  3. If you enjoyed HZD then you should play God of War. Definitely the best game on the PS4 and a groundbreaking open world game. You also have The Last of Us, Uncharted Collection/4 etc.. It really depends what you have set aside, how much time you have to play and what ideally you are looking for.

    F1 2016 Gameplay

A quick 3 lap race at the Sochi Autodrom, Russia with McLaren's Jenson Button. Gameplay recorded on PC.
  5. Remember when EA said single player games were 'dead'? Jedi Fallen order is currently the fastest selling Star Wars game ever and also EA's best selling Star Wars title at launch beating even the Battlefront games and all of their previous catalogue. It will probably be their biggest selling game of the year too. Rekt.
  6. I played Titanfall 2 earlier this year and the campaign is amazing! Respawn are the only consistent and top quality developer that EA has.
  7. Anyone played this before? It’s a comedy physics sandbox where you can create your own battles using a range of whacky units with some hilarious results. Really nice art style and you can freecam the fights and get really close to the action. Currently in early access but apparently there is lots of content already including a campaign as well as custom battles. 96% positive ratings and growing massively in popularity. Looks great fun for all ages and I may have to pick this up tomorrow! 8. Both Crash and Vacant we had to pay for back in MW2 with Stimulus and Resurgence. I can't quite remember the reception back then but I think people were just happy to have new maps regardless on top of what was a hugely popular game at the time. I'm pretty tired of Vacant after playing it in COD4, MW2 and MWR plus 725's are going to be rife on there! Crash is decent but I would've preferred Afghan and Terminal along with Highrise as those have only had remakes in Infinite Warfare which barely anyone got to experience. If it's a choice between more shite new maps or proven old maps, I'd happily go with the latter though! Recycled shite was more unacceptable in Treyarch games as people had to pay for it blind.
  9. The work that goes into modding this masterpiece is quite amazing years later. It was an incredible looking game when it was released and still today, but the subtle mods really take it to a new level. If I had the time, I would do another playthrough at the drop of a hat!
  10. I actually don't know if there is as much content as it would appear. Bit or a marketing illusion really. - 3 recycled core maps - one ground war map in a mode not everyone plays - 2 gunfight maps also a mode with partial interest That's very much welcome but it still feels spread thin. - 3 multiplayer modes which is no biggie - one should've been in the game from the start, the other is nothing special and then the new Gunfight mode just involves picking weapons up instead which was in the beta if I remember rightly anyway!? - 4 new spec ops experiences (missions) to add the ONE we have already taking the total to five which is still over 15 missions short of MW2 at launch. Mode is still broken, completely flawed and adding a few more missions isn't going to set the world alight. Spec Ops is so bad it would make the game better if it was cut out altogether. - 2 new weapons - after the amount of weapons that have been pumped in through supply drops and through DLC purchases, two freebies aren't exactly going to make much of an impact. Free content is free content but after the last patch was talked up the way it was, I'm not expecting too much here and breaking it all down, it's not going to radically change or bolster the experience for months to come. I'm also getting pretty fed up of COD bailing itself out with recycled maps too. 'and more' needs to be clarified too - looks like a placeholder to nothing.
  11. Might hold off uninstalling this a bit longer
  12. I forgot SOD2 existed until I saw the other day that it was coming to Steam. I remember it having a lot of issues and not being half as popular as the first. Be interesting to see if it rejuvenates or just sinks again.
  13. I believe each game has it's entire online component available to play. I think there are some changes/improvements to ranking systems too.
  14. It's really weird because on the face of it, this game looks great and should be an outstanding title but there is so many design and execution issues, it is quite staggering. Broken challenges and missions after 9 patches I just can't get over and they've known about this since day one. I haven't been on the receiving end of many glitches but the fact they are out there MW2 style is just embarrassing really. The minimap decable, footsteps and other annoyances just tot up and the as said above, the way they are handling things in terms of speed and their relationship with the community is borderline shocking. There has also been several hints that they've been using the Message of the Day feature to troll the community and leaving private developer reasons in patch notes that are published is crazy incompetence. I've enjoyed the game for the most part and have reached rank 110 so far but I'm feeling less and less motivated to play because of the issues in the game and the friction in the community it has created. There is clearly staff at the studio who are letting this game and the players down and if we're not careful, everyone will end up losing which includes us, the devs and Activision. I think they have two weeks to really iron out a 1.1 patch which includes all bug fixes, plugging exploits and finding a perfect medium for footsteps and the minimap in which Activision can then start selling the Premium Element else this game will go the same way as BO4, Infinite Warfare, Advanced Warfare and Ghosts. Sledgehammer are the only studio this gen to turn an entire game around with some exceptional hard work after a major overhaul of the studio and the same thing is needed here badly.
  15. I haven't played MW in a week but I did play Ground War quite a bit after surpassing level 55 and although it's not great (no destructible buildings, limited squad system, OP tanks, snipers and tiny amount of maps) - basically a b-tec Battlefield 4; it's probably the only true fun I've had especially when they added the quite excellent Krovnik Farm map. I had no real reason to go back to 6v6 or even the horrible 10v10 experience. It's just a shame there is so few maps and one is horrendous. At least there is no spawn trapping, players camping in dark corners behind claymores and other common BS. You can really go mad and have fun in this mode and if you're on a team who knows what they are doing, it's all the better. It does need five new maps urgently but if they are to the standard of the farm map, then it'll be the only solid part of the entire game.
  16. Owners of the original State of Decay should find the Year One Survival Edition in their Steam inventory today to be redeemed as a gift.
  17. It's a testament to IW's incompetence.

