Has anyone felt like the Club World Championship - technically the most prestigous cup of all - has gone under the radar again? I didn't even know Chelsea were playing in it 😄

Have never paid attention to it. Funnily enough there has never been a final in it where a European team hasn't featured.

On paper this should be the big one but nobody seems to care about it and it's more of an inconvenience if anything. I remember when Man Utd withdrew from the FA Cup back in 2000 or so to play in it and they went out straight away🤣

Perhaps she had a "Same Game Parlay" going...the odds on that would have outrageous!!

Not only that, it was the perfect hat-trick of left foot, right foot and a header all in 20 minutes🤣

Lukaku only touched the ball 7 times in 90 minutes against Crystal Palace, setting a new Premier League record. £100,000,000 well spent😎

Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel says "it is not the time to laugh about" Romelu Lukaku after the £97.5m striker's recent struggles.

Leeds have parted with Bielsa but tbf when even Spurs can go to your ground and beat you 4 nil, it's kind of inevitable.

He did well to get them promoted but I think they do have the players to stay up. Just need to learn how to defend...

They played such high risk football under Bielsa that if you don't take your chances, you will concede a bucketload. I think their last few games they sit at 2-17 and their GD has tanked to -31 which could be crucial going into the business end of the season. Need to keep things stable, simple and try to grind out some scrappy wins under someone new and keep clean sheets in the process. Getting that confidence restored is important for starters. Relegation battle is really interesting this year but Brentford are the ones in freefall.

Another trophyless Tottenham season then! Embarrassing performance and some of these players are insufferable to watch. I’m beginning to think Emerson Royale isn’t even a footballer and is just a con job by Barcelona. Spurs have little money to invest and no talent coming through either and with players ageing, it’s not looking too good all round.

Yeah put it like this, after about 20 minutes I could see what was coming already, so I put the match on my phone and played games instead😁

I was the other way around - I tuned it after 70 minutes after playing games and with the scores being level, the only question was whether Boro would score in normal time or extra time to win😅

Well, it was on the cards.....

Just over 10 minutes gone, Luton are 1-0 up but have just had their keeper stretchered off with what looks like an achilles injury

They were a nothing team until first Bates bankrupt the club spending big and were bailed out by this gangster. Nowadays half the teams in the Prem are owned by scumbags of one kind or another.

jeffersonclasswar.jpg

Funny how the media are only now picking Abramovich apart after sucking him off for nearly two decades. Every football fan with a brain and even some Chelsea ones knew that he was only fishing for a London football club to gain influence in the city and launder money. Chelsea was also his last port of call because he was told to piss off everywhere else and he's merely a big fish in an even bigger pond in the Kensington SW1 area. There very limited space to expand down there and he's essentially gone nowhere in his time there. If he managed to secure Arsenal or Spurs like was a priority, he would have got a far greater foothold in the capital. Despite investing blood money, breaking all the rules going and being the foundation of corruption in the league, the media bigged him up for years as some sort of loyal icon and savior. He's also claimed he'll donate proceeds to Ukraine but we all know he's trying to swerve sanctions with a gesture only to pocket the cash, off-shore it and then do a runner. Foolish media have fallen for it yet again.

Sanction him, let Chelsea bleed their pissy income they get and fuck em all.

Paris St-Germain fans boo their players despite cruising to victory over Bordeaux in Ligue 1.

This was pretty mad. Looks like Neymar, Messi and Mbappe will all depart in the summer. PSG really thought they'd be able to steamroll the Champions League after the biggest transfer window ever on paper but they are full of big egos and ageing players as well as carrying the bottlers tag in the competition. An overhaul is needed top to bottom down there and back to reality they go. No sympathy really with all their money and scummy fans who always go to visiting teams hotels and set off fire alarms, fireworks and play loud music through the night just to keep them awake.

Good, I fucking despise them 😅

Oxford 1-1 Ipswich today - two in-form sides with highest scorers against the clean sheet specialists. We shaded the first half but Ipswich dominated the second and probably deserved to win in the end. We were missing two key players at either end of the pitch which was really telling today but didn’t play well at all and were fortunate to get a late equaliser out of nothing. New Ipswich manager looks like he’s done a good job and if it doesn’t happen this season, I can see them doing well next year.

Italy 0-1 North Macedonia🤣

It's mad that Italy have one just one World Cup game since 2006 and for the second time running they wont be in it. I didn't think they were that good even winning the Euros - relied on easy home games, were lucky to beat Austria after nearly going 2-0 down, got outplayed by Spain and had to rely on penalties and then England really let them off the hook in the final.

Great 5-1 win for Spurs over Newcastle! Biggest shock is that Davies, Doherty and Royale all scored😂Kulusevski and Bentancur have both been a revelation for the club since January and now even Chelsea are within reach. Should be an exciting end to the season!
