I got one from Sunless Cell, but it wasn't a Nightfall and I don't think the fragment tracker says anything about a strike having to be Nightfall. That said, you don't need it as one of the 45 for Touch of Malice. If you decide to put your dick in crazy, be ready to change your phone number and relocate. Fresh Troops means some squads will have more enemies, Specialist favours special weapon damage, while Airborne makes it so you get more damage while in the air. But for my others I got the Crucible Auto Rifle and an Exotic Guantlets for my Warlock; which were 290 helping me bump my light level up for some Raid action.
