  3. Finally got one PLATINUM! Woohoo! And then on comes another one too! ISO Hemlock and Kastov 762 ARs are both done. I'm pretty happy with that given we always go out to win the match on objective based modes, so some games I have to switch to something more usable to get us over the line.

  4. And maybe an actual proper invite and join system? 😄 I won't be sorry to see GTA Loading go away though. That is probably half of our nights when we play GTA Fridays.

    NFTs

I don’t understand NFT’s, there is literally nothing stopping people from printing the picture off and framing it for themself….

  7. Have you seen that they are open to making more remakes if the demand is there?? Konami are smashing it of late so this sounds like even more good news if you ask me.

Really? I didn't get that feeling at all on levelling up guns. This is the first game I really didn't feel like it was a hard grind either. I went through guns up to gold with 2 or 3 at the same time to mix it up. I think I only had to seek out one or two weapons to unlock a certain LMG or SMG in the end because most all connect to each other in the unlock path. CoD points wise, I agree you shouldn't feel like you need to buy them - I only bought the first pack because its been that good and I knew I could keep buying the next season pass out of the cod points it gives me. No mopre money on skins and I get all the blueprints now which are a nice quick change rather than figuring out a setup that works for you when you don't have time.

    FIFA 23 with FG!

If you follow me on Twitter you would've already known I've been moving into my new flat the past two weeks. And now that most of it is sorted and I'm getting the broadband installed on Thursday, hopefully I should be back for MNF this coming Monday!

    NFTs

I'm not saying that the NFT space is perfect, but from an Artist's point of view tackling the online world and copying prevention the NFT route seems like a good start. I mean how many people buy physical art? And when you do how often is it someone else selling a design they've stolen from the internet. Pretty often.

    NFTs

NFT's IMO are the most useless thing ever conceived in humanity. It's an unregulated sector rife with scams, fraud and other shady nonsense on top of being an incredibly lame concept and that's being extremely generous. I will never ever get my head around how a simple MS Paint picture concocted in 30 seconds can be sold for tens of thousands other than the purpose of money laundering. I just don't understand how owning a numeric serial of something digital is viable unless you can find some sucker willing to pay for it and you can cash out clean. I wouldn't even download a picture at gunpoint of the most valuable NFT and have it litter 13.9mb of a 2tb drive. The market has deservedly collapsed in the past year since many main players are being investigated by law enforcement, and there has also been a downturn on the amount of millionaire 'celebrities' promoting things after they were shamefully scammed or just want to distance themselves at the risk of being sued advertising something they don't understand. I prefer physical things made with due care, skill or have some history. I just find it a nasty trend on a shady layer of the internet. AI art can produce way more impressive material in less than 10 seconds than anything I've seen in the NFT field. Cash is king and you can't buy a car, holiday, food or TV with a collection of JPEG's of penises. If anyone makes a real money return out of this then fair play but me personally, I'd happily see this horrible fad die just like lootboxes.

  18. Its their attempt to go near the cloud market. I say near because its super early and theres plenty of alternatives that do just the same tbh. Their selling point will have to be the actual haptic features that thier controller has above all others atm. Problem I have is that most mobile games are just not worth it imo still, and the ones that are, usually are card or strategic games that don't need a backbone controller to play them.

    Mortal Kombat 1!

Its a reboot to the world but thats because of how MK11 finished. Ed Boon said all will be explained in the game on how it has got to where it has go to. This is essentially MK12, just named MK1.

    NFTs

Plus not every NFT is a stupid ape which has a value that is massively inflated. A lot of what I have seen and am trying to get involved in is real artists selling genuinely great art. And fun PFP community—Doodles is one of my favourites (I haven't brought one) because the community are really interested in the project and the art is fun and exciting, and they're expanding into the real world.

    NFTs

Tell us how you really feel James 😂 I think you're mass characterising the NFT community under the criminal activity of a few instances. From my own reading and understanding a lot of the NFT activity should be taken with a pinch of salt.. you need to think of NFTs and the Blockchain as a development stage of something much grander and more regulated. You need to be careful and do you're research just like anything in life. You think the people that control 'cash' aren't breaking the law? Think again.

    Immortals of Aevum

I'm interested, but I agree with you @Luseth It's one of those games that has a big "WAIT AND SEE" sign right outside the construction zone. Looking pretty can only get a game so far if the gameplay sucks ass or doesn't hold your interest.

  29. TLOU final part Great to revisit this again to completion for the first time since the remaster back in 2014. I did have another crack a couple of times on the PS5 with that game but checked out after a couple of hours. Picked Part 1 up with a voucher on PC and so pleased I played it through again. Big step up in visuals which is impressive considering how good they looked a decade ago. Only other improvements are to the UI and animations but a lot of work clearly went into this to bring it in line with Part 2. Definitely recommend grabbing this and if you've played it on the PS3/4 previous then still worth playing through again if you can get it in the sale.

    Immortals of Aevum

I agree with that. So many well known developers do the same and its easy to fall in love with the early bright colours. It has to share some unique gameplay or mechanics to probably get me more interested nearer to release otherwise I share your not so positive outlook on the price later in the year.

  33. Some more info The Metal Gear Solid collection will also include the first two Metal Gear games | PC Gamer WWW.PCGAMER.COM Kept ya waiting, huh. So were getting Metal Gear 1 and 2 plus MGS's Integral Missions expansion which is a surprise bonus. Also the MGS2 and 3 ports will be from the MGS Collection that released on console about a decade ago. Not sure about the original Metal Gear Solid though but I am literally praying it's not the Twin Snakes port. Can't see it being this if they are porting the VR Missions standalone title and it makes me wonder if they will do a ground-up port for those two. Not too keen on the GOG version and I also wouldn't want to see them releasing some sort of upscaled ISO. Be interesting to see how they do this but having established builds for 2 and 3 3 is a good start.

  39. Got released in early access a few days ago and it's really popping off in popularity. It's basically Outlast with co-op but can also be played solo. The Outlast Trials on Steam STORE.STEAMPOWERED.COM Red Barrels invites you to experience mind-numbing terror, this time with friends. Whether you go through the trials alone or in teams, if you survive long enough and complete the therapy, Murkoff will happily let...

  41. Would be up for giving this or any sort of co-op game a go, it's one type of mp game we don't really play here, in that most games we tend to play together are competitve but there are some great co-op games about (though obvious numbers become limited).

  49. This one was released a little while ago, and I've started playing it on my Steam Deck. New characters, a new story, and new land, but the same wonderful gameplay of the first with some new additions that add some nice tweaks to the formula. I'm enjoying it so far. Started with the samurai Hikari. He's the "warrior" class for this one. If you liked the first one, there's more to like here.
