  2. Yeah, I think that's where the trusty old Hung Jury just makes the difference with significant dps and triple tap. All your jellies did the business too, still seems the best rocket launcher in the game. Nice ending with @Diddums hitting a final jelly to the face. Just watched it back and can't believe how you kept going at the end @Stretch616. Thank fuck for your self-res!

  5. We know Halo 6 won't be at E3, however 343 industries said they will be teasing something at the show. My thoughts are a non-gameplay trailer for Halo 6 or some sort of expansion for Halo Wars. Man, I miss the Master Chief.
  6. Sources have said that Bioware Montreal developer site may be shut down after developers moving away from this series due to the continuing issues and poor entry into the gaming market. We may not see another game until post 2019. Not a huge surprise, they seemed to focus on the wrong content for an RPG to be successful. The fundamentals of the game controls for me are so clunky and action seems unnatural. Don't get me wrong, the lore and story I think they've done well on. Yes, they messed up the animations but you can see through that a decent amount of back story and lore. Still, if its boring and feels like a chore to the next step then you can lose interest quickly. If Bioware looks at Guerilla Games, they could salvage themselves but it will take time. After the flop of Killzone, 4 years later they made the near perfect HZD. However, HZD was 7 years in the making. Heres hoping for their sake they have some decent draft games in early stages that could follow the same pattern.
  7. That is a brilliant vid @Stretch616 thanks for sharing. The finish of the first fight was brilliant, was that the equivalent to like a Super in Destiny? I've been debating between this or waiting for Tekken 7 to come out as I haven't had a beat 'em up for some time but this could swing it. May have a go later today to try it out. Also, new character to join from DLC is Ed (see below). He was from some back stories in SF4 around Rose and Balrog.
  8. Last night was hilarious as hell and worked really well so it got me thinking if we could make our own white cards to put into it what would you put in? We could probably make our own pack and then all of us play with it alongside the others I'm thinking something on the lines of: Donkey punching a brown Squirrel $1 dollar a suck May rimming Trump
  9. Templar is a bitch on hard because it feels like doing it the Challenge mode way is actuallt easier to cope rather than when he teleports. Its like the Sisters fight on Oryx because of the quick wipe and restart routine but it is way more intense. Our strat to put bubbles on the teleports to help Stretch jumping from either teleport eventually worked. Still a brilliant feeling when you do an activity together and everyone was pumped when he goes down. I'll see if I can get the recording. Thanks all for the run last night.

    Twas a great night. Dropping Vex and doing a challenge at Templar just made the run even better. Missed grouping on this quite a lot.

  17. Good vid by More Console. I love the idea that these aren't actually subclasses but I like to think of them as some sort of personal Summon like in Final Fantasy. This does put all the current subclasses into question as they potentially have been stripped away from the game initially. You would expect not to see them complete disappear though as the subclass system is one of the best components in the game. As they've been removed from the shop this seems on the right lines.
  18. A bit more of an overview of this game. It's getting dubbed between a game that is inbetween Destiny and Dark Souls. Not sure I entirely agree but combos and stances look like pretty decent to learn. Out August 29th for PC and PS4.
  19. Another teaser that has been released shows off Visor; a man with a piece metal molded to his face. Super quick, can gain pace continuously. Can vault onto walls but he also has Piercing Sight which enables him to see through walls too. Gun wise he seems pretty Soldier 76 like from Overwatch. I like this addition. Also, Bethesda also confirmed that the first Quake Champions esports tournament, featuring both Duel and the 4v4 Sacrifice modes, will take place at this year's Quakecon, which will run from August 24-27 in Dallas. Qualifiers will begin in June, "so we encourage players interested in competing to join the 'Large Scale Tech Test' that will run from this Friday, May 12 through May 21 to begin practicing and developing strategies." Access to the test is guaranteed for everyone who signs up—if you haven't already done so, you can register for access at quake.bethesda.net.
  20. Well I thought we did quite well last night considering 3 of us hadn't got anywhere near the last boss before on normal WotM. We sped through Aksis phases with some ease and we're planning to do the Outbreak Prime quest as we found all the monitors up to the end of the final phase of the final boss. Loved the binary puzzle mechanics, a little different from the norm. It's a shame it came out so late because this is up there with VoG for me in terms of co-ordination required and satisfaction. We couldn't get the final phase of Aksis done. I think we were pretty tired to learn another game mechanic and process but we gave it a good go and once got him down to 50%. More should try this raid and definitely enjoyed the nice runthrough on normal.

I'm liking the idea of the campaign somewhat for this CoD, mainly because there's a chance that the co-op campaign sounds like it will be different (let's see how much completely different) to the main solo campaign mode. I know some did the Black Ops 2 campaign co-op which I would be interested in but I think if it's near to the Battlefield 1 story then it could be on to a winner.
