I’ve been wanting to play a golf game since og tiger woods so I’ll probably try that out.

Golf could be fun for FG Friday depending how many can play at once but MK X wow really happy about that one.

GTA III, Vice City and San Andreas look to be officially on the way

I had a quick go on the PS5, the football is ok but there's no game to play except online. Didn't realise it would be that bare boned. A mate of mine who's ranked in the top 0.5 PES players told me today he might have to go to the dark side 🙃

I'm currently about 30% of the way through book four of The Expanse series. I enjoy the books focus on political maneuvering and social politics the further in the series you go along. Plus the authors have been great at catching me off guard with some things that have made me involuntarily gasp out loud. It doesn't happen too often.

Remember this? 😄 Honestly for a 10 year old boy that monitor is more than enough. However, there are a few ways of looking at this. The first being that you can buy him a nice fancy monitor, but he won't be able to use it to its full potential as his PC won't be powerful enough. In order to get the most out of it, you're looking at a £1500+ PC at minimum. Then factor in the £600+ or so for the monitor itself, and you're very easily staring down a £2.5k bill. Before all the accessories. That said, you can buy a nice fancy monitor with all the bells and whistles with a view of upgrading the graphics card in the PC (the graphics card is what puts out all the pretty images, the stronger they are, the more images and better images they can put out) and use it as it is now, however it'll only be a matter of time before he goes "mum I want to play at 4k" and then you're looking at insane costs. You can very easily spend £2500 on a graphics card alone, which is like buying an engine for a car, and then still needing the rest of the car. If this is a one-time purchase that's got to last him a few years, then it wouldn't hurt to maybe spend a bit extra to make sure that's at least one component that won't need upgrading for a while. Tell us how much you'd like to spend, and more importantly how much space you have, and let's go from there.

There's been a tiny update to the game today but it means the whole game has to be copied again. I believe lobby stability has been improved.

But, it's not the actual system. It's a 3D printed shell. You're just paying Nintendo a premium for things you buy off of Amazon which will have much more.

I wonder if I can set up a portion of my 64TB NAS home system to host a BF4 server...

PS4 can only crossplay with Xbox One - the old gen is watered down and limited to 64 players. The PS5, PC and Xbox Series X can crossplay on 128 player lobbies. PC will also have extensive dedicated server options on the side which will be limited to just Origin and Steam users. The game will not have a free upgrade either so those planning to get the old gen ones can only upgrade if they buy the £100 Gold/Premium edition otherwise they'll need a new copy on the side. @Teenwolf25 has given great intro advice. So, thanks for that. @Diddums makes a good point on keeping the weapon you like, trying out new ones, etc. Because how you play is going to be different than others. For example, initially, I was very much a long distance player. I still sort of am. Originally, I was all about snipers and bows... probably a good minute on submachine guns... and definitely rocket launchers. Currently and probably for the last 2 seasons, I've been on a heavy grenade launch with certain specs instead of my favorite rocket launcher. I currently do not like snipers and prefer bows... and I love my auto-rifles over SMGs. I think for armor builds, @Therealraiser has some fantastic advice on what to spec out your armor and how. He's usually found on our Discord chat, but feel free to DM or ask him here instead! I am by no means good at this game lol. But, our top players like @Venom , @Teenwolf25 , @Baabcat , @Riff Machine , @Forty6_N_two , @TurboR56Mini , @MrSwainey101 , and others who currently escape my mind and not previously mentioned can give such amazing tips and info. Just reach out to them.

Meh, looks a bit mediocre and the visuals look very old gen. Seems most people are irritated by health bars on enemies and I can't blame them - once again it's a case of developers chasing trends rather than applying logic. Nobody really wants looter shooter elements in a standard FPS like this. This may be the first Far Cry game I ever skip

Horizon Zero Dawn has also received a 4K/60fps patch for PS5 a couple of days ago so that might be worth revisiting in the meantime.
