jmrandle25 got a reaction from GazzaGarratt in World of Warcraft
I think I'll have to create a new Battle Net account because my I can't remember the email I used (I was in Secondary School when I last played!)... Which is a bit of a shame because I'll loose my 90 Worgen Ráz, but isn't starting from the beginning all part of the fun?

I agree but that also means the hierarchy giving him time (years) to rebuild to have any chance at being successful for a number of years.

I'm just being optimistic. Nagelsmann is a young promising project manager, which is the exact things we need right now. Someone the fans can get invested in.

We went to Wembley for the first time yesterday to watch England vs Ukraine and was thankful that England played really well first half as we were not far behind the goal that Kane and Saka scored in. Saka just looks even more dangerous in an England shirt and fast becoming the long term replacement for Sterling. Maddison I thought played really well too so it was good to see him get his chance yesterday. Its mental that we've just beaten the best 2 sides in our qualifying group without Foden barely touching the grass. Shows we have some decent depth in certain areas of the pitch now.
Shouldn't be underestimated too that even though Italy aren't the Euro Champions that they were a few years ago, it still takes a huge effort to get a result like that away from home.
In other news, Spurs just seem to me that everyone knows they need to get a change at the very top because the pattern hasn't been right for many years. Similar to the likes of when Arsenal had David Dein for years. Kept them sustainable making money but never threatened the Premiership for years. @James5497, not 100% on Nagelsmann coming in just yet as Levy has given Mason and Conte's assistant the job until the end of the season...which makes me think it gives him time to work out if Pochettino is still a likely target to get back before the start of next season.

I would be up for playing an mmo, if you let me know which way you swing 🙂
WoW I have only briefly played, found that as with most mmo's it's just more enjoyable with friends and at the time I knew no one playing it so I drifted away ^_^ Dragonflight does seem to get some praise from what I read.

@jordie1892 how did you find it? I know you tried it recently!

I'm interested in re-downloading World of Warcraft and was just wondering has played it recently with the new Dragon flight update?
I stopped playing when they introduced the Pandas (was a bit of a gimmick). But I've been really getting bored of all the FPS and I think this might be a nice breath of fresh air.
I've been debating out of WoW and RuneScape to get back into.

Ah fair enough ^_^
My experience of the game was actually pretty pleasant compared to yours then.
My thoughts on the beta -
- It looks fantastic I won't lie, I think they have nailed the visuals
- The story seems like it could be really really good
- Games like these I either bounce off or get really engrossed, I have not been engrossed in one since maybe the first 2 dragon age games though. They are often time sinks and I do not have the time typically. That said this did hook me in and it's on my radar to buy now.
- The NPC's could do with some work as they don't seem to shut up 😄
- That said I think more hardcore fans of the series may be a little dissapointed with the skills tree and as you have mentioned above, the downside with the game moving towards a live service means that you always need to be online so dodgy internet connections are just going to see you kicked often and full servers will result poor experiences.
I reckon it's a 7/10 game, but having not played anything like this for a while and this one has now got my attention I will play it at some point, just maybe not at launch prices.

I'm actually shocked at how far Italy have fallen. Failed to get to the World Cup and they may even struggle to qualify for the Euros at this rate. Hard to believe they beat us in the final 18 months ago and could now go the same way Holland did. Just goes to show how significant those experienced players were for them. Great result for us though and I'm glad we've found our form after that diabolical and worrying Nations League campaign prior to the World Cup. Channel 4 coverage is so wank though🤣

Personally I wouldn't say it's been going as badly as yourself and the YouTube videos you presented have made out. Admittedly I don't play more than 4 hours of Call of Duty a week, but in that limited timeframe I've been rather happy with the things they've brought out.
As far as I'm concerned I'm getting plenty of new content to enjoy, so much so that I haven't come close to unlocking all of the guns yet, and I'm still getting used to the new maps too!

Best CoD since Blops 2 for me. I don't play it enough to give a fuck about the rest.
But yeah, let's keep the bullshit out of these conversations otherwise the thread gets nuked. There's enough nastiness on social media without bringing it into our little community🙂

I hate international football but watched the first half against Italy and thought it was an excellent performance that could have produced more goals.
I knew they wouldn't sustain that in the second half but an away win against a very hard to beat side turns out to be one of the best England results in years.
Declan Rice could be a quality player if he uses his brain a little more, he was superb imo.

If it's your go to, you haven't gotten your hands on the Crossbow with termites, Torrent or broadside with dragon breath.
The torrent is crazy good.
The throwing stars or fun, unfortunately they are only available on WZ but you can go Cyberninja on people 🙂

@cyberninja2601 best to be more civil in responses please Pat, as the whole point of it is to have a discussion about either side. Or to just agree to disagree. I disagree that CoD isn't as bad the titles are but its the reviewers opinion sharing it and if James feels its as bad as that to share it here, he can.
@J4MES OX4D its okay to share the negative reviews, but as said above, better to have a 2-way discussion or just agree to disagree.
My 2p is that I don't see all the negative stuff at all because I don't follow those youtubers. I don't think its globally hated as that points out. Exclusively here at FG, I'd say 90% are really enjoying MW2 and its been viewed as one of the best in recent years. That doesn't mean the game is perfect but MP feels smooth and worthy enough to play 2-3 nights a week right now.

I have to agree on the low amount of maps though. And not one of them has a good feel.
In the earlier games there was at least a couple that I enjoyed playing.
I feel the maps are getting more and more suited for campers and it slows the pace down.
