  1. I admit I laughed once or twice. Please don't judge😎
  2. Told ya😉
  3. Hard to believe but this is literally the only big upcoming game the Xbox One X has right now. First one was great but as I don't have an XB1 and aren't willing to use the Windows Store, I may have to give this a miss. Does look good though!
  4. Game looks astonishing even in 1080p on a 1st gen PS4 but I will definitely have to play this again if I do get a Pro and 4K TV combo - even a Pro and a standard TV with supersampling turned on makes a big difference too according to users. If I had £700 spare I'd get one tonight😆
  5. Nothing like Dark Souls thankfully. It's like The Last of Us in a fantasy world but with some light RPG elements. The combat is slick, the difficulty is fair and well-balanced and it's not frustrating in the slightest. Controls are solid and the environments are simply breathtaking. This is definitely a game that everyone would likely enjoy and appreciate.
  6. They don't fuck around http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-43949292 and LOL!
  7. My sympathies. I think a Norwich fan has switched your manager shortlist with England's worst XI of the 2000's. If Danny Mills and Paul Ince show up, you know I'm right😎
  8. Mick McCarthy signs 5 year deal to become PSG manager.
  9. Sol Campbellend being interviewed by Ipswich... If he gets the job, I think he'll be the man to finally take them out of that division...straight into league one! I'm hoping he'll get rejected again and then go on another mega rant how he is dumbfounded that nobody will employ him as one of the great minds of football.
  10. First two hours are just the introduction really and nothing special. Once the game gets going, it drastically improves.
  11. Got this today and managed to play a few hours so far. I can already tell this is streets ahead of the majority of games these days. The production quality is truly remarkable and everything is so well crafted and polished, it is quite incredible really. I don't usually pay attention to reviews but after seeing so many near-perfect scores, I thought it was too good to be true but this game so far is just breathtaking and a prime contender for being one of the best games of all time. The reviews are absolutely spot on it seems. What makes it more surprising is that I don't usually like these mythical RPG-type games! Microsoft and EA said single player games were finished and it was all about these shitty online service sandbox bollocks now - God of War has just well and truly shat on that just like the other PS4 exclusives in the last few years but this one is the absolute proof that the industry needs single player experiences like this made with the utmost care and attention. No lootboxes, season pass, microtransactions, map waypoints, x-ray vision, mundane quests etc...This is the real deal and I almost forgot that games like this could exist. I highly recommend picking this up. Best game on PS4 by a mile.
  12. That sounds great but who's this Wegner woman and what's the feud about? 😎
  13. I'm probably going to pick it up this week. Watched a lot of reviews and read a lot of feedback and I'm convinced this is definitely a generation-defining game. No loot boxes or stifled progression mechanics which is great and how games should be. My only concern is the camera along with the narrow FOV but hopefully that will just add to the immersion and wont be too clunky or headache-inducing.
  14. Easiest way to record PS3 gameplay is to use an old JVC camcorder or get someone to record the screen with their Nokia phone. If those fail, a capture card is the only other option.
  15. It's only useful for downloading the up to date drivers. The feature is supposed to optimise your games for you but it can be staggeringly wrong at times choosing substantially reduced settings to what your GPU can handle so people rely on it can get an inferior experience than if they just tweaked the settings themselves. With my old 770 on The Division; it detected everything at low settings with everything else turned off yet I ran the game flawlessly at 60fps at Very High with everything else turned on and still had VRAM to spare. I'd launch through Steam or any other launcher than rely on that. Just use it for downloading the latest drivers.
  16. Almost as beautiful as the real thing
  17. Before the start of the season, I bet £10 with my mate that Sunderland would get out of the Championship at the first time of asking. They theoretically did so I shall be looking to cash in on that technicality when I see him next
  18. Looks promising from the creators of X-Com
  19. Yeah, I think the legendary Eight Thoughts has well and truly quashed that one and I'm a bit surprised CharlieIntel posted about it as a sole rumour from a nobody source. I do believe the game wont have a campaign as that rumour seems far more credible but the multiplayer one was likely created off the back of that by the attention seeker fantasist to cause more concern and give himself some momentary heightened importance. Now he just looks a prick.
  20. I had the original which was a decent racer but that was sadly over-hyped and misleading by Ubisoft. It did have some pretty good support post-release especially with the Wild Run upgrade. Despite the huge competition in the racing genre, we have the sequel coming out this year and it looks impressive although a bit wonky in places. Not sure about the vehicle switching but like the first; the scale is supposedly massive and it could offer plenty to do with huge variety. I'll keep my eyes on this although I'm not expecting it to topple the likes of Forza.
  21. Coming this year to PS4, XB1 and PC https://www.gamespot.com/articles/shenmue-1-and-2-being-released-on-ps4-xbox-one-and/1100-6458239/
  22. PC only it seems. There's not much info about the game either from what I can see especially regarding its future development plans.
