Afternoon and Evening FGers, Right, apologies for potential long post here but I know the best thing to do is not bottle up what i'm thinking. So this little community of ours seems to have a pretty decent home imo and we have lots of bigger and better amazingly beautiful things but let's face it.... We need to inject the life back into FG! Ok, so I've been taking some time to read through some old shit and clearly there's one thing that stands out - this is an AMAZING AWESOME FAMILY COMMUNITY. Clearly, we need to get some people back into this place to keep that community alive but also branch out to new people....so let's make FG great again!!! I'm uber-positive, but I'm realist underneath as I know I can't do this without each and every one of you. Tell everyone what you think are problems are, what we should do to kick some energy around here, what other shizzle we need to unlock or go hunting for. Anything and everything should be posted here and posted NOW. This place is all of ours. Not one single person. FG is all of us. I've read it in the many thousands of posts since 2013. We're all adults here (well, kinda ) so i'm asking really nicely - shout up, tell us all how you feel. I'm totally up for making huge strides into Destiny 2. Let's get our clan out there and doing lots of fun stuff and doing what we do best; more raids, strikes, crucible, smashing all the planets together. We can get our asses together and make inroads on Rainbow, Overwatch....fuck it, even the new CoD for some old reunion shiz so we can try knife the crap out of each other. I know there's a number of you guys who have helped with stuff lately, you know who you are, and you're legends for doing it - we're on our way to getting the social side a little more active and also a big update of the main forum board we're on to boost some awesomeness. I've even got some special surprises i'm working on which I can share soon enough . Hopefully with a bit of more input on here we can get us all back to what we all do best, making our FG great again! So lets hear you people, what do you want this place to be? I think many of us have got that Templar Challenge fight locked down now so when the right week comes we can nail it. Great relic carrying by Crispy with us putting continuous bubbles on each teleport. It was worth being patient for supers and ammo synths resetting. Nice job people.

Harvest Moon: Light of Hope will be playable at E3 2017 and has been confirmed for Switch, Steam and PS4 which will be interesting to see how it is received on console again since the GameCube days.

Good point Rob. Didn't think about that. Algorithms more than likely will be different albeit subtle changes. Either way it should be a good marker for what to expect. Has anyone seen a loot box with 3 or 4 epics? Most I have seen is 2 epic skins for me. From what I recall in the reddit equations the probability is something like 0.000001%.

I'd be interested to know what theme you have in the background of your PS4. I currently with the Destiny Rise Of Iron free theme which has subtle visual changes with the fire and the Destiny song rather than PS4 one. A story shown today some awesome ones that are interactive. One of the best is below and free - Abe's Odyssey. So what's your preference? Or do you just have the stock blue screen for your PS4?

In October they are releasing an Anthology hard copy book of the first 12 comics looking to be around $20. I'm absolutely getting this so I can read this with my boy. They are also releasing a fantastic artbook that'll set you back $50 for standard edition or $100 for special edition (comes in a folder and 3 exclusive extra pictures). They're may be some additional lore hidden within this book if you're interested in the backstory of Overwatch.

This has been around for a few days and I've been meaning to post stuff about this as I think it will lead to other games being revealed including Destiny. The Chinese Government’s legislation on online games containing loot boxes rules that gamers who purchase these titles know exactly what they’ll be getting. In turn, publishers must comply with the laws and reveal the drop rates for said loot boxes. Blizzard has been the first to comply with the Chinese laws, turning over the Overwatch loot box drop rates. You can see the probabilities revealed for the loot boxes below: For every loot box awarded to players, they will obtain at least one blue (rare) item. The average drop rate for purple (epic) items is one for every 5.5 loot boxes. The average drop rate for orange (legendary) items is one for every 13.5 loot boxes. There are some really insightful mathematic geeks on reddit that have done some work into how likely getting 4 epics are. When I get chance I'll post some more info later on it. It's good to understand this for timed events so you know you'll need approx 5 to 6 boxes to get an epic drop and that favourite skin you're hoping for and whether or not you need to buy with your own credits as you won't have the time left.

They're going big kahunas with this E3 Rich, as they have a large number of showings like Sony do too. Whilst I think they will show many new games linked to their digital service, I really hope we get some solid confirmation of some AAA games coming to the Switch later this year. Otherwise it's same old, same old with the bespoke Nintendo games just for themselves.

We need to do more normal modes first. That goes for the entire FG people. If we want a chance at hard mode and then challenges we need to be in a solid rythmn. I'm enjoying the revival though, I feel like we still have lots to learn about Destiny 1 which keeps things going. And nothing beats a 6 man team beating raid bosses.

Looks like my Sony 7.1's are on their way out as one of the ear pieces has snapped meaning it's only held together by one little wire. All talk looks like it's the A50's I should pick up. Pretty darn expensive so I hope they hold their value and get a good amount of years out of them. We need to play this more often so we can become more solid when we're all working together. Aksis needs co-ordination, especially for the empowerment parts. Once we got a rhythm going, a few good rounds sent Aksis down on normal mode. Definitely think @Stretch616 point about talking too much is an obstacle we need to get better at.

I'm hoping this challenges the WRC series as the old Codemasters Colin McRae games were amazingly put together. It would be ace if this game got some eSports with it too, just like WRC has as we need a decent competitive racer Playstation.

This is shaping up to be an awesome season so far. Hamilton closing the gap to 6 points with both Mercedes and Ferrari looking really competitive. Shame Alonso couldn't replicate his brilliant qualifying lap as that Honda engine really needs sorting out.

No Halo 3 Anniversary unfortunately for the few who predicted and wanted it.

I think all games franchises need to really understand when they have finished their road map. After ME3 they should've realised this and took the best bits into a greater new style game that isn't called ME. I think they just banked enough people would buy it alone and lost their focus very badly. Who knows though. Half-full Lee says look at Bethesda with Prey. It shows there is a way. But realistic Lee says start the road map again on a new journey not called Mass Effect.

I'll type up some later but an LFG in game that links up with multiple social spaces is absolutely needed. I'm pretty sure this is being worked on to be in D2. No need to go to external apps then. They also need to do more for clans.

Its finally hit UK Number 1 knocking Mario Kart off the top. It's Bethesda's first number 1 since Fallout 4. There isn't many games out at the moment so it only swings my head a little. It just goes to show though after a god damn awful game called Prey years ago, they can recover somewhat to achieve some significant goals. On a separate note the thought of that initial game just makes me want to be sick.
