Leaderboard

I played a few games. Connection is all over the place. I can either kill people fine or I'm sinking loads of bullets into people and then dying. I've only had a few games so I might try it again tomorrow as the beta has been extended. When the game is working it's actually quite good fun.

I think as much as the Switch can only do 30fps docked, I think we'll look back and see that it is an incredible piece of kit that really elevates certain games, far superior and different to the Wii too. Having said that, teh PS5 games are slowly starting to churn out and weirdly even though I feel its been a slow year, some developers have started to use the real potential of the graphics. I just wish there was more games that used Haptic feedback in the controllers in creative ways...maybe it was something that developers couldn't get their hands on until the last few years. Maybe another 12 months will change the leaderboard. Xbox really just feels to me like a portable PC now they have Game Pass. I don't see much reason to buy it given I have my own PC at home. I'd rather buy a Steam Deck than the Xbox which is a real shame given how much love I had for the OG Xbox and the 360.

I jumped on late last night for a bit. I hung around Crispy for all the free XP while he's happily slaughtering zombies 🤗

I was offered it early again but could not be arsed 😅 I just don't have the time and rarely switch my PC on before 10pm during these glorious summer evenings.

They released another trailer the other day and this has to be the worst yet - I honestly don't know what they were thinking or what the point of this was. All it shows is a city and a stock asset sports car being driven around Need for Speed style in a post apocalyptic city. It's probably ripped scene for scene off some racing game like how they copied the Black Ops Zombies trailer. It has to be a troll because it's beyond dumb how silly this looks
