    Welcome to FG Jess, nice to have another PC player in the community we're a pretty decent bunch for the most part except...um ok I just saw the size of my exceptions list, so I'll restart. We're a pretty horrible bunch except, except there's noone at all on that list. Good luck 👍😅

    I'm almost at the point where I'm comfortable in the wheel now, my only weakness is braking. I also need to learn better composure. You're definitely the better driver but you're just about in reach enough to give me that competition to raise my game. I'm really enjoying it. When @GazzaGarrattgets to grips with his wheel that will be an added challenge. I also get the feeling @crispymorgan is going to show us his speed when hes more used to the game. @LordBaguette has shown he has the pace in qualifying once he knows a track, just needs to push on. Personally I'd keep TCS at 2 judging by all the break dancing you like to do each race. I think everyone that races is improving to be honest and it's nice to see.

    Star Trek holodecks, that's what I'm waiting for😁 But this does look cool and seems to be getting backed. It would definitely make exercise fun for people like me who find exercise really boring, e.g. I need to have after a ball to chase after if you ever want to see me running.

    When they show the character moving really swiftly it reminded me of my final Oblivian character who could run everywhere including over water at ridiculous speeds. The first bit where it looked a bit Last of Us didn't really draw me in but the last section makes me want to know more.

    Yeah it's a funny one how Titanfall 2 didn't blow up, particularly as the single player campaign was excellent. Just bad timing I suppose.

    If it means Konami get the cash to buy the rights to FIFA football players and teams; and resurrect Silent Hill....that would be interesting. But Konami I thought mostly make slot machines of some kind so it's a weird one. Both companies have a decent back catalogue, particularly Sega. I have no idea what Microsoft's strategy is to be honest as I agree, in Japan it's all about Sony.

    Ok, back to the OP. 😁 I'm a broken record here. Capitalism. Let's find a different way of organising ourselves as the current one is not fit for purpose. Our economic system and the fear it creates is the basis of the majority of our ills.

    There's been a conversation in the UK this week about the fact that women can't walk home from work without getting harassed, abused and occasionally murdered. Yet we have a whole bunch of men only concerned with saying it's not all men. That's empathy for you, eh. That's where we're at in the 21st century.

    I like that there's competition at different levels. The battle between you and Kiwi will feature all season, then myself, Mike and Lee, and with both of those two capable of the occasional challenge for first, I'll have my work cut out. As for the rest, everyone is improving and capable of hitting a podium place so could be all different by race 12 😉

    We'll be doing the Nordschleife for race 2 this Tuesday but not decided which N class yet. Either N200 or make everyone do it in the VW van. Race 3 is open for requests.

    Good race after a qualifying session of penalties leaving me lower on the order than I would expect. The Senna Esse at the beginning was a bit mental. I managed to take advantage, though I spun twice on the same corner on different laps and ruined my chances after finding myself in 2nd early on. I'll leave full report of the night of racing to Greboth but thanks all, really enjoyed it. Lago Maggiore GP circuit next week. I'll do the calendar for it this evening and update the league table too.
