    I'll use this thread to provide some basic tips that aren't always apparent. In no particular order 1. Switching between 1st and 3rd persons = F4 key 2. Free look while in 3rd person = hold down Z key while you move with mouse 3. Before taking off and landing, check in with landing services via comms in MobiGlass = F1 4. Check fuel status after a while. Can refuel at plenty of places. 5. If space cops come at you, immediately stop and you'll avoid a massive fine. 6. Best early missions are deliveries as they are good earners and help you get your bearing in the universe 7. In the MobiGlass contract menu there are tabs for general and personal jobs. Personal deliveries tend to pay higher as they may be slightly illegal. 8. If you do any investigation or mercenary job, buy guns and medikits before you go. 9. In some ships you can sleep and log off in the ship, and wake up on the ship next time you log in. If you logged off in your ship on a planet you'll awake in the same place, if you logged off in a space station, you'll wake up there, if you logged off in your ship in space you'll wake up in a space but not necessarily where you logged off.     Nice one Dave. We’ll keep Thursday in the calendar and then play it by ear as to which day to make the weekend meet-up for those that can’t make Thursday. I intend to be home most of the weekend if I can help it, so I’m easy and can play whenever..

    It's worth firing up if you want to get used to flying, the universe, missions, controls etc but it's still an Alpha, and even with persistence ingame buys may not carry over. Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk

    You can buy a better ship with in game credits from Teach's shop on Grim Hex or Levski. A bigger better ship will cost in the region of a million credits. I'm going to save my credits to buy the little dragonfly as it can fit in the hold of my Drake Cutlass Black. It's about 200k and I have about 50k at the moment. Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk

    I already use Netflix and have Amazon Prime. If I want to binge watch something I might use Now TV, I'm currently tempted by all the GoT being on there, and there's also BBC iPlayer and TouTube.     So, now a few of us have the game and the hardware to play, how's about a session on together? Currently I'm friended on the game with @GazzaGarratt @Diddums @Plumbers Crack And I believe @Bluebear also has the game. When is a good day/time for us to meet up? I'm easy, Thursday and Fridays nights, or weekends are best but I can do most weekday evenings with a bit of notice. Let's have your thoughts, time available etc There's a patch due any day which will introduce persistence.

    Good news @Plumbers Crack the patch coming in a week or so will finally bring persistence. Limited but it includes whatever you earn being kept between patches, so I'm happy.

    Since launch they have downgraded the graphics and made combat easier but it's still a really nice and underrated game. And creepy. Hope it comes to cross-play as no-one else has it on PC [emoji846] Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
