[emoji23][emoji23] I love you Rich. Weapons in a yellow square are Exotics. You can only equip one exotic weapon and one exotic armour piece at the same time. There supposed to be the rarest guns and special unique perks. Not all are great but some are truly top notch.

Which step are you on? The Public Event will definitely have 3 Chieftans. On each kill it spawns the white orb thingys that travel towards the dead Servitor in the middle. Never thought I'd ever see this! Glad you're enjoying it buddy!

I did a clean up about a month ago. I'm more than happy to do a separate thread on who everyone is - we do have quite a few that aren't currently on Destiny as in game we're getting around 2 pages online which would be nearer 4 pages if it was everyone who has played forsaken. Couple of points on this. 1. I'll try and find time to reach out to a few people that haven't been on here to introduce themselves. Its never been a requirement and nor I want that to be forced on anyone but it'll clearly help. 2. Veterans have got to do more about jumping in other parties to FGers you may not know, even just to say hi. Can't just wait for them to join you. Example was when I jumped into Kempy and Dave Graves chat to get one more for a raid a few months back. They've been there for ages but i didn't chat to them for some reason and thats on me. Since then though its been completely different and the last 3 months its the most we've intergrated with new people. 3. It helps if you have someone to organise Destiny activities. We need that in NA times. I can cover most EU times but even I'm struggling to do it all. It needs to be here that happens, not on WhatsApp or anything else as this is the central place every FGer should be at least poking their head around. Use other tools to round people up - thats what i do. Good idea to kick around getting to know each other again. I expect as many as possible to help out and party up as thats what we're all about - good mates, having a laugh online. Thoughts?

I see your point somewhat but what most people have really enjoyed in Destiny is that real challenge that they know they have to work to get abit stronger. Personally I would've hated going into the one endgame space and being able to destroy everything immediately. Only time will tell regarding the level of the raid - that needs to be difficult based on hardcore players grind to get as high a level as they can. I think another great update with Forsaken as it has brought back the "unknown". Its usually withing 24 hours (if that) everything is known and how to do stuff. This time round, it feels like there's so much still to learn and find out. Tuesday reset will be exciting as the whole of the Dreaming City changes its scenery.

Don't think you're moaning more than you usually do. 😉 I actually agree with you but this is something entirely separate to this thread. This about exotic drops, not general drops in Forsaken. There seems a few too high of the same, which is a little weird. I actually think there is something wrong with handing in items in quick succession. I've noticed this when I hand in multiple bounties or gunsmith materials. I took my time this morning handing in one bounty at a time and the drop rate was better for me - 5 new guns in 7.

Thought it would be good to have a plave where you can share what you've dropped as and when you drop an exotic, you can also tell us how it happened. I'm hearing that Exotics are are very small drop rate but could come from literally anywhere. So far I've had Year 1 Actium War Rig Titan Chest plate drop at old levels and a Jade Rabbit that was a powerful drop. Both i believe came from Crucible. Finally got my first Forsaken exotic and its this Lord of Wolves! Dropped from my second Wanted Bounty from The Spider. It seems widely known that this gun only drops from doing these type of bounties. So what y'all drop so far??

Now I've had my proper first experience of The Dreaming City, I want to say that it's possibly the most beautiful world they've created. There is so much to look. For once, just exploring and jumping around on your own or in a fireteam seems like a night well spent even if you haven't done any bounties. One other thing - Exotics seem to be extremely rare and this is one of the greatest things. Exotics should be so rare that when they drop, you get that great feeling. Datto said it on his recent video that its a loot game, it should feel awesome to get the most Exotic loot. So yeah, when@techno got his Exotic Black Talon sword last night, I was pumped for him. You won't last as long in this game if you can't get excited about drops.

Lets not push it, took us 4 years to get something like this! 😃

So I'm gonna suggest that everybody does step 1 as soon as possible. Gambit is new so a lot to learn which means players will be learning what to do whilst you are trying for this. I suggest we make as many teams of 4 FGers to get the invader kills. That way people can communicate and help take some health off the invader whilst the people that have got it can concentrate on other things. This way, no randoms will take down your kill. Weapon wise, I'm using Crimson as it was already powerful in PvP. The only other I know has worked well for @Blubear is Sturm when you proc the perk using its partner, Drang.

