further by charging gamers for starting a new game every time they died or something to that effect. .
  17. RIP Ears
  18. I'm not a fan of Fortnite but it's so much more polished and well-produced compared to PUBG that it really puts Bluehole to shame. The optimisation is still pretty dreadful and there's not much sign of sweeping improvements. The game released in such a pathetic state on the XB1 that even 25-30fps heavily downsampled is seen as a monumental achievement now and its this very generous and naive mindset which has seen the PC version stagger through each update without major improvements as promised. If it weren't for the community market making me so much money; I would have removed this game from my PC long ago. They only released 1.0 so they could bolster their marketplace activity without scrutiny in early access. It's basically H1Z1 all over again at this rate which is a shame as this had stunning potential.
  19. I was speaking about the PC version here.
  20. Tottenham will lose to Rochdale on Sunday guaranteed
  21. 75,000,000 players in China have registered for the two versions of the mobile app which is over 3x the amount that have the game on PC globally. If this gets rolled out worldwide within the next 18 months; it'll probably be the biggest game of all time. Asians are mental for mobile gaming and already were the biggest market for PUBG on PC. Mobile version does look very good and is nowhere near watered-down as people were anticipating. Both the PC and Xbox versions need some serious work and I'm not sure if that'll ever materialise - they certainly are having difficulty on low to mid systems and if it wasn't for Chinese users plaguing the servers; the player counts would be nosediving from all the frustration. Thankfully the game hasn't been out a year yet but with it now being 'finished'; there is no excuse and right now, it's not is a satisfactory state really.
  22. I bet he'll struggle to score against Panama though 0-0 for that guaranteed
  23. Looks and runs better than the Xbox One version
  24. Very impressive figures considering their only half decent game is Overwatch
