Got my first platinum today on the M4, those longshots are such a grind I can't see myself doing them all. Those of you that are getting through them you have my respect!

Finished the P90, Bryson 890, Raal and Fennec all gold.

I got all snipers gold. All weapons are now gold. 
 

Took advantage of shipment and got the shotguns platinum. 
 

Now the real grind starts. Long shots

Strela is platinum, have all launchers platinum. 

 

M16 gold, Lachmann sub gold, Vaznev is gold as well.

The damn long shots are difficult. Never had an issue before

All LMGs gold, AR's except the Chimera which is DLC but I will probably do it anyway.

TAQ-M is done. Moved on to some SMGs; Fennec and Lachmann Sub (using a Blueprint for Lacmann though, Espionage i think its called).

I'm thinking of playing Ground War to try and do the longshots when I get round to them. I feel like you have to be even further away in this game than previous CoDs.

Yeah I may have to do the same. Ground war is a sniper haven though. Not sure if the distances are different. I usually get them done in HC though. Without a true HC it’s gaming it difficult

As far as I know the Longshot range are just the same from previous games. 

Here is the minimum distances required:

 

Shotguns-12.5m

Pistols-20m

SMG's-30m

Assault Rifles-38m

LMGs-38m

Marksman Rifles-38m

Battle Rifles-38m

Sniper Rifles-50m

They are. Just most of the maps aren’t really good for long shots. Then the ones that are is just snipers. I’m lucky to get one or two a match

Yeah longshots are just tedious, my least favourite of the grind. 

I have experience tho doing them all the last 4 Cods. 

Vanguard was 100 per weapon, 40-50 guns. 

Like 5k longshots, disgusting. 😂

Battle rifles are platinum. A slew of various SMG and AR weapons are gold.

Sounds like the Machine Pistol from Vanguard. Shreds up close, but kicks like a mule at range. 

It did have a burst barrel attachment which fried people at distance. 

 

I suppose the X13 doesn't have such a delicious option?

Just have to suck it up and die a ridiculous amount of times I'm guessing.  😂

HARD agree with this. Maps work really well for most games and objectives you play for apart from the one Longshot objective. Very rarely get any.

So endless shipment has resulted in all launchers now platinum, all shotguns gold and the rapp gold added to the others done.

MX9 is gold. All SMG's are gold now, except the Bas P DLC gun.