Quite a few steps to this one and it's going to help if you enjoy Hand Cannons. Step 1 - Finish Campaign. Straight afterwards, Banshee the Gunsmith will give you the quest. Step 2 - Kill 5 invaders in Gambit with a Hand Cannon. Extremely important as its not entirely clear. Its 5 that invade your world, not you invading their world. Step 3 - Get 250 Hand Cannon kills on Strikes. Step 4 - Get 25 Precision kills in Crucible with a Hand Cannon. Step 5 - Find 4 of Cayde's Loot Caches in the World. There's one in EDZ, IO, Nessus and Tangled Shore. Step 6 - Complete a new mission on Titan. Keep a look out for loot caches and enemies but that's all I'll mention om this as I'm hearing its a great fun mission to run. Step 7 - Obtain Ace of Spades from Banshee.

So were a few days in and I must admit, this is the best mode since Search and Destroy that I am absolutely loving. Lots of variation - more than I thought there would be actually. The 4 maps are very well made. I think most will not like the Hive one as there's so many holes in the ground. Out of the 5 enemies that can spawn, they all have little differences each time. Vex for are the hardest because Hydras have a delayed explosion when you pick up motes and Fanatics blow up leaving a damage circle around their dead body. Getting used to the common 3 spots where enemies spawn in are a must. It just helps which way to turn quicker and find your way to more motes. Invading is hilariously good fun. I've used Sleeper a lot because its the weapon that we know currently is OHK but Supers, Rocket Launchers and Snipers are pretty much just as important. There are many viable options. Out of the supers, Titan thundercrash and Hunter Golden Gun are a massive help. As for the boss, the main tip so far is kill ads around it first as it keeps it protected. Over time it is easier to kill so a co-orientated push for DPS with supers and heavy works well. Equally when an Invader comes in, calling out where they are massively helps. One or two people designated invader killers helps also. There's so many times that the game can sway either way even if you're seriously behind by keeping the team at bay I can see it has quite a lot of longevity. Remember, we'll only get more stuff added in coming months. Love. This. Mode. And don't forget, DEATH HEALS PRIMEVAL.

I won't be going after this pro-actively until I naturally get to Step 8. However, they should do enough Double and Triple Valor weekends in Season 4 where I think on those I'll try and take advantage. Again, if we get a few that want it, we can work together as we'll all get there far quicker than you think.

Mesa Sean did a short video but I'll also summarise the steps below. It's likely due to our light levels we'll need to join as a 3 (unless your name is Hector) to get it nailed. The bounty is the most expensive Spider Bounty at around 7 Ghost Fragments from memory. 1. Go to Heroic Lost Sector icon on map 2. In "Suppressed" zones you can only punch 3. When at boss, in his shield you can only punch again. Punch the middle canister until it blows up. Use 2 of you to distract the boss 4. After it blows up, kill high powered Dogs and turrets. Last OP dog drops a ball. 5. Stick ball in middle where canister was. 6. Shield goes down and now you can DPS and kill boss. Great mechanics and useful to know as I imagine this Bounty will come back again in weeks to come. As always, definitely useful to do as it drops Powerful Gear.

Couple of pointers that may help us get a few things done as a clan. As 2 out of 3 bounties are usually PvP (grrr) I'm thinking of trying to get a full 6 to do the Crucible ones each day together as soon as we log on. Likely to get them knocked out quicker then and knock other crucible bounties out too. Also, looking to keep the Leviathan runs in from time to time alongside Escalation Protocol. These still will drop Powerful Gear and if you haven't already, it has been amazing fun and 100 times better with 6 or 9 FGers in these activities. Anything else clan wise would people like to get done?

With the latest update we now have 12 different types of Public Events - each one having their own way to make Heroic. Really useful picture below showing how to activate them. I imagine this helps new people but also existing ones too; especially the new Tangled Shore and Dreaming City ones. Let's also not forget how many people don't know how to The Taken Blight one. As so many bounties need these of late make sure you get your head around them!

Tbh, i got my first one last night for that quest bit [emoji23] it was an Actium War Rig Titan chest plate. Bounties seem to be a potential chance. This was a Crucible bounty I believe. Yep. Already in game. Go to the Cryptarch. You can't miss them all, deletes in bunches of 5.

I think this Destiny bug stopped this happening last night. Sorry to all that were going to show up.

This. And you know what? I'm ecstatic that's the case. Exotics should be rare not like when D2 started and most of the population had all exotics in about 4 weeks. I personally think infusion costs will get tweaked within a month. Not by much as I get why theu want you to not do it all the time but having 4 different resources for one infusion is a little on the high side.

You only get one core per day to buy from him? didn't realise that as i haven't bought any yet. Infusion does seem a little steep but I'm not overly concerned as with what Rob says everybody has to be a bit more conscious of decisions rather than just infuse everything into their favourite weapon.
