The 1.2 update released the other week without much fanfare and it had probably the largest patch notes I have ever seen with hundreds of supposed fixes and improvements. Performance doesn't seem to have improved greatly as the console version is still aiming for the bare minimums. I saw some PS5 footage the other day too and I was absolutely staggered at how much of the game had been scaled back - there were literally no cars or pedestrians anywhere and assets were still struggling to render. If the game felt dynamically dead before then it must feel exceptionally barren now. The visuals have been downgraded in places too. Some interface and bug improvements but nothing significant despite the comical numbers of issues supposedly addressed. I just don't know how long they can keep scrapping away - soon they'll have to remove all non-story NPC's along with vehicles and start stripping environmental assets because there doesn't seem to be much space for them to maneuver to drastically improve overall performance. Doesn't look like the game is even close to returning to the PS Store especially if Sony stand firm. -
I bought the PS4 version for my PS5 and it did not go well Some major rendering issues which not only look shite but also further impacted the gameplay. Thankfully I managed to pull off a miracle:- Very disappointing outcome but I didn't buy a PS5 to play games that look like a PS2 version at times. Really not sure why this occurred especially when the PS4 version appears fine Anyhow, delighted I managed to get a refund from Sony and I'll put my money into something else. Shame as I was looking forward to playing this over Easter but I really can't be bothered in dealing with issues like this.

There's not too much out this year and many big names have been delayed until next year but there's still a few that are worth checking out. I'm planning on getting soon:- Total War Rome Remastered [PC] Resident Evil Village [PS5) Deathloop [PS5] Summer looks a bit barren and many release dates are still yet to be confirmed with just prospective a 2021 set but Final Fantasty 7 Integrade [PS5] may keep me going for a bit and I didn't bother picking up the original remake. The second half and towards the end of the year there is:- God of War Regnarok [PS5] Far Cry 6 [PC] Diablo 2 Resurrected [PC] Battlefield 6 [PC] PES 2022 [PS5] There's still plenty of others to consider like Horizon Forbidden West and iffy releases such as Halo Infinite but there's probably just enough to keep me going without savaging the wallet too much. Definitely no Call of Duty for me this year so I'll be able to put my money for that towards a more deserving title.

I hear the infinite stim glitch is back for the 11th time! Previous updates have seen things like invisible players and no recoil weapons. These developers are so incompetent it’s embarrassing. It takes them so long to fix such problems that by the time the next update drops, it breaks the same or other stuff in the process.

Premium Edition is currently 40% off on the PlayStation Store which is a great deal! I will likely grab that as it as all the season passes included and other stuff. Game also has full modding support also which is superb!

Mine was Demon Souls. The only other game I have is FIFA 21. Looking forward to Resident Evil Village and Deathloop but other than that, the selection is rather sparse over the coming summer months and many titles have already been pushed back til next year. God of War Ragnarok is hopefully on track for later this year along with the new Horizon game. Fingers crossed for Battlefield 6 too! I don't want to be paying £60-70 for new games though so I may have to wait bit after a game launches before picking it up which makes things worse but games seem to be getting discounted fairly quickly now so much so, they'd probably be better off with a lowered entry point and then maxing more sales at full price.

Multiplayer potentially cancelled or put on the backburner. Cyberpunk 2077 Multiplayer 'Reconsidered' - Possibly Delayed or Cancelled - IGN WWW.IGN.COM It's possible we may not see Cyberpunk 2077's multiplayer mode at all -- or at least, CD Projekt is being a bit cagey about how or when it might be implemented in the future. If they can't even get the basics right then there was no hope with this aspect.
