Well half the job is eating well Mark so fair play! I must admit, I just eat one Granary piece of toast so maybe swapping it for banana and cereal could be freshen it up.
Yeah, he's done a great job doubling up by giving all proceeds to the NHS. Kids did it once, we've lost momentum since so sounds like it's time to find it tomorrow morning ð

3 miles is still a trek so I dont think you're missing out. Better than zero right? What time of day do you do your 100 pressups? Do you find set times work better.

That's awesome Dave. It must feel better mentally too having the boy around? Everyday training would be a challenge for me too btw.
Great advice all. I may look at varying up over a few days. A youtube workout, walk, might even look into a bike if we seem to be like this for a while.
