  2. So just been looking at portable stereos as I could do with something that could do everything i.e. bluetooth but also DAB and being able to play my cd's which I still enjoy time to time. This got me thinking about technology that I enjoy or use that seems to have been around for ages and it also got me reading articles online about how tape cassette's are on an upwards trend (even today I can't see what the fascination would be with them). But it made me think, in my car I still have a small ipod that get's used every now and again with songs from my younger years, everything being streamed from your phone today it is probably outdated tech but tech that is still pretty useful in today's world i.e. not draining my phone battery in the car playing music on longer journeys and such. I have also seen the Polaroid cameras recently, they seem to be sold everywhere again (the one's where you print out instant photos). So is there any tech that you still have lying around in use which might be considered outdated or any tech you would like to see make a bif of a comeback?

Picked the game up cheap on Gamesplanet for £40 and have just done the prologue. Despite the crazy requirements, the game runs fine on a 3060ti at 1080p with all settings set to maxed out. A few stutters here and there but I may even give this a tweak to see if I can get away with 1440p at high settings. Feels a bit janky and unpolished in places and the characters seem pretty awful but it's definitely got good enjoyment potential. Really wish they didn't have the Ubisoft-type interactive interface elements though and it's annoying you can't mantle over certain basic objects. I'll probably give this a proper crack on Sunday.

The voice acting was hurting immersion, particularly the English middle class accents being totally out of place, and doing my nut a little, so I switched it to ukrainian with English subtitles...so much better 🤗

Well, good news that the Xbox version is fine, people are already playing it and giving the thumbs up. The PC version will possibly be an issue for me and my 1080ti but it should just mean some lowering of settings. The last game I pre-ordered was the CyberPunk debacle a few years ago but I've throw caution to the wind and got the ultimate edition on Steam (eventhough can play it free via gamepass lol)
