If I look back over the past few decades we've had some amazing film series with a few very large universes too, such as the Marvel Universe that had 20+ films and the Harry Potter one that had 8. I know we live in an era that is dominated by binging stuff, especially on services such as Netflix, Amazon, Disney, etc but i'm not really seeing anything on them like how the film series gripped me - and I miss that feeling a lot. I'm just wondering because I never really hear about movies much lately (appreciate the COVID thing has put a hold on most of that) but does anyone know of future releases to get hyped and excited about? How does everyone else feel when things like Marvel, Harry Potter, etc finished? Sometimes gaps in films lead to that suspense building and I hope something is around to do just that soon.

My football is starting to kick in a bit more now and its certainly doing something to my body cos I feel ruined every Weds night and each morning for 4 days after. I need to get my stepwatch working again, I got out of habit charging it so don't use it lately but it was helping me work out if I needed to get out my work/PC/gaming chair that i'm at pretty much most days now. I'd love to get a watch connected to my phone but I think thats just cos its gimmicky and a bit of tech. As Lee Evans once said though "I love me Gadgets!" 🤣

Did a few quests last night and was not on for long but wanted to share a few bits. so just nipped on a minute ago to take a few screenshots. Special mention to Scott @RedXIII that managed to get on finally...shame you died randomly on the second trip to get you from your spawn point 8km away!!🤣 Hopefully @Greboth got you back to the base in time to put your bed down! Personal Mailboxes - Unfortunately you can't create exact post boxes but i've added a chest for each of us so whenever someone wants something, we can add it in their box as we all might not be on at the same time. Don't forget that there's the separate thread for any stuff you might want/need so we can keep it separate to this update thread. Helipad - I wanted to add one so it kept it separate from where the beds are. Appreciate @crispymorgan is the only one mainly flying at present but I intend to make one or two more as it would be good to have more of us having special flying errand runs to do 😄 Extra Storage - @tronic44 Rich mentioned last night we were struggling for storage so I replaced most of the top storage boxes so they are available to be assigned to whatever you want them to be. As I've also got the stacking resources perk, you'll see i've made more space in the resources box as Stone, Wood, Iron and a few others are stackable into 5 X 6000 stacks. That's about it for now - Oh, apart from i've dibbed the first bedroom on the right in the new underground base. I'll get a sign up when i'm next on 👍

@phil bottle I know you said only Medium and Hard Tyres but how many laps on St. Croix? We can update the pic @Greboth has kindly made then 😄

Nice one Macca, you should get yourself an Intro down here in the Intros section so we can all say hi properly! Btw, we aren't the sweaty type. I mean, we like to try and win ofc but its just a good laugh more than anything. Don't expect Ronaldo's at every corner 🤣

To try and keep it separate from all the lovely updates we've had of late as I've noticed some people are at different stages in the game, if you need something or would like something specifically made for you because you don't have the perk that someone else has lets try and use this thread so we can help each other out. Even if its basic materials for a specific thing you want to build but haven't got the time to log on to get all of the stuff, others can help where possible i'm sure. I also had an idea of personal postboxes for us all at each base, which i'll look to do over the next few days at the ones we have already. Let's hear what you need everyone!

There seemed to be lacking some serious overall gameplay without Goats, so I managed to find the right YouTube video that you clearly were trying to recommend. I now agree, this game looks real life and is amazing at how Goats can get words out! 😎

Let's find a way of trying to see the entire map from all of our screenshots. The map is fecking HUGE and we'll likely need everyone's help to post their pics of what they've discovered so we can work out whats left to discover. It may help when we want to explore further areas and need essential resources, including building mini-bases to move between. I'm sure someone like @tronic44 or @Greboth can use their skills then to bring the pictures together to make one almighty map! I'd suggest using the Snipping Tool on your PC, selecting the picture of just the map with the co-ordinates, and then copying directly into here. I'll try and do some examples later today.

