I do a little gardening myself but nothing like you, I was wondering how everything turned out as no photos were posted... I did this, this year... in a laundry basket, turned out pretty good, I’ll see if I can find a better photo..

Valve have released their updated app and it's a complete disgrace. They've replaced the non-login required authenticator and changed it to a blanket app with far more functionality. However this has proven to be a catastrophic security risk because you can't ever log out of the app which means anyone that swipes your phone can have unrestricted access to your Steam account which completely negates and deflates the purpose of 2FA. It's the equivlanent of buying a safe or lock box for your house that doesn't have a lock or a door and then the burden being placed on the user not to have their front door key swiped, house burgled or key misplaced. This really is shocking incompetence and users are now forced to be logged in to the app at all times for no logical reason. It's turned into 1-factor auth without any code requirement. The beauty of the normal app was you didn't have to be logged in to obtain a code which made it extremely secure. The safest way on the platform now is actually email guard and that was supposed to be outdated in 2015! I can only assume Valve have hired some an incompetent third party company because this is a totally out of character move. If it's done by intent then it has to be seen as them inflating store-wide engagement figures. No other explanation really. Feedback is coming in thankfully so all we can hope for is it gets patched or rolled back.

Saw SkillUp mention this on Twitter. Sounds really disappointing, more so because its just before the live launch. Sometimes games will struggle due to the base framework on how its been built but you must tell people way further ahead than a week away from launch. I would expect sales to be down on this somewhat now as you can already feel the 30 to 60 fps difference on some games we play today.

Great races last week. Congrats to @Greboth winning the first league race, despite fuel saving and not knowing how much fuel he had left🤗 1. Greboth 2. Philly 3. Leeeeeeeeeeigh 4. Mike 5. CBA I think Tom has shown a big improvement and with some practice I'll be looking over my shoulder... Lee made up for Mike's lazy attitude in not shunting me off, by shunting me off. Although tyre choice kind of messed up Mike's race...get a grip @Mikepjbell 🙈 Hopefully @Bluebear has enough credits to get Gr.3 and Gr.4 cars, although the PP race at the end of the night was a lot of fun in crappy cars. I'll put up this week's race in the calendar shortly, Willow Springs.

This has been called the "spiritual successor" to Dead Space. The lead was the individual that created that IP and has since moved on to create this studio and IP. Should be something to look to for anyone that was a fan of that series.

so last week Saturday we went on a small road trip to Verulam to deliver some rice we decided that was much too boring so we decided to bring our small bear with us never the less we were by a ranch just chilling and talking with friends and helping with making curries,Bombay crush etc probably the most indian thing to do never the less it was a ranch and there were bulls and they were possibly the most beautiful bulls I've ever seen koda on the other hand was terrified of them🤣

So, in a further effort to embed myself into the forum (or embarrass myself) I thought I would talk about gardening (I have had a nose through and it looks like I am not the only one, was particularly impressed with @Drifter 's garden!). I have no idea what I am doing most of the time but I seem to have a few flowers growing 😄 (I will take some photos as everything comes into bloom over the next month or so). But yeah my garden mostly revolves around Dahlia's / Iris / Roses (they were there when we moved in). Another aspect of my gardening that I began towards the end of the lockdown, I was offered the opportunity to take on an allotment. I did so and it's been quite an experience so far (When I am next there I will take some photos and put them up alongside a before photo if I have one). This would be my first season where I have grown a substantial amount in that we got the allotment around March last year and we were in a hurry to get things in the ground (it was also incredibly overgrown by weed's which you will see from the neighbours plots when I put up a photo). So my question to you lot is related to the allotment side of things, do you grow anything that's edible in your outdoor spaces and if so what? To give you an idea of what I have growing on my allotment - Potatos (lots of these) Onions (lots of these as well) Cannelini beans Strawberries Cauliflower Artichoke Tomatos Swede Magetout Peas Asparagus (Only first year in the ground though) Leeks Pumpkins will be going in soon At home I also have some lettuce, more strawberries (including pineberries and Bubbleberries), watermelon (not sure how these will go), a grapevine (still too young to get anything from) a couple of small apple trees (It looks like I will get my first apples this year), a plum tree, cherry tree, some Kale & Beetroot.

