    Anyone given this a go? I have Arma III and I've only just seen that there is a DayZ inspired mod set in Altis. Looks okay. My priority is DayZ but it will be interesting to see how this develops.

    On PC you can get 1500 v 1500 high-ticket servers. Played a few of these and they generally last over an hour although many servers get time limit capped. 90 minutes is usually the max for these types of matches,

    I got a triple kill with a repair tool on some tank campers. I didn't know you could destroy a tank like that - I was just pissing about as I was annoyed at how bad the game was at the time and I actually thought I was doing the enemy team a favour by behaving so stupid but actually it worked a dime! Also in one match we won by over 1000 tickets on a Conquest Large which was rather amusing although I played pretty crap throughout.

    Nor will half of those players at this rate! I saw the detailed highlights and I was shocked at how bad West Ham were. Hardly no tackles or closing down throughout. Toure practically walked the ball in the net for his goal! This was a semi final and it seemed like none of the Hammers players gave a monkeys. Feel sorry for the fans as they've shipped 11 goals in two games now.

    It's all falling apart for Titanfall! We've found out today that the game will only support 6v6 even on PC and there is only 5 maps. I was pumped for this but I can't bare playing a 6v6 in this day and age with 5 poxy maps after experiencing Battlefield 4 in all its (fixed) glory!

    Moyes does have a very consistent record with trophies in the top flight tho. He's won none! That's 3 defeats in a row now and I think it's time he went. They can't hold on and wait for him to do a Fergie and turn it around; I can't see that happening and it's not like he's a proven successful manager in the Prem either. They should have gone for Martinez in the first place.

    So DayZ has reached the 850k sales mark but the beta wont be close to completion until 2015. As long as the game evolves significantly over the next 12 months it won't be a concern but it's disappointing to see them lagging behind their initial projections. Time to invest some of their gains I think..

    I so wish I was alive in that era of football! All the greats like him and Pele. Can't see the likes of Shola Ameobi being that iconic down the line! Eusebio averaged almost a goal a game in around 750 matches which is just staggering. Back then, defenders were much harder to play against and actually tackled hard. An amazing achievement.

    I swear the DayZ community on Steam is more immature and stupid than the idiots that plague the official Call of Duty one. There is about 16,500 threads on the board and every time a new one is upped; you refresh and it's down to page 4. About 2,000 were regarding the issues from the other day and all practically the same! Needs moderation desperately. Here's my favourite comments from two days ago (copy and pasted+all English speaking users....apparently!): 'My dayz no worken. joned server got boted amd now dont play. can i get moneys bak plz' 'plad Dayz earlier n server crashed. wot do i do n is this game broke now n do i get money cos of this problem i am havin help me pls' 'I want a refund for DayZ because the finished product is a complete joke. I know this is the alpha but I paid my twenty quid and it doesn't work properly. Reply if you want to protest and we can set up a group and if we get even a hundred members interested; they have to refund us' This is why I'm so happy to have found ForeverGaming; a nicely sized forum with a great community, very tidy and well-maintained. Trying to get through to the DayZ forum that the standalone is a alpha and not a finished product is proving an impossible task.

    I am not a huge fan of Operation Locker but I sure as hell want to see more snow maps in future DLC.

    Oh I did - I died and respawned as a man! He was black but that's good enough for me! Update seems to have fixed the woes from yesterday which is great. There was unbelievable panic setting in on the DayZ Steam community forum - every other message posted yesterday was the practically the same and most people were requesting refunds!

    I can't wait to see how this VR headset adapts into the gaming world. It's quite hard to see the benefits of it without actually trying it yourself but there is a few vids out there that demonstrate roughly how it works in relation to the gamer's control. Could turn out to be a massive fad but it has done incredibly well to be working its way into the gaming market. Looks like it may be tricky to master but could change gaming as a whole and give it an entirely new slant.     Torchlight 2 is very popular and whenever there is a Steam Sale; it always goes down to £3.74 from £14.99. I've got Diablo 3 on its way to me on Wednesday for £20 so I think i'll give that a crack and if I don't get into that, i will give PoE a go.
