  1. Yeah, don't know about that. Just read the lyrics. Basically: Don't complain about anything. The only good poor people are the ones who used to be soldiers. Abortion is bad. Red, while and blue forever. Communism is taking over America blah blah blah childish moronic let's moan about symptoms but not tackle the problems. Yeah, shit like this makes me lose faith in humanity to be honest.
  2. Tripper does back passes without looking and if he's nervous has a bad game.
  3. Ah no way lol, try this one?
  4. Pickford is the weak link for me at the back. Also have mixed feelings about Shaw. On a good day, yes. Really really hope Grealish starts. I'd make Rashford a late impact super sub. Henderson not match fit and I'm not a fan anyway. Sterling needs to be in there too, for me. What a perfect occasion to return to form...
  5. And I knows it's characters not actors but I couldn't help myself.
  6. Christopher Walken in pretty much anything. Harvey Keitel in Bad Leiutenant. Robert De Neiro in Cape Fear. Joe Pesci in Casino and Good fellas Rik Mayall in pretty much everything Hugh Laurie in Blackadder the Third The cast of Pulp Fiction Chris Morris in Brass Eye Dennis Hooper in Blue Velvet Benedict Cumberpatch in Sherlock Holmes Jodie Comer in Killing Eve Catherine Tate playing her gran 😅 This list is endless to be fair Kurt Douglas in Spartacus Russel Crowe in Romper Stomper The cast of Airplane Daniel Day Lewis in anything but particularly My Left Foot Wilem Defoe in Platoon Jew Bear in Inglorious Bastards Richard Pryor in anything he touched Gene Wilder, as above That'll have to do.
  7. Beer, football, sunshine, and crying over penalties. That's tradition now 🍻😂
  8. So, I was thinking. Dangerous, I know. If @RenFengge met her alternate universe version of herself and they started hanging around together, we'd have to refer to them as the La's.
  9. Well, in this nation of grown up children there's always rattles being thrown out of prams. I'm sure we're just one step away from blaming everything on Marxists or something other bogey man judging by social media lately 😅 Management of this virus has been a shit show from day one so I think people have a right to be angry. But anyway, they're bringing in a law to deal with protest, clearly thinking ahead😉
  10. These are all the races featured in GTS this week. Race 1 Autopolis N200 3 laps Hard tyres No fuel or tyre use Race 2 Sardegna Road Track A Gr.4 4 laps Medium tyres No fuel or tyre use Race 3 Nurburgring GP track Gr.3 10 laps Soft or medium tyres Tyres x7 Fuel x1
  11. Look forward to seeing more but I'll be more interested in how stable it is 😅
  12. First season was excellent and not sure more was needed. But very very well made I thought. And a topic as relevant as ever.
  13. There's a lot to like about it but I found the plot just a little too convoluted. Overly complicated I thought and the evil alternate universe has been done to death in Star Trek. But brilliant actors, some great ideas and decent dialogue. I've only watched season 1 though, so should maybe check out the rest...
  14. I hadn't played for a number of years so popped in for 20 minutes tonight for a reminder, which somehow turned into 2 hours. Had to force myself to go and eat. So. Yep, still dangerous 😉
  15. Let's hope, being the Euros I don't get null points 😬
  16. Unless suddenly out of nowhere Joe Lewis starts splashing the cash I don't get the Conte link. He's leaving Inter, where he just won the title, because of lack of funds. I don't see it going well if he isn't backed financially and he won't come to a club selling their best player. It's a weird one. From what I understand it was only PSG that stopped the return of Poch. So who knows, maybe a year down the line...
  17. I think you hit the nail on the head with that. England's biggest weakness is team selection.
  18. Seems a bit of a pointless game but then again, I'd have kept Lingard in the full squad personally.
  19. OK, just testing the water here for interest. I'd like to an FG night on Civ 5. It doesn't take that many players, say a maximum of 6, but it does take up a lot of time, so a weekend would be best. If there's any interest I'll look to book something towards maybe the end of the month.
  20. I have no idea how I feel about this.
  21. Why was Lingard playing when he's not going to be in the final squad? Weird.
  22. They sold Windows 10 as something they would just upgrade over time. Very interesting to see what they come up with.
  23. Do both, Civ 5 is a great game. An FG Civ 5 multiplay would be fun. I'm liking the look of Humankind. I'm definitely looking at picking this up in August
  24. Totally disagree about his performance at Spurs. But then I remember all of the seasons and managers and bullshit since 1991 that made supporting Spurs a weight around my neck. Poch was the best manager we've had in 30 years and wasn't supported by the guys with the money. PSG are another kettle of fish and their issues precede his time there. I'd love silver but the football we played and the positions we found ourselves in are what made his reign special for me. He got us to finals but our golden cow striker didn't manage a single goal in any final he's been in. But again, I don't see him back right now.
  25. Just realised. Easier to clean 🤗