Ah @mazzer that looks ace 🙂 my arrangement skills are incredibly lacking but i do a good job of keeping things alive. I will have a dig around and see if i have any photos but I dont think I took any (assumed no one here was interested when I never got a reply).

More info can be found in this video - seems they were determined to cover this up right until launch but a private Discord post leaked System requirements look insanely high for 1080p on PC so I'm expecting a bad port and it defies belief there is forced ray tracing on console but no graphical options. The Arkham games were amazing at 60fps+ with incredibly fluid combat but in Gotham it looks very janky. Visually Arkham Knight is still way better looking and far more immersive. People didn't buy into next gen for this.

We have the Dead Space Remake coming and then this - literally look the same game! I probably wont pick this one up though as the people working on it are absolute twats aka Glen Schofield for one.

Very bad news and pretty unacceptable really Gotham Knights Will Only Run at 30 FPS and Will Offer No Performance Mode on Consoles - IGN WWW.IGN.COM When Gotham Knights arrives on consoles on October 21, it will do so with no performance mode and it will run at... Game hasn’t wowed much in the press builds either but this news could be the icing on the cake for the game to flop spectacularly. This is an instant no buy now for me.

For the first time it feels like many of us at FG will back on a CoD and thats a feeling I thought we'd never have again tbh. I'd rather be buying this at the start to enjoy all the group up benefits that comes with it, and of course, the private matches we should be able to play on this. I want to actually get into the classes more and understand how more guns work on this one. The beta really felt good for the time I played it. I'm touch and go wanting to pre-order to try it. I think I'll push hard to make myself play MW2019 story first before this considering the recent positive feedback its received here. You should also get it to group up with FG this time round....😎

Ended up buying the 458 Gr.3. Had a quick testing session on Deep Forest and got a best time of 1:29.xx (forget what exactly). Feels very comfortable already and a lot more stable than I expected! I'll do a quick few laps on Willow Springs and post up my best lap times; it'll be interesting to compare with whatever you lot get on the Thursday night! EDIT: 1:14.746 is my best on Willow Springs (Big Willow layout) so far but not the smoothest. The little group of corners 3-5 (after the first long righthander), and the very last long righthander are messing me up a bit. So hard to get a clear idea of where to start turning in on that last one because there's sod all reference points EDIT EDIT: Just noticed that the Willow Springs race is a Gr.4 race! Whoops! Will try it with the Gr.4 I have.

The kinda is actually. Once you’ve done enough to unlock sport mode. If you enter a Gr3 race you can choose rent a car. Which will allow you to pick any Gr3 car. It’s not ideal as if you try out a bad car it can hurt your DR rating. So it depend you care about that.

With regards missing races, there's 14 league races but the league will be looking at your best 10 finishes, so missing a few doesn't have an effect on the final placing👍

Might go for the 'yota again because I used that in Sport for a bit, but still.... red Italian sports car. Might just do that instead, #yolo Having missed 2 weeks of League racing already I'm of the opinion that I might just have fun in a less competitive car anyway

That would be a great idea but no, not I'm the game. Best all round Gr.3 cars are the Toyota and the Porsche.

Quick update: Got the Supra Gr.4 from International B last night, and I also now have enough money to uhm and ahh over which Gr.3 car to get. I'm leaning towards the Ferrari 458 Gr.3, but is there some sort of free play mode where I can try out any car in this game or not?

Unfortunately I'll be away this Thursday so will be missing Week 2. Hopefully I can join you guys for Week 3 onwards!

It was a good race, annoying to have messed up so I couldn't see my fuel as it hampered how fast I could go though thanks to Lee and you battling, taking each other off and getting penalties did make it much easier. Willow springs is always a good race as that last corner is a pain! The few times I've raced it for the cafe books/circuit experience it seems harder on 7 than sport. Maybe I just need more practise 😄
