Thought you guys might get a kick out of this. I keep a SNES mini in our trailer for stuff to do when camping when it’s raining. The kids recently found SF2 Turbo and they are completely obsessed now. Brings back a lot of good memories for me. My oldest made me look up all the moves for the players. My youngest picks fucking Dhalsim every time and does the long kick shit over and over and over. I can’t beat him without resorting to sho-ryu-kens from deep lol. Technology advanced too far where games like this just don’t appeal anymore, but man those early SF and Mortal Kombat days were something else. I remember sleepover parties with my soccer teammates and we’d stay up all night working on fatalities lol.

I've DM'd a couple of times before but a long time ago! I appreciate all of the compliments from everyone, it's nice to know my research and reading has paid off. I can't take anywhere near all of the credit for the success of the game as there are loads of different youtube videos and websites explaining how to smoothly run a game, although I will take props for the story as I developed that myself! Once this campaign is over it would be great to get some more people involved, it doesn't have to be Cthulhu, there are hundreds of different types of games from Zombie survival to an ice age roll playing game!

It's a funny story actually because I didn't ever plan to buy a Merc. I had a Ford Ranger for work before this car but it was no longer needed so I wanted to part ex that in for something the wife and I could both drive. I tried to buy a Mini estate but those fuckers would not sell me a car. Our budget was £25k and the clubman fit in that budget beautifully but they wouldn't part ex my van. They kept telling me to go down to we buy any van and part ex it there......I was like 'um that's a you job, not a me job'. Anyway, one of my clients owns a Merc franchise and I was telling him about the interaction at Mini and he was losing his mind so he said, I will sell you a car. I told him my budget was £25k max and that wasn't going to get me a lot of car but he insisted. The next day, knock at the door and there's a C class AMG estate at the door - please use this car for a week and see if you like it. So we did and we loved it. Drove it back to the franchise and said, yeh we love it but the price was £47k!, he said what did you like about it? I said the size and the colour but I didn't need an AMG.....long story short we get the C200 Sport Estate brand new for £27k, he gave us a £12k discount using the friends and family scheme etc etc.....absolutely mental. It's defo the best car i've ever owned and it's super safe and the wife can drive it. Winner.

I had a CLA for a hire car in Gothenburg last year on a business trip. Must admit, it definitely got me thinking!! I'm with you guys though. I've always been a big Audi fan but never owned one. Seeing as Seat are part of the same group as Audi, I can only surmise the A3 would be an even better quality version of my Leon.

Just wanted to echo the others, Sunday was an absolute blast and you are a legend for sorting it all out and running it @Middle Class Caveman Was that your first time being DM? If it was I’m amazed because you nailed it! It took me a bit to get into it and to realise that you had to treat it like real life. You actually have to do things for them to happen, although I didn’t put the skull in my bag straight away it seemed to be a good talking point. I always enjoyed Elliots face when we were talking to the guy translating the book and pages for us, he asked a question and my response was to slap him and say “we’re asking the questions around here” 😂 Thanks for not taking my first response everytime! Im itching to play more and get more used to the mechanics of the whole game. A great event and I look forward to playing more in the future 7/7

One of my favourite things about table top RPG's is the different types of dice you can get. I have two sets of Cthulhu inspired dice and they are gorgeous. Go on, show us your dice 🙂

SO I'm gonna start doing this hopefully every week adding new stuff to this page when new updates come out for this season as well as guides or tips for the best way to do things in this season to progress. Ill also be maybe making a raid tip guide with @Teenwolf25 and @GazzaGarratt but i need everyone to let me know if this going to me good information to bring back new and old players into the game. The news just keeps coming in for 2020 don't it?! I was reading Twitter whilst the whole thing exploded. Mixer streamers apart from possibly Ninja and Shroud have really been bitten in the arse good and proper. I think the major problem is that to create competition against Twitch is nigh on impossible. If Microsoft and Facebook have gazillions to spunk on content creators but are no way near them then I don't see why they would continue their interest in it. Just a shame that so many smaller streamers trying to find a career and spending money on building some sort of base on Mixer now don't have many options. I don't see any pull towards Facebook Gaming whatsoever. So many people don't trust them any longer due to how they use their data and i've only got an account because the FG page plus a few family members I haven't seen in 30 years. I really can't see as many viewers following King Gothalion over to FBG when a lot didn't leave Twitch to go to Mixer.

