Knight is being developed by Rocksteady who made Asylum and City and not WB Games Montreal who made Origins so I'm pretty confident this game wont be bugged to buggery I actually thought Rocksteady left the series but it's great to see them back with a new game

I'd say they are probably legit although there wasn't much detail. COD usually instigates a 'leak' buy tapping up a YouTube puppet to start the wheels of the hypetrain this time of the year regular as clockwork. Drift0r has been a prime target for the last couple of years because of his mature captive audience and his links to MP1st and CharlitIntel. The leak was probably approved by SH although the informant was playing it pretty coy from the shady inbox message. Nobody would leak info against the company at the risk of an internal investigation and potential dismissal. I'd say it's a careful and elaborate ploy by the devs particularly as they need to take the sting out of Titanfall's imminent release. This is the marketing tac we see today with COD and it does work as gradual interest soon builds into crazy hype about the most smallest things.

Glad you enjoyed it! Titanfall is also appearing on the PC this time around and is the version I'll be getting. The deal is for one game so if there is another one in the future; that will be open to all touch wood. I struggled to kill Titans even in a Titan and I just ejected or hid most of the time! People had no problems killing me in a Titan tho

I don't mind having the new maps separated for a period as you can be guaranteed to play them and if you want to play an old map; you just go through the normal playlists as usual. Is the DLC playlist a moshpit or do all the modes come up separately?

So the trial is under way and witness numero uno has been called who was a neighbor I believe and she said that screams were heard before shots. The defence may have a job on their hands picking apart that statement right off the bat. It's gonna be a long trial but it doesn't look good for Mr P. I still think he'll get an OJ-inspired acquittal despite the judge not being a cripple (excuse the Family Guy terminology) The crucial part will be regarding the bullet trajectory as to whether he put his 'legs' on or not. That will unfold in due course

What's everyone's thoughts on the map pack? Although I haven't played COD in nearly 3 months; I have a bit of dosh left over in my Steam Wallet and may take a punt on it. If anything is gonna get me back into COD; it's gonna have to be the DLC. Fuck duck camo

I hope so too but reckon Activision would fear that the WWII setting would put-off some of the younger gamers who joined the bandwagon in MW2 and they seem to be a large target market now based on the current dumbed-down ghastly offerings. I'm willing to bet that many people who joined the COD circus around 2009 never even knew of WAW and never even played or seen it in action. I'd take WAW 2 over BO3 any day of the week.

Agree. 'Modern Warfare' is a proven and popular template for the series. Ghosts was an entirely new story but was hardly memorable or unique. If they do go back down the MW route then the game must be completely fresh as opposed to a rehash or plain continuation. I'm still pinning my hopes on a COD4 prequel but a sequel to MW3 and that would be a snooze.
