Evening peeps. Do after a 3 year break I have decided it’s time for another charity walk. in an effort to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society on Saturday 11th September 2021 I will be walking from my home in Coventry to the Solutions Diverse head office in Kirkby Mallory via Hinckley, and back again via Nuneaton, totalling 36 miles, which should take roughly 12 hours. I am raising money for the Alzheimer’s Society as it is something that has affected my life as my Grandad suffered from it in his final years, and it is something that continues to affect countless people. I'm one of those people everyone hates who'll pick up the new FIFA as soon as it comes out each year. Spend so much time playing it, that I don't have any qualms about paying the money each year. If people still want to play clubs on 21 that's fine by me!

Figured I'd start this thread and just update it with pictures of some of my 3D printed projects as I work on them rather than start a new thread for every thing I print and do. Just started this project a bit over a week ago. I decided I wanted to do a medieval diorama for my theater room since the rest of the room's decor is all medieval themed. So decided to start printing a scene which will be a castle tower sitting on the edge of a rocky shoreline of the ocean with a dragon on top of the tower, then a giant kraken coming out of the water attacking the tower. Took about 130hrs to print just the tower pieces. Then did a lot of paint work and weathering to make it look aged, made some vines out of stained twine and ground up some reindeer moss to make the moss and growth on the towers crack. Added some wood railing and made a wood door. Have the dragon pieces running on both printers right now so hope to have that done and painted by the weekend so I can move onto finishing the base and making some realistic water using some clear silicone and paint mixed which other items which should be interesting.

Something I have been working on for the past few weeks. May very well be the height of my clinical OCD lol. Have been 3D printing and painting everything for a scale garage scene for the Felony. Everything is 3D printed, then painted/detailed. Pictures on the walls are resized pictures I took up on Woodward over the years and trimmed down to scale size. Monster truck pics are an actual Rc truck I built years ago which I reprinted in a smaller size, even got my a poster for my custom fly rod business worked into there Was very time consuming and took a lot of hours but was quite a fun project.

What's funny is that many of the top streamers cheat and some have been caught red handed but all of that is brushed under the carpet and forgotten about after a few days. When there was the reverse boosting scandal, Activision's solution was to take down the sites using their very own open API that exposed this behaviour rather than deal with the issue and users exploiting it. Warzone's credibility is in the gutter and it's beyond belief that people still bother playing it and spend money. When you have 30+ players cheating out of 150 then what's the point?

I personally think that they will wait till we are in another major lockdown before there will be a trailer or footage. Also I don't think they have anything worth showing because the game will be so incomplete or barely built.

I’m kinda “meh” on it. I’m quite fine with having my switch for on the go gaming but if I want to play PC stuff, I’d rather be at home then out and about. This would probably be a good investment for someone that maybe can’t afford a top end machine or as a first “gaming PC.”

So do Activision it seems😎 This will be the first COD in history that I wont be buying.

Maybe this is a good thing. We've been saying for ages we need to get away from yearly purchases for very little gain between games.

I would only buy this if everyone else did to continue our pro clubs journey. But personally I'd rather stay on fifa 21 till at least Christmas when it drops to half price!

It feels like such a shame, as lee and james said above it was the best game back in the days of offline play. The local play and master league was just awesome and fifa got nowhere near it for me. But I kind of understand why they've done it from a business point of view, because under the old model of annual releases they just cant compete with fifa unfortunately because of the licenses and wider appeal. Even I moved to fifa this year and have really enjoyed playing pro clubs with so many of the FG lot (i was persuaded by lee and I was hesitant to buy it initially). However like phil says above, pes is/was still the better game of football (fifa is too fast, too end to end, too much BS skill moves and pace) but unfortunately gameplay alone was no longer enough. Will be good to play some online games of e football with everyone though if we hopefully give it a go as its free

They have a battle pass in a football game😂 As I said in the FIFA thread, this is an absolute disaster - they've killed off an iconic and highly established brand and replaced it with this e-shite. The colours are nauseating and the prospect of what's on offer makes me sick too. PES was the only brand that Konami had left that they hadn't wrecked but now it looks like they've completed the set. PES was brilliant in the 90's and then 3,4,5, and 6 were the best football games in existence. After a miserable transition into the 360/PS3 gen, they began to slowly turn it around and in the last 4 years they've salvaged the brand and took it as far as they could with the Fox Engine that was still way ahead of FIFA. They've given all that work and recognition up for fucking microtransactions. Thankfully the fantastic PES 6 modders will be out in force and working overtime to deliver a better game as they always do and it's great to see younger people turning to that too who never got to play it vanilla back in the day. Probably nothing significant and there's the added wow factor of seeing huge games being played on a handheld which should override any visual downgrades that do exist. 60fps is also another major factor especially seeing that we've been playing most games 30fps on the PS4/XB1 and those couldn't reach full 1080p potential.

I'm beginning to think this shitty 'online test' they did a few weeks ago is actually legit eFootball gameplay now and it looks absolutely atrocious. It looks like a mobile game. I reckon the Unreal transition has been a failure and the game being so shit they know they can't charge or it and don't want to tarnish the PES brand so the renamed it. That's my conspiracy theory🤣