Shroud and Ninja opted out of FBG and collected their entire payment in full. It's almost out of a scene from Oceans 11. They took multi-million dollar deals from Mixer, (Ninja 30MM and Shroud 10MM) only to have Mixer sell off their platform to Facebook Gaming and then be allowed to return to Twitch and keep the cash. Kudos to them. Facebook offered them both 1MM PER Mixer Viewer. What I feel bad about is the hundreds of streamers on Mixer who have established communities only to be thrown away. It is one advantage of racing as long as I have that there aren’t many tracks I have got some experience with. At a guess without seeing your lap, I’d guess most of the time loss is in the 2 chicance as you can carry a lot more speed in to the left hander than you think. Also the down hill right handers and chicane at the top can be an area of massive time gain or loss.

I've never raced at Imola before, never mind with a wheel..but I've managed 7 laps today in the Lambo and clocked 1.56 so far. As I get used to it I'm sure that time will reduce drastically. Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk

Facebook gaming is much better than Twitch imo

I saw a chap on Steam I know playing Assetto recently, he plays it using VR, so I've told him of this. We're going to share a server, not exactly sure how that works, and do some Lambo laps tonight if you fancy @Greboth Also, @GazzaGarratt I tried to invite him to FG Discord but he said he got an invalid message, do I need any special privilege to do that? Thought i could do it lol

Yeah BMW's definitely have that label about them I feel. It depends on my mood really, sometimes I'll look at a BMW interior and think "wow thats boring, Audi is so much better" then sometimes I'll think "looks clean and simplistic, mature". So who knows lol. I think I'll end up going for an Audi though, its something I've always wanted. Definitely S line trim too though 😄

I had an Audi A3 once and it was something I always wanted. I think they just exude calmness and perfection whilst not having to razz it down the school lane like most chavs do. Unfortunately thats what puts me off most Mercs and BMWs - the people that have driven them around our area.

West Ham's cup final tonight bless em For the first time since Jose arrived he has all attacking players available for him I'd like us to try something like this tonight: Hugo Aurier Toby Dier Davies Sissoko NDombele Lo Celso Dele Kane Son With Bergwjin picking up that knock against United I'd save him for this game, bring in Dele who will be RW but effectively alongside Kane as Aurier pushes up as a winger anyway when attacking and Davies tucks in to make a back 3. I understood Sanchez against United because of their pace upfront of James, Martial, Rashford etc but against West Ham I'd opt for the experience and aerial ability of Toby. I think we need to stick with Dier as much as we can as lets face it, he's probably going to get some bullshit ban from the FA soon.

Oh hell yeah, we’ll do a massive horde night before we reset. I’ll give us unlimited everything and we can have a blast...get it...a blast 😎 Pretty sure I can drop anything in the game, although now I say that I’m not sure if I have to be in creator mode. Thanks for organizing this Lolliott, it was actually great fun! I vastly underestimated this whole paper RPG thing as there is so much more to it than I could've ever imagined, it's literally a case of seeing where your imagination runs out, really good stuff. I can certainly see how people can sink an entire Saturday night in to this stuff. We're gonna hafta do another session in a week or two so I can find out exactly what those fuckers are up to. I love the look of the PS5! Microsoft have obviously said lets not waste any time on designing the console and we'll just cram it full of stuff, then it'll be better than the PS. Where as Sony said, why don't we design something new with the gamers in mind and cram it full of stuff. If someone got paid to design the Xbox, i'm rage quiting life 😄

The Drawn & Quartered Legendary pick up in the wild is an absolute blast. Perhaps because its a Grau but when its paired up with a decent AR you can move in aggressively starting with your longer ranged AR or SMG and then switch to the Drawn & Quartered to obliterate the squad and closer ranges. It is well worth picking up at whatever time in the match.
