I've seen a few videos on it, I'm actually thinking they've done a decent job with it, so yeah fair play 🙂

Loves the first game. This is infinitely better. A proper horde mode esque game with some tactics built into the higher level difficulties. Air support feeling is amazing when it hits the enemies, also pretty funny when it's a bit too much danger close and wipes out your entire squad!! Difficulties make a massive difference too. Nice and casual at lower levels and properly intense at the higher end. A question of picking your poison relating to what you want to get out of it. Best game I've played in ages and is most defo going to get me back online!!

The control's are horrendous but you can change them but will take some getting use to or should I say remember them. One aspect I do like pressing the options button switches between the remaster and old style graphics. It's quite odd seeing Lara with a more round bust rather than triangles 😂

Already got the ps4 and ps5 versions installed so will hopefully get to play it today at some point as it's almost 4 am and I've been smashing out power was simulator of all games.

Well, I've picked it up off Amazon so will be here in a few days. It keeps coming on my feed and the small snippets of videos look truly awesome. Hopefully we'll plan a few events on FG and get a few squads going 👊

You can switch between the new and classic graphics so hopefully the latter will have modern support for higher resolutions too. Looks more like AI upscaled than a proper remaster I must admit although I don't mind that they haven't drifted too far from the aesthetics and style. Not sure how the gameplay will hold up overall though

Its definitely looking like they've done the right thing of leaving it as it is with just upscaled graphics in parts. Surely the D-Pad is the best way to play the game still given the fact that most ledges to jump up and puzzles require you to be more on the correct right angle?

I won't lie, I'm a little burned out with this COD already. I am trying to keep it more engaging by switching up weapons, playing around with the flamethrower n such the past week but there are a couple of dreadful maps i.e. Highrise, shipment (this is fine for camo grind but should just be kept away from the main playlist I think). My gripe's not necassarily the game itself, it's fine and typical COD, gunplay is good but my gripes - - Even now spawns in a game can very quickly still become a clusterfuck, the number of times I have spawned in (particularly with smaller maps) and spawned right in front of someone to be shot in the back is absurd. Then with larger maps, you only need one person to sit in spawn sniping and then you can't get away from it. - Maps, the MW2 maps are great nostalgicly but they are getting tired. In fact the reintroduction of some of the maps from the last game have for me been one of the best aspects of COD lately and I think there is a gulf between them. The 3 lane design in principle seems simple with newer maps but I think due to that the games flow better, a game of domination tends to result in points swapping either end and provides options for flanking and flipping spawns which is a plus for me. - Player base, I know there isn't much that can be done here but we do come across some toxic lobbies. I am fine with camping and such generally but when you get a whole lobby doing it then it get's tiresome and those matches become really dull.

Out now on PS5 and Steam. I bought it and gave it a quick go on launch day. Did Anyone else pick this up? It looks like it could be a fun one with some FGers.