  19. I can safely say Activision aren't going to be selling very many Battle Passes at all in December!
  20. Lacazette yesterday looked gutted he saved Emery's job! That was a very muted goal for a last minute equaliser. Southampton could've been 1-5 up at one point!
  21. People that own Contact DLC should get this for 75% off or free but as this is Bohemia we're talking about, they probably wont even get 25% off or a discount at all. I've only seen a couple of videos and it does look a lot like Chernarus especially with so many reused assets including Arma2/DayZSA buildings and the airstrip. The map doesn't seem as iconic and looks a bit more threadbare too. I hope to pick it up though but any more than £15 would be ludicrous.
  22. Many players seem overwhelmingly disappointed at this update especially considering how big it was talked up. With the Premium Stream expected in a couple of weeks, it's getting very tight for issues and annoyances to be fixed to standard. They are really going to struggle to get people to buy into passes if basic things aren't working properly and then Activision may end up doing a BO4 and bringing supply drops and hugely aggressive microtransactions in. Infinity Ward goofed up by leaving private notes in their published patch notes which has pissed people off more and kinda shows the devs are doing what they want rather than what the wider community would like

    DayZ Livonia

Wasn't expecting this but after the map appeared in the Arma 3 Contact expansion and it looked like a DayZ one, suddenly it makes sense! May have to give this a reinstall sometime DayZ Livonia on Steam STORE.STEAMPOWERED.COM Livonia is the brand-new DLC map for DayZ, allowing players to experience the hardcore survival hit in a whole new environment. 24. They already have a patent in this domain where matchmaking is manipulated to encourage users to spend money. They've had this for 4 years now. I would't put anything past them. If they were willing to do this with supply drops, then they are surely willing to manipulate matchmaking to the same tune with other considerations. Whether this will be done in MW, we don't know as there are no pay 2 win elements yet or supply drops but this something to consider. We'll have to see if anything changes when the premium stream kicks in. I do currently believe content creators get an easy ride and I also believe this patent has also been in effect or at least tested in previous games to a degree. My prediction come December is freemium users will be pitted more against premium stream purchasers in a bid to get them to upgrade their pass or be tempted to any microtransactions. Whilst his may not affect matchmaking, it will give the impression players are being more pitted against sweats and dedicated players in which you may indeed get matched to these type of players regardless. That's what I think will happen.
