This popped up on my fb feed today and brought back memories of playing so many different wrestling games back in the ps1 days. I loved the original Smackdown games and played them so often with my mates, but WCW Mayhem was another one of my favourites since I watched both WWF/E and WCW back then. I'm sure there was a backyard wrestling game too which was pretty good fun. What was everyones favourite from those old old school games?

Count me in as well. Need to be there for the draft too...got auto'd two kickers last time 😂

Yeah I'm definitely down for it again, it gives an added interest in the season.

I'll happily get involved again, definitely was enjoyable last time round. I'd suggest a quick poll for 2 or 3 dates for official draft timing which asks everyone to select ALL dates they can make and because its so far in advance we should be all or nearly everyone there.
 
It would be nice to get a few more involved this year if they want to - @Ally @TigerBurge @Jason @BO7H B4RRELS @Riff Machine  spring to mind. If anyone else is keen on joining, even to just help their understanding on NFL, its a good way to get involved in something at FG and maybe pick up a few things along the way.

So now that the NFL draft has taken place we can start looking forward to the next NFL season, and another season of FG NFL Fantasy Football!! Laat year we managed to get a few of us involved and overall it was a success, with @jordie1892 winning the inaugural season. It would be great to get a few more FGers involved along with last years players, so if you're interested please comment and I can start getting this years league set up 🙂 If it is your first time I will be adding some guides to the thread to give everyone some info 😊

Is this is all going ahead this seems pretty big. After aquiring Bethesda, getting Activision is another huge get for Xbox since the COD games are still so huge. I can't see them doing what they did with Skyrim though and making the next one an Xbox only game

So i've spent 16 hours on this game, and I'm on the verge of calling it a day. It statrted out well and I was really enjoying it. Exploring each of the 4 areas was fun and I managed tobget 5 of the slabs by killing the visionaries, and the day cycle was a good way to progress the game. Fast forward to 16 hours later and im constantly exploring all the same areas at different times of day to try to find the clues for the "perfect loop" and its getting really tedious and i feel like im forcing myself to play it for the sake of completing it and getting more frustration than enjoyment out of it. Maybe it's just me but I think this might be one of those games i put down and don't come back to 😔

Yeah, I'm wondering I'd Redfall is going to be similar.
Totally agree about this game, starts great but just couldn't be bothered with it after a bit.
 

The game just gets easier and worse the more you play. The best bit is actually the tutorial but from then on, you just repeat the same areas with the same brain-dead AI doing the same things and getting more OP as the game progresses despite the dynamics not getting any harder. Interesting idea on paper but it just doesn't work especially with just 4 areas to explore. I think I ducked out after about 10 and if I played on another 15 to complete it, it would've been the same thing just repeating each level 10 times. The tutorial is actually the best part.
