  1. The likes of Amazon and eBay need to make it a violation of terms of people reselling supermarket goods for profit. It should also be declared illegal in times like this.
  2. Played through the demo - takes about 20 minutes and is quite small but you can tell this is going to be a good game again.
  3. Demo is live on Steam! https://store.steampowered.com/app/1173690/Resident_Evil_3_Raccoon_City_Demo/
  4. This one also looks good Vigil: The Longest Night on Steam STORE.STEAMPOWERED.COM Battle through the longest night as Leila, the last member of The Vigil. Uncover the truth behind the eternal darkness, Leila's mysterious... Currently a demo available for the next 3 days in the Steam Game Festival event. Definitely worth a try I'd say!
  5. Xbox Series X specs look very impressive but PS5 will likely have the games and that's what matters. I will likely be able to access the entire Xbox catalogue on PC anyway. The Xbox One X didn't exactly strengthen the caliber of games available or encourage devs to maximise the hardware there and whilst it will be different right off the bat here, it just goes to show that if you don't have the games available then it wont matter how powerful the console itself is. Fair play to Phil Spencer for turning around the Xbox brand after the total shitshow that was the original Xbox One but I fear they don't have enough in-house studios or acquisitions to make the Series X a worthwhile purchase. They can only milk Minecraft so much - we've had 'next gen' then '4K' and now we have 'ray tracing' but there has to be something concrete other than that and Gears of War 5 with the old Raymond Tracing. One thing for sure though, I will not be buying a console at launch this time around.
  6. Oh god, they've named the two lead characters (non-binary of course) 'Snowflake' and 'Safespace'😂 Marvel Fans Are Upset About Safespace and Snowflake From The New Warriors COMICBOOK.COM Marvel fans are super upset about The New Warriors reveal, especially concerning Safespace and [...] Fucking cringe! The announcement is getting absolutely ridiculed online it's quite funny. At least they can blame Captain Corona for when it fails and costs the Marvel brand heavily!
  7. Off the top of my head there's the likes of Dead Cells, Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, Hollow Night, Salt and Sanctuary, The Messenger, Noita, Axiom Verge, Iconoclasts and probably a few other glaring ones I've forgotten. Some really highly rated games in this genre for sure!
  8. Schools in the UK will shut on Friday until further notice. Glastonbury and the Eurovision song contest have also been cancelled. For some reason the Olympics is still on which is causing some anxiety and confusion to athletes and staff.
  9. Saw this in the Steam Sale for about £12 and was tempted but there's just so many of these games out now. Blasphemous does seem to stand out though so I may look to pick it up sometime.

  12. Euro 2020 postponed until next summer, Uefa confirms - BBC Sport WWW.BBC.CO.UK Euro 2020 is postponed by one year until 2021 because of the coronavirus pandemic, Uefa confirms.
  13. So mass gatherings are to be banned in the UK but schools and universities are still open? Seems legit.
  14. I watched Escape From Alcatraz once again the other night. Excellent film!
  15. It's an horrendous situation from every possible standpoint but one option that shouldn't be considered is to cancel the season entirely. A lot of teams have worked very hard to get to where they are in the league and if every remaining game has to be played behind closed doors through the summer then so be it. It will cost teams dear in terms of revenue but at least the season will be completed. Even if you cut out the playoffs and just make the top 3 for the Championship and League One and then 4 for League two go up then that would soften the headache. The FA Cup should probably be cancelled. Champions League and Europa League probably wont be able to resume due to the travel risks so that would be a massive blow to all involved. The Euros will have to be delayed until next year or even scrapped altogether. League One teams will miss out on between £300,000 to £6m it's estimated for the rest of the year and it could be fatal for many teams no matter what division you are in or how big your club is. I even fear for next season.
  16. Facinating presentation from Bill Gates back in 2015
  17. What annoys me is when Microsoft or Activision buy up the premium slots and then have jack shit to fill them with along with the big publishers stringing out their premium presentations to also fill up the time. E3 was only interested in taking the money that way rather than strategically designing their show to make it as appealing as possible and maximising exposure to games and developers. I used to get bored even watching the highlights because they were still riddled with painful filler. Despite opening to the general public for the first time ever either last year or the one before, the event was always built for the mainstream media rather than gamers. IGN would never get that many clicks on a promising indie game over yet another AAA franchise release and E3 was always about the money even if they were showcasing crap and thin air.

  21. Ends 20th of March then it goes back up to £50. So tempted to grab it but with Doom next week, I'm not sure if I can manage both plus that'll be £75 on top of an expensive April of games too.
  22. Premier League now suspended until April 3rd. Boris Johnson yesterday be like