You can change the bottom right display to show sector times. I think you press right on the D-Pad. That's how I try and help myself understand where I need to work on the lap times. Outside of that, i've been lucky that when i practiced, @Greboth or @phil bottle were on so i could ask how their sector times were working out. Outside of that, there might be a leaderboard with the best sector times in the world that could help? Also, do you fine tune your cars at all? That isn't my bag, other than having BoP on and making sure the tyres are on the relevant tyres (usually Racing Soft for any practice is the best i'm finding). One last thought is also the fact you haven't got many cars to choose from at the start, whereas having multiple cars in each section will definitely help see what you can do with different styles of cars on the same track.

I watched this and it was a great game. Leicester looked brilliant and Vardy was certainly worth his hattrick. Don't be put off by the 2 pens he took because his all round play couldn't be handled by Man City. For Pep they were saying this is his first 5th year tenure at a club so it'll be very interesting to see where he goes from here. The shine of 'Pep The Great' could be dismantled somewhat if he spends too much time at the club and they stagnate for some years. Can't help but feel City are in a transition period though so Man City fans and others shouldn't expect them to dominate like they have in previous years.

Luckily, with games like CoD about, we're all super elite Pros at downloading games the size of Scotland these days.

I feel like I've been on holiday with all those trips to find the promised desert land. Glad we now have one less resource to worry about. I've already been able to make it into stacks of Gas Cans (10k per can) only for 800 shale which means we shouldn't worry about this any longer. I think I can make steel armour @tronic44 and happy to make more transport, we'll need to keep getting those Bottles of Acid though! I'd love to see a garage at some point, was thinking about it yesterday too. I really want to build a base near the desert just so it starts the ball rolling getting mini bases in other places. GGs so far, these horde nights are already getting super hard!

The determination and stubborness of you trying to get out of a 17 mile deep hole was courageous (and bonkers) @Greboth. Couldn't believe you made it out before the end of the night. Good horde night on Friday. Shit tons of Zombies like last one but we were more on top of it this time. Nearly like a well-oiled machine. I only fell off once. Btw, don't go West - I spent just over a day on the Motorcycle going as far as I could and found a huge Dead Zone with loads of lakes. I looped round, going slightly South too and it was still a shit ton of Dead Zone with it linking back to good ol' Green Hill Zone (hehe). I went about 9km West and South. Sooooooo..... I propose we gotta go South East and possibly East too. Apparently we're quite North on the overall map so might take a bike out tonight providing i find enough cars to Wrench on the way 🙈 NEEED ALL OF THE OIL SHALE IN THE DESERT 😬

Man Utd we're nearly just as bad but they ground out a wacky result with that penalty after full time 🤣 I'm loving this season so far. Its very VERY difficult not to get carried away with Blackburn so far. Its not just the fact we've battered Wycombe 5-0 and then 4-0 away at Derby (sorry Tom @LordBaguette ), its the performances that are reminding me very much of how we were in yesteryears Premiership. We could have won 10-0 today and it was all without our star Right Back (Nyambe), Midfielder (Travis) and Striker (Dack). I ain't sure how they'll get back in the team tbh! Lee's mind - "stay grounded Lee, its only a few games. its okay, it'll all go to shit in a few weeks. Calm down". I fucking love my club. 😄

So the first main/temporary base is coming along nicely and we had over a half a dozen of us on last night to get through the latest horde night which is quite epic. A first proper Horde night for Matty @Misneach_ and maybe the first correct way of doing a horde night for Dave @Plumbers Crack considering I took him through the last one and failed miserably, setting him on fire with about 4 Molotov Cocktails. Who knew he would light up so quickly in a small room underneath the base? Zombies GALORE it was and for the 5th horde night, its already getting rather tasty. Radiated ones are starting to appear and jump the entire base which is unreal to say the least. We seem better prepared this time though, as we've been gathering the relevant resources for bullets and creating really good platforms for food and transport for later mini base camps and loot runs. The current base looks like this. Just before i logged off last night, I created a Gyrocopter but more importantly a black leather sofa and TV because it needed a bit of life, me thought 😎 We also have one of the best starter garden we've ever had, courtesy of @tronic44 but also aided by @Plumbers Crack (no way keeping his green hands off this bit) So its coming along nicely. We have a little meet up tonight to see where we go to potentially start the main base and then whatever other camps we may need to get started on. The map remains to be a mystery too as no one has found any sign of a desert or other key parts we may need the resources from - looking at you Oil Shale.
