Well, Bungie have just revealed the title of the big Y2 DLC, 'Forsaken'. As was rather obvious, it'll be using the Reef as a primary setting, and it seems we'll be buddying up with Cayde, maybe more than we did with Ikora/Osiris/Vuvuzela/Ana. I for one am eager to see what comes in the stream tomorrow. Lore-wise, I need/want to know the following: - What has Uldren been up to? Is he the driving force behind the new Fallen house? - Will we have Variks be telling us to kill things baaaaccckkk? - Petra wasn't on the Queen's ship when shit hit the fan with the events of Taken King. Has she been holding down the fort at the Reef since? There's a lot more questions and hints floating around, so I'm looking forward to see what this DLC will bring. Via the FG App

Yes I'm going to give the Forrest another go. Not played it in a long while. From what I've heard it has improved alot. So should at least get me through until steam sale 😀. As for raft I'm not sure what to make of what I've seen but for £15 might've worth a try at some point.

Sure mate. It's not the money really, its just the concept of the games. I've never been a massive, massive gamer in terms of loads of games, always been pretty 'mainstream' and playing realistic games ie FIFA, COD, GTA, racing games etc, I've never managed to get into games which were a fantasy / magical type game really. My mates have always been the same also, so we all predominately play COD. Back in high school / college we'd play hours every night and every weekend, but now its hard because of work, girlfriends, family commitments etc so we only get to play a couple times a week altogether now, so a game like COD which we all enjoy and have played for years is easy to pick up and play, rather than grinding on a game like Fallout, Destiny etc which can be a bit more time consuming. Hope that made sense

In casual play the fact you can only have one specialist per team is a bit stupid really. It's just going to lead to people constantly rage quitting when they don't get the character they want and/or people receiving abuse for picking a character that somebody else wanted. We know this will happen because COD players are utter pricks.

Exactly. You could land 6 hits against a user with 150 health and not kill them then they shoot you once in the shin with a sniper and you die. They can then press L1 and heal straight to 150 in a second whilst you have to respawn. The quick ADS and high rate of fire on the snipers (lol) will make it easier than ever for quickscopers. Just imagine having a couple of snipers headglitching using the specialists deployable wall shield over an objective with medic health boosters behind them - they'd be nigh-impossible to kill and any hits you land they can counter with an instant health regen. The amount of potential exploits in this game is very concerning.

So can you elaborate on why you don't play the other games mate? Is it money or just don't like other games like Destiny, Overwatch, etc? I actually played CoD WW2 last night after GTA Friday had finished so it does happen but we're now more spread out over multiple games and across PC too. We'll be having more CoD nights soon as it is one of those you can just pick up and play. When Euan gets his routine sorted I sense more CoD nights. BO4 will also get good interest. You'll find most of us now will buy a game just to play together, not because you really wanted the game. For example, I bought GTA just to play races and a few heists. You should see if you can make GTA FG Friday too

We managed to get the Raid clan engram last night in possibly the most smoothest runs I've ever been involved in. Also, we one phased Calus which was frickin awesome! I managed to drop the Exotic Ghost too which really helps the unique exotic drops. Roles were known and we just got on with it. I want to make sure as many people as we can experience it as it really is well made, including getting the chests too.
